She gave a soft smile and then giggled, "Well of course, though since your staying with Hatomi it will definitely be easier to check in on you." She glanced up the road and smiled when she saw the house in view. She had to laugh a bit more when she was Shadow sitting on the window sill her eyes wide and looking out, probably wondering as to where Hatomi had vanished too. When she spotted Tanya and Rosuto she stood on her back paws, her small tiny front paws pressing against the glass as she meowed silently. Her small white teeth showing as she meowed an almost constant stream. "Silly kitty." She wandered up to the window and tapped at it, small cooing sounds and giggles coming from her as the kitten rubbed against the glass window meowing, before Tanya moved to the door. Shadow wandered off the sill and was waiting for them, her soft mewls unheard as she paced behind the door.
Tanya laughed, "Seems like sweet little kitten is waiting to greet us. I read her tags when I'd come by here last time......I believe the man who pointed me here is Hatomi's landlord. He was a kind gentlemen and seemed to care for Hatomi, kind of like a grandfather or father would." She hummed as she pulled the key the man had given her out of her pocket. "I guess I should return the key to the guy after I'm finished up here," She unlocked the door and walked in quickly scooping up the small bundle once she was inside. She mewled and purred nudging her face as she did so, and Tanya set her down again gently, "I'm gonna go clean up.....I left some things out for Hatomi when I'd found him passed out in the hall. He won't be using them now, so I'm gonna go ahead and put it all away again." She said as he went to Hatomi's room and started to clean up the water and bowls she's left out for him earlier that day.

Rosuto giggled as well when he saw Shadow at the window. The kitten was definitely really excited to see them, and she looked so adorable while she was meowing quite endlessly. When Tanya left to clean up some things, Rosuto crouched down to see if the kitten would come to him. He would have picked her up right then and there, but he was still hesitant and didn't want to accidentally scare her.
He stared curiously at Shadow then. "I wonder how she gets fed while Hatomi is away..." he said. Perhaps there was a place Shadow went to or maybe she knew how to feed herself. Well, it didn't matter much now. Since Rosuto was living here now, he would take care of Shadow while Hatomi was at the hospital.

Shadow mewled and wandered over to Rosuto willingly, her tail raise in the air as she purred. She paused in front of him looking up at him as she mewled a few more times before nudging herself up against his leg. Mewling again as she tilted her head and looked up at him. Tanya was watching from the hall her arms full of things after cleaning up Hatomi's room. She smiled gently, she was happy....Hatomi was given a second chance. Even if Hatomi believed he didn't deserve one after all of the things he'd put others through. Shaking her head she chuckled, "Shadow likes you a lot. It's good, mostly because that young kitten seems to warm up to people easily. Never knew Hatomi owned one until I came over.....to be honest I was a bit relieved that someone was keeping him company....even if it is a small kitten." She said softly as She walked to the kitchen and started to clean the bowls that had been in Hatomi's room.

Rosuto promptly picked up the kitten and held her close. "I'm glad Hatomi didn't live alone," he said as he gently ran his finger over one of Shadow's ears. He smiled as the ear continuously flicked. "It's nice to have a cute little companion around. I wonder if Senpai talks to Shadow when he needs a listening ear." It seemed that starting today Hatomi will have more than two listening ears living with him.
Taking a seat on a couch, Rosuto set Shadow on his lap just as he did the first time he visited. The hand that played with her ear now pet her soft head. What would Shadow look like if someone fed her a treat? There was only one way to find out, but Rosuto planned to feed her later. She didn't seem very hungry right now.

Shadow quieted down and reverted to just plane purring, her tail flicking back and forth every now and then. Tanya snickered from her place in the kitchen as she watched the two of them. "She is quiet cute, though I honestly wonder what he's been feeding her....her furs looks so glossy," She hummed as she dried her hands and started to investigate. She snickered when she found what he's been giving her, "She's definitely a spoiled kitten. Seems Hatomi's been feeding her tuna, and milk. Probably one of the most lucky kittens in the world to find someone who will spoil her even at a young age." She giggled then thought about something, "Oooooo, soon to be two spoiled kittens." She giggled and peeked around the corner of the kitchen. "Plus now Shadow will have another companion who might spoil her just as much as her master does." She laughed softly as she ducked back into the kitchen and decided since she was there it was time to clean up the house....though it looked like it was already clean enough already.
She thought for a long moment and shook her head. Nope some other time she would do that, as of right now they needed to go back out and get Rosuto some new cloths and other items. She walked back out and looked out the window, unfortunately it was now starting to drizzle. "Oh....looks like a cab is needed....." She looked over to Rosuto, "We'll leave some food out for Shadow, for her to eat, and head out okay?" She smiled as Shadow mewled and nipped at Rosuto's fingers, not in a way to mame, but to tease, or a playful manner that wouldn't hurt him. Tanya giggled again as the kitten looked up at him with wide innocent eyes.

Rosuto's smile widened a little and he lightly tapped Shadow's nose. "Well, she's a lot nicer than most spoiled cats," he commented. "Quite a bit smarter, too. I hope I can take care of her just as well as Senpai does." He almost laughed when Tanya said something about two spoiled kittens. It would be no surprise if Rosuto did end up a bit spoiled in the future. "Hatomi is gonna need help taking care of two 'spoiled kittens'. I bet he can manage, though." Now moving Shadow from his lap to the ground, he stood to head to the door. Looking out the window, he saw that it was indeed going to rain. It was such a good thing that they arrived when they did.
"Hm... We really do need a cab..." The drizzle soon became like regular rain and Rosuto figured he should start looking for umbrellas. He didn't need to go to the hospital again. Hatomi would probably be worried more sick than he already was. Not to mention Shadow would be all alone in the house for a while. Looking away from the window, Rosuto searched nearby rooms for an umbrella he could use. He eventually found one and was soon ready to leave. He didn't have a jacket, though, as it was one of he things stolen.

Tanya started scooping out some tuna and Shadow's ears pricked towards the kitchen, but her attention was brought back to Rosuto as he tapped her nose. She mewled softly as she was set down, lazily walking over to the kitchen and standing at Tanya's feet as she started scooping the tuna out. He soft mewls barely above what a normal meow would be like, as she rubbed up against her legs. Looking up at her until she set the food down along with a bowl of milk. Shadow started to nibble away as Tanya chuckled, "Yeah she is pretty smart....Hmmmm I wonder what Hatomi would do if a certain someone had on ears and a tail." She giggled aloud mostly to herself, as she then walked out of the room stopping to hum a bit before snapping her fingers and walking over to Hatomi's hall closet.
"Was trying to find things to help bring down Hatomi's fever when I had dropped by.....found this small jacket he'd had probably kept for a long time. Dun know what it was from, but it should be able to fit you since it's to small for him at this point in his life," She pulled it out and handed it to him with a smile, "Here it is. Should be warm enough, not sure why he keeps a small jacket around, but oh well. It helps for a situation like this right?" She smiled.

Rosuto put on the jacket almost as soon as he got it from Tanya. "I guess Hatomi somehow knew it was going to be needed," he figured. "That or this was his favorite jacket and he never wanted to throw it away." Smiling as he watched Shadow nibbling at her tuna, Rosuto once again walked to the door, ready to leave. He was quite excited, almost as if he was accompanying an older sister to someplace. It seemed already like that, since Tanya acted quite like a sister already.
"Shall we go now, Tanya?" he asked, wondering if she was ready to leave.

Tanya then grabbed a coat out of the closet for her to where, "That could be it too....maybe It held a lot of memories or was a present from someone and couldn't bring himself to ever get rid o fit. Hatomi's kind of fickle that way," She giggled. She turned away from the closet after closing it and made her way to the front door again. "Okay I'm ready," She pulled out a cell phone and dial up a number she knew by heart. She would have probably called the driver they had back at her house, but it would probably be more comfortable to Rosuto to ride in a cab with her. So she was considerate and called her favorite cab driver up. She spoke briefly with the person on the other end of the line and smile when she got a confirmation that he would be there shortly. She ended the call and stepped out under the porch roof, once she had opened the door. S
She looked over to Rosuto and spoke about the cabi, "He said he'll be here in about fifteen minutes tops, since he's actually closer to this part of the neighborhood." She said as she sat on the front steps of the porch, her eyes looking out and into the rain. Her features were thoughtful, and a bit distant, as she thought about something that seemed to have her mind else where for a moment. She then shook her thoughts away as a question popped into her head. "Hey Rosuto....I have a question, but if it's to personal or anything you don't have to answer it...okay?....what did you think of Hatomi....before he changed.....what was he like and what were your thoughts about him when you two had been so close?" She asked as she looked out to the rain, genuinely curious about it, but trying to keep her words as polite as she could.

Rosuto tried to remember what Hatomi had been like before, and he smiled a bit when his memory returned to him. "Hatomi was just as protective back then as he is now. He was just as kind and self-conscious. Of course, back then he didn't accept homosexual people, and he tried to change the conversation if I tried to talk about it..." His mind now travelled to the day of his confession, before Hatomi was to go to high school. "Anyway, he hardly ever left me on my own. We were almost always together, and people thought it was strange to see one of us alone outside of class. He was like an older brother to me until I found that I had feelings for him. I thought that he would accept me even if I was the very thing he despised. Surely he wouldn't leave me alone if I told him how I felt..." Oh how wrong he had been... If only he knew that Hatomi would run away.

Tanya hummed softly, "It sounds like.....he was afraid." She surmised softly, "Maybe he wasn't consciously aware that he was afraid, but none the less he acted upon what he that he was feeling and if he was unaware what he truly felt for you.....then I can understand why he acted the way he did." She tucked her legs up against herself as she rested her head on her legs and looked up at Rosuto. "Wish I had been there to help you Rosuto....Maybe then none of what happened would have happened. I know I haven't known him long...it's only been a short while to me, but....something about Hatomi just seemed....so lonely." She looked away, "I was unsure as of the reasons why, and for a long time I never asked. It wasn't until I became worried of his mental well being and physical as well, when he one day showed up at school....he was bruised and cut up.....he normally never lies, but he did.....he said he'd been out biking and had slammed into something. At first I accepted the excuse, but.....when it happened again I couldn't help but think something was wrong."
She sighed, "Rosuto I think I know why Hatomi reacted the way he did...." She trailed off, having not even told anyone of the gang her findings on the whole ordeal. "At first I though his family was neglecting him, that his parents kept beating him. But when I started to follow him around without his knowledge find found that it was only his father doing such things to him...his mother had never been around....or at least that's what I thought anyways. She was beaten just like he was, but there was more to everything that was going on." She looked out at the rain silently, "The reason why Hatomi hated gays.....was because his father was Bi sexual.....the man tried to harm him in a sexual way, but his mother protected him from it." She sighed, "Shortly after a certain incident the news crews were all over the place at his house. His father lied to the news crew said he'd attacked his wife, and so in turn he fought to get Hatomi off of her."
She knew Hatomi would never speak of this to anyone, but Tanya had to problems speaking of it to Rosuto....for he needed to know the truth of it all. "His mother was Hospitalized for a long time, and Hatomi had been forced out onto the streets. Sure we say he'd left his family, but that's not it. His father has him so scared and brain washed that he can't decipher what his heart is telling him. His mind is always over analyzing things and thinking opposite to his hearts desire." Her eyes saddened, "He struggled on his own for a long time....to even eat for a night or feel warm. On some occasions he'd show up at my house and my parents allowed him in without a second thought about it." She looked to Rosuto again before looking back at the rain, "He works several jobs on his own now after school, and owns his own Cafe. Judging by his house he's had good business, in much of his jobs. I think he plans on making his own shop, he talked about it once, but.....I can tell he's afraid his old man will come looking for him."
She sighed, "But I know one thing.....his father killed Hatomi's mother. The women living there now....is only a replacement, a women who is just as vile as his father is. Yet she wears the face that looks so much like Hatomi's mother....that's why people don't believe she's dead.Only very few know of the truth of what had taken place." Her voice felt tight now as she spoke and looked up at Rosuto, "Yous see it's not your fault....if it wasn't for Hatomi's father he would have never reacted they way he had.....none of what happened would have happened. That's why....I want to make that man pay for intentionally hurting Hatomi and inadvertently hurting you." The resolve was there in her voice, she wanted so bad to hurt Hatomi's father, and the only way she could was playing at his own game.....in her way, and that was to catch him in the act of doing something that was to place him as a Criminal and not Hatomi. "I hope....to heal the hearts of those who were ever hurt by that man......So......I'm glad.....Glad that your trying to give Hatomi another chance. You both.....deserve better then why you two both got for the past several years." She said as she kept staring up at Rosuto.

Rosuto's eyes were quite wide by the end of the story. He had no idea Hatomi had suffered that much. Why didn't he say anything back then? "N-no wonder... no wonder he didn't like gays..." He was on the verge of dropping to his knees. "If I had known... I probably would have been more careful before confessing to him. Or I could have said something to the police. He didn't have to suffer like that..." Now, more than ever, he wanted to lock away the man who called himself Hatomi's father. That man... how did he get away with all of it?
The day of the confession popped into his mind again and an extreme guilt flowed into Rosuto. He must have terrified Hatomi. He wasn't sure how or why, but by being the very thing he despised it was no wonder their friendship fell apart. Thank goodness their bond was beginning to heal, but he felt terrible for accidentally breaking it in the first place. Perhaps it wasn't his fault, but he probably should have given Hatomi a bit of a heads-up first.

Tanya stood up and pulled Rosuto into a hug, "He didn't say it because he was probably afraid to say anything about it. Even now he still says nothing of what that man ever does to him. He takes it all and doesn't fight it.....like I said that man has him brain washed, and even now he still keeps his thoughts, emotions, and pain locked away. That's why I'm surprised he's never done something to himself." She sighed softly, "That's why when I found out, I've been trying to keep an eye on him." She smirked, "But he won't need it if he has you now...." She pulled away slightly and gently looked at Rosuto. "He has something to fight for and live for now. That I am glad for, I'm happy you came back Rosuto....and I'm sure he is too. So he can make up for the things he did to you, and mend the hurt he caused. So please....don't beat yourself up over something neither of you had control over okay?" She asked softly tilting her head slightly with a gentle smile.
Tanya liked Rosuto, he was like a little brother she never had. She wanted to help the best way she knew how, and right now moral support was needed. Not to mention her need to let him know everything she to give him an understanding of what had been going on for longer then it should have. She turned slightly as she heard a car approach. "Come on now.....lets go do some shopping okay? We can deal with the problem later, alright?" She gave him an encouraging smile.

Rosuto nodded and tried to smile, but a few tears managed to roll down his face. He could not help but wonder if Hatomi had ever been afraid of him. But there was no time to dwell on that now. As much as he wanted to continue discussing, he had to calm down and leave the matter until the night. Right now, he and Tanya had to go shopping to replace almost all the things Rosuto had lost when someone raided his former home. It wouldn't be too bad. He was going to go shopping sooner or later, though he probably would have had to search the streets for a few days to earn enough for shopping. It would have been hard work, but it wouldn't have mattered much to him since he had been living alone at the time.

Tanya patted Rosuto's head, "If you'd like, we can visit the hospital after we shop. So we can ask him what ever questions are bothering you okay? We might get some answers if he knows we know more then he wanted us too. He might not be to happy about it, but....he's going to have to realize he's not alone anymore and that there are people close to him whether he likes it or not." She grabbed Rosuto's hand, "Now lets get moving and take our minds off the present for a bit shall we?" She smiled and turned, gently tugging at Rosuto's arm so they can get in the cab. She slid in and waited for Rosuto to get in. "Hey Jay-kun....can you take us to the mall?"
Got a bit of shopping to do with your boy friend?" He teased
"Nope. I'm taking my friends boy friend shopping," She smiled brightly and the cabby laughed loudly, as he waited for the door to close before he started to drive off.
