Anues

"Am I?" Bouncing back the question, Anues looked elsewhere, allowing her to continue in peace. He wasn't expecting anything interesting yet once her question was posed, he just as quickly looked back at her; hinting light curiosity. Still, Anues held his silence as he straightened his posture while the female continued, possibly considering how to reply or how much longer this would take. He didn't respond right away. Instead his attention turned downward for a few seconds, allowing the silence to linger before eventually looking back up at Irilyss.
"Fire is possibly one of our most generous disasters. They can be detected from afar and even then it only takes one to warn thousands of the oncoming harm... They're easy to prevent with proper knowledge as well." But, fires were just as easily spontaneous. Some had to run their course and die out on their own. What then? He was stuck on this answer to begin with. "Is it really a curse, or do you simply assume it is? Who's to blame you for running from what you couldn't prevent?" The Gardevoir couldn't help but rest his hand against his head as he retraced the latter of her words. If he were disgusted or stressed with her reply was unclear and as Anues began to speak again, his hand dropped back to his lap.

"We're the only two beings in this room. If I stabbed myself in the hand, would you do the same? What if you do but you then learn you no longer have function of your hand while I instead recovered and we're no longer the same. Are you now cursed? Will you spite me for your decision?" He tapped his fingers against his leg as he kept a passive glare at the other Gardevoir,"Yes, you do need help though you may be beyond mine if you feel this way." It was less the fact that her issues appeared to be all emotional and more the fact that she made no sense to him. Why? Why would anyone think that way? ... and if it were so unappealing, why was he still sitting here? Aire generally required rather automated replies. It was a simple and thoughtless process. Perhaps too much so but it was... this, on the other hand.

Irilyss

The female Gardevoir watched her companion with a curious gaze, waiting to see what his next verbal retort would be. Anues was always one for word games and Irilyss was more than happy to indulge him when he cornered her. She knew exactly how to play a conversation when the need arose, but at the same time she never really needed to. The Psychic was on a different wavelength than those around her, that much was evident to anyone who'd been around her for very long and that was what made her so difficult to interact with. It was hard to tell when Irilyss was trying to be difficult or when she was just trying to communicate in her odd way. Now was just as difficult a time as any, the Gardevoir's motives were a mystery even to herself. Part of her wanted to stall her companion and part of her wanted him to understand what she was saying, and so she waited with her practiced patience for him to come up with what he wanted to say even as she raised her gaze to the bookshelves and began to peruse their ends from a distance.

Irilyss immediately refocused upon Anues when he spoke up, but after she heard the first words her right hand slowly clenched the cloak that lay upon her lap, the first physical sign of some discomfit she'd shown as of yet. So he hadn't understood after all. It was foolish, she supposed, that she could have expected him to piece together the puzzle that was comprised of her words. "It is what it is to whomever it is seen by and again to whomever is affected by it," the female Gardevoir replied, carefully smoothing out the fabric again as she also attempted to smooth out the conversation with a firm and guiding tone. "If we run we are seen as cowards, if we stay then they call us foolish. The only ones who are honored, the only ones who are seen as 'good' are the dead Anues. Fault is found only in the living." There was a hint of emotion to her voice as her comment reached its climax, a sort of warning note that dared him to contradict her. "Don't mistake my meaning. I don't resent myself for living, nor do I resent the dead for dying. I am simply stating the truth. It's the way that people are."

She regarded Anues closely for a moment to gauge his reaction, before addressing him again with disappointment tinging her words. "You're comparing day to night Anues. It's not important what one of us does or doesn't do. A curse is not created by the fantasies of a single person. One person's decision is their own undoing and it's not the fault of anyone else!" Irilyss' tone rose in intensity and she held Anues' glare with a steady gaze as she tried to connect the pieces for him. "Two people is not the same as hundreds, one life is not equal to another. People always have choices but sometimes there is only one choice that they can make. If you stabbed yourself in the hand that's no prompting for me to do the same unless I'm a fool, but if you were stabbed in the hand by another and I was not what then? If you, Anues, were standing with a group of those you hold dear in battle and you were the only one left standing when the battle was through tell me how would you feel?" The female Psychic was perhaps as close to anger as anyone had ever seen her. Her voice bespoke of a pain that she rarely bared to anyone and it was obviously hard for her to keep it in check now that it had made its way to the surface. Irilyss' poise was tense as she turned her gaze back to the unfeeling flames before her and lost herself again in their warmth. She'd spelled it out for the male Gardevoir now, if he still didn't understand then there was nothing for it but she was willing to give him this second chance.

Anues

"Your civilization was quite typical, that's true. Though why you allow yourself to be affected it beyond me." At least, it seemed that way. It was hard to say anything really. One moment it'd seem as if she'd be happier dead in the ground and the next moment she'd prefer to be breathing. He stared off as she continued, unmindful of Iriylss' tone. He already messed up his end of this silly word game so there was no point in taking acknowledgement of these moments anymore, instead allowing it to run it's course. Still, she continued and he then turned his attention back to her though honesty, he was disappointed in how she chose to back herself up. The only indication of such was no more than him closing his and beginning to thoughtlessly tap his leg again.

"You're taking a hypothetical situation and applying it to your own. If you could simply walk away from me or acknowledge my action as wrong despite me being the only person you're with, why can't you just as easily disregard what others think of you for doing what you needed to in order to survive?" He paused, allowing the question to linger though it didn't seem to beg for an answer either. In actuality, he was simply thinking. There was a distortion in their line of thought and he wasn't sure how to continue without saying something he'd reconsider. Anues lingered on it for a good few seconds before speaking again, though only to move further into her response. "It wouldn't matter. Just because my hand no longer works doesn't mean can't survive, or fight back if necessary... Lastly, I work in priorities. It doesn't matter how many need to die, as long as one survives. Still, if you insist I'm the only survivor then I suppose I've failed. Where we differ is you can run where I cannot. Instinct would simply tell me to when it came to the point that I have failed."

((Bad reply. Literally scribbled this up right before work, pardon. Feel free to trap me while the response is bland... Dunno if I'll have the energy to edit when I get home and I'd like to carry on.))

Irilyss

Irilyss closed her eyes so as to prevent the exhasperation from showing on her features. This gap was clearly too wide to be bridged by now. Perhaps he did understand, it seemed as though he might have some idea from what he was saying, but his understanding didn't align with hers. It may have been their personalities, it may have been her phrasing, but it was certainly making all of this more complicated than it had to be. "It's not about other people!" the female Psychic said softly, reopening her eyes and gazing down at the arm of the chair pensively. "If this were about the opinions of other people then we would have no disagreement. Others can think whatever they please about me or you or anyone else. The reason why the opinions of others matter is because they can grow to be our own opinions as well. But the heart of the matter rests with each person individually and how they see a situation, everything else is circumstantial. The problem is when I see red you may see orange, when I say it's green you could say it's blue. It's different for each and every person there is, but it's only one person's opinion who matters and that person is yourself."

The Gardevoir turned toward Anues again, though she seemed to be looking through rather than at him when she spoke. "So every person believes something. And your own opinion is what shapes you, what forms your very being. Your opinions are what decide your so-called choices and thus we are tied to our life's path before we can even realize what we've done. You've said it yourself: you 'cannot run.' That's not true. You can run, you have the choice to run and save yourself as do I. You're saying though that you would choose, rather, to stay and die rather than run if you had failed. And who's eyes have you failed in? Your own." Irilyss took a breath and leaned back in her chair, never averting her eyes from her companion. "So tell me Anues: how are you any different than me?"

Anues

Anues gave a hard, blank stare at her first statement, having felt quite the opposite vibe with her past statements but he just as quickly relaxed and his gaze softened as he brushed off the matter rather than approach it. It wasn't worth it. Saying anything would just lead to them going in circles over it. Anues would quickly be thankful he kept his mind free in his idle as he allowed Iriylss to carry on; his ears giving the slightest flicker of motion as she spoke on. It was the only indication that he was still listening but he was instead simply a bit off guard.
He had it coming. He knew so when he responded to begin with and he regret not explaining himself further, but hearing it made his mind reel as he tried to explain it to himself before risking speaking. It was different. Failure was failure. There was nothing more to it, not for him. Why were they different? Well, he didn't exist for himself, not in the slightest. Still, nothing was forced on him. He simply grew into such a mindset over a number of years. Regardless, priorities were priories and such was drown out into the back of his mind long ago in favor of simply acknowledging the idea that Aire wasn't allowed to die, supported by the unclear latter he no longer saw. "I suppose we're wired differently..." He spoke absentmindedly, if only to break the silence before just as quickly reentering it. Yes, it was something along those lines. It didn't feel wrong, but a bit off. It was extremely bland. What else could he say though? It was hard to see... anything, if Aire died. Yes, there wouldn't be anything at all. Somehow.

Anues frowned at nothing in particular in his thoughts. He was well aware he was just as alive as Irilyss but he felt as if he would simply vanish if it came down to that. There were no second chances to fix things or change the outcome. There was no option of death or running, just vanishing. There was no logic in it and it prodded his mind horribly due to it, but he couldn't seem to comprehend it any other way. Would it happen? Of course not. It’s not a rational answer and therefore Irilyss was technically right but he in no way could consider either a possibility all the same. He couldn’t even call it failure. Everything would just stop when it happened before his mind could claim as much. Aire wasn't anyone truly important. Life was honestly very settle until the guild business-- that ******** Gallade aside. Due to all of it, instinct simply told him to be over defensive. The mindset itself had always been there, though passively. Now it was very well active.
“Honestly, I’m unsure how to explain it otherwise. Of course, the biggest difference is nothing’s out to kill me.” It went something along those lines. He could hardly remember Irilyss’ initial explanation of the situation and Anues spent no time wondering in favor of closing his eyes and idly rubbing his head in exhaustion. He avoided thinking about such things for this reason alone. As long as he gave her something to ramble on about rather than giving her the open option to ask ‘how so’, he’d get a moment to gather himself.

((That hurt my mind as much as it did his. Look what you did.))

Irilyss

Irilyss shook her head ever so slightly as Anues came back with a response, though it wasn't nearly so certain as his usual tone. Naturally, they were 'wired differently.' That was the easy answer to give, the one that most people would take and accept. We're just wired differently. Yes, they didn't see things the same way; the way Anues lived and the way the she lived were in some ways as contrasting as could be. But of course that was true, it was exactly the point that she'd been making before. She could tell that he knew that he was agreeing with her, but his discomfit with the idea prevented him from accepting it. The female Gardevoir sighed and let her arm drop and dangle over the side, waiting for her companion to collect his thoughts again. It bothered her somewhat that he didn't understand, although it was a silly thing really. It shouldn't have troubled her so much as it did, but that didn't stop it from doing so. The most irksome part was that he was stopping the rationale from reaching him, not some other source. It was with a vexed expression that she began to absently traces circles upon the chair's side, thoughts disassembling to all parts of her mind.

She blinked acknowledgement of the male Gardevoir's following detached phrase when it came, though she didn't respond immediately. The Psychic sighed slightly and raised her hand from its resting point over the armrest to cushion her head upon instead. "Nothing's out to kill you..." she echoed, staring vacantly into space. It didn't concern her that he would have come to that conclusion, he didn't know how something was out to kill her but she didn't try to hide the fact that she expected that someone was coming for her life. "Is that true?" she said, looking up suddenly at Anues, "Is it really true that nothing's out to kill you? Many of us have more enemies than we could ever hope to realize, and even if we didn't I'm sure you know at least one enemy who's out to kill us all." Irilyss blinked, and in the split second behind closed eyelids she saw in vivid detail the black, white, and crimson. Those three colors would never leave her thoughts, she knew: they would haunt her until the day that she died.

"I suppose it's not any of my business though," she said idly, picking up her prior train of thought again, "It's far easier for someone who who believes he's safe, or perhaps someone who considers himself in danger at all times." The Gardevoir looked somewhat discontented as she continued. "But there is still that choice. Even if for some there seems to be no choice at all. It's because we're caught up in our own mind games that we block out our choices. If you don't have a choice Anues," her eyes held a bemused glimmer as she raised them to meet his, "Then your mind is playing tricks on you." She wouldn't argue that she was any different of course, in fact she knew it to be true, but that was the point of it after all. Just as he was bound by his own thoughts constraints so was she, if not moreso, and mental shackles were the worst kind, because they were held in place by one's subconscious: to break them you would effectively have to break yourself.

((xD That's just the way Iri is I'm afraid.))

Anues

"Nothing's out to kill me." The Gardevoir's response was quick though he was otherwise silent. It was true, to an extent. Was anyone out to kill him? No. Not him particularly. Was someone out to kill everyone? Yes, but it was easier to hide in a mess of people to kill. As long as he wasn't a lone target, he would think of something. He worked best in such situations. This, on the other hand was slowly pulling apart the strings that kept his calm collected and in order and the more the pulling progressed, the more likely multiple strands would come loose. Though he appeared overall calm, there was a strict glare in the female's direction that never seemed to entirely fade. Something of course was wrong, coming from him.
Anues wasn't sure if he felt broken, or Irilyss simply wasn't getting the picture. It was easier to put the blame on others. It was never an issue until she picked up on it, but he saw nothing wrong with the way he worked. The psychic wasn't sure what else to say as he listened to her words. Was it a sign that she was right? Or was his subconscious simply telling him before hand that this was the waste of time he knew it would be, and saying anything at all would just dig this hole deeper? "Possibly. Though choices are as easily removed just as they are made. A rooting system, for say. I simply ran out of paths to take." It sounded off. Just like everything else about this conversation. There was no need to continue it and thus he stood.

"Perhaps you should consider yours while you still can. I must digress though. I believe I'm needed elsewhere." It wasn't true. She didn't know though, so it didn't matter. It was an easy way out. "Hopefully the next time we meet, you're not any deeper in the hole you stand in now. Staying in place would be a wise decision. Making a proper choice would be wiser." The Gardevoir sighed on that note as he turned in place before teleporting without another word. He couldn't play that game anymore.

Irilyss

Irilyss sighed, though the action was more like a shallow breath than anything else. "That's a matter of perspective," she said offhandedly to his first two comments, watching the male rise to his feet. Her eyes followed his motion, though she didn't respond with a motion of her own of any sort. She listened silently to his parting words with scarcely any acknowledgment of them, even her eyes straying from Anues' figure at the pause amidst his first two sentences. The female could clearly tell that the conversation was over, and she saw no need to fight his desire to flee from what he didn't understand. The greatest fear a person had was that of the unknown, that which could not be comprehended. It was the most logical reaction in the world-perhaps that was why it was so incredibly irritating. Still she didn't pay him any attention as he concluded his statement and vanished without a trace, once again appearing to be enraptured by the unending dance of the fire.

She remained in that position for a time after he had gone, drowning herself in the catharsis of the flames and listening to the secrets that the crackling flames were so eager to divulge to her. When she did move, Irilyss slowly straightened and sat up straight, turning her eyes to the cloak that rested in her lap. "Choices are never removed, only forgotten. When you forget yourself you forget your choices and thus you create who you want to become. That's the way we are, that's the way the world is made. You've forgotten who you once were-so have I. Who is Anues? Who is Irilyss? What we are...what we were... None of it is the same. Only shades remain of yesterday that haunt us, spirits of the present who herald the wraiths of the future. Which one do you see as yourself? I prefer to remain undecided and let it take me where it will. In the end, what more is life than a quickly fading vision?" Her tone was soft and scarcely more than a murmur that was lost amidst the silence almost before it graced the room, but it existed all the same. What she hoped to accomplish, if anything, was unclear, for she said nothing more as she scooped up her garment and stood in one fluid motion.

As Irilyss moved to exit the room she swept it once more with eyes that bespoke of a weariness that she no longer concealed. The conversation had been an engaging one but also quite disappointing in the female Gardevoir's eyes. She seemed to be able to see something there far more interesting than any other person viewing could see. Her eyes reflected the ghosts of the conversation that had just occurred and she regarded them both with a critical gaze as though trying to find the flaw-the break-where it had failed to connect. The Psychic allowed her memories to solidify and meld to the present, her photographic memory bridging the gap between the two and giving the remnants of what was one more chance to take life's breath into their lungs before they fell apart once more like so many shards of delicate glass. Wordlessly, the Gardevoir turned and exited the room, taking her thoughts with her to another place and another time.

Harumi

How do you deal with so many changes happening all at once? How do you cope with having a big sister who could end god-like creatures? How do you cope with suddenly having two tails? Harumi hadn't been ready for all this... The stressed out Espeon sighed as she walked into the Common room of the guild, staring down at the floor. She wondered if anybody other than her family who had known her would recognize her. Oh... Who was she kidding? Nobody except her family knew who she was.

Harumi was all alone in this situation. Her sister was dealing with her own problems, and his parents were more proud of her than understanding of her woes. It was especially hard to deal with her emotions, being a Psychic Pokemon now. The Espeon had had a moment where she was locked in her room, running things over in her mind. She had begun to cry, when suddenly the bed she had been lying on began to float in midair. It was a jolting experience, but it let Harumi know she could no longer let her emotions get the better of her. This was tough for a Pokemon going through the first stages of adolescence.

So Harumi walked alone, letting out a small sigh, keeping a bottle on her emotions. It was either things started floating around her against her will, or she developed a tumor. The Espeon approached one of the seats in the Common room, springing up onto the cushioned furniture. After doing a couple circles on the seat to make sure it was comfortable enough, the Espeon curled up into a ball and closed her eyes, gently swaying her split tail back and forth.

"Jay!" a voice frantically called from down the halls. Pawsteps, fast and hurried, would be heard down the hall. A vulpix would slide to a stop at the door of the commons room, a look of determination on her face as her eyes darted back and forth.

Nothing. Just an espeon, drat! She lost him! She coulda sworn he had ducked in here. Red pouted, she never won at hide-and-seek with him! Maybe that espeon had seen him? The fire type straightened up, looking at the espeon curiously. "You seen a zorua around here? lotsa piercings, red eyes, looks kinda- heywaitaminute" she darted up to Harumi, looking at her right in the eyes. "Jay is that you! You said you wouldn't play any tricks!"

Red raised her paw and tapped Harumi on the side, staring her for a moment before looking away. The pout returned to her face, "Drat. You're not Jay. Sorry" she hung her head low, sitting down on the floor in front of the espeon. "Man, I never win at this game..." she mumbled to herself.

She didn't seem to mind the fact that there was someone else in this room with her at the moment.

Harumi

Harumi's ears flickered a little as she heard the shouts of another Pokemon just outside the door frame. Jay? Who's that? It wasn't long before Harumi got an answer to her internal question. A rather skiddish looking Vulpix bounded into the room, looking for another Pokemon. Soon afterward, the Vulpix was staring into Harumi's purple eyes. The Espeon recoiled her head a little, rather taken aback by the straightforwardness of the Vulpix. The Espeon flinched a little as her side was poked.

"U-Uhm... I'm sorry, I'm not your friend..." Harumi replied shyly. Just this act confused Harumi so much. She was acting... shy? Harumi was always so outgoing and rambunctious, why did she suddenly care what Pokemon thought of her? After a bit of thinking, she new exactly why, and this Vulpix had helped confirm that thought. Harumi was something totally new in terms of looks. This Pokemon had already mistaken her for an illusion brought about by a Zorua.

Harumi let out a little sigh as she watched the Vulpix look for her friend. It must be nice, having someone to play with. Harumi was evolved, it wouldn't look right for her to be playing with an unevolved Pokemon like this Vulpix. The Eeveelution's ears flattened against the back of her head as she went through a slight internal debate. Should she care if Pokemon thought she was a creeper for wanting to live her childhood out more while already evolved?

"Are... Are you playing Hide and Seek...?" She asked rather softly, purple eyes locked on the Vulpix below her.

Reds ears swiveled back and forth, her tails spread out as her nose twitched slightly. No, he was here, she was sure of it! She looked up as the espeon started speaking, huh? "Oh, naw, don't apologize. You don't want to be him anyways, trust me" she turned around, looking behind her. "He's an idiot!" she yelled out in the air behind her. Silence. Dang, he was good!

"Yeah, thats exactly what we're doing!" she said enthusiastically in response to the espeons second question. "Blue says I'm too old for that but I don't think so. I mean, you gotta have some fun, right? This team stuff gets to your head!" Red got up on a seat next to Harumi, her tails parting in the middle to take up a more comfortable position. She's have had Blue join them right now, actually, but he was kinda bitter these days. She felt like they were getting kind of distant, it really worried her but there wasn't much she could do about it. At least she still had Jay to play with, though! He was in the mood for it sometimes. He always won though, and she was convinced he was cheating!

That espeon didn't look so right, now that she noticed. "Hey hey, something on your mind?" Red asked, eyes gone curious again. Why were psychics always so down? Did they have like...mind...future telling...problem things?! The wasn't good, at least, she'd been taught that being worried all the time was a bad way to live. Also that, for pretty people, worrying makes you ugly. Ah, she didn't want this espeon to get ugly! Ugly people were usually really mean for some reason. the fire type looked at Harumi inquisitively, waiting for her to speak.

Harumi

Did Harumi really not want to be this Zorua the Vulpix spoke of? Pokemon tended to take males more seriously as leaders, anyway. It's why all of her idols were male. Being a boy would be so much easier right now. Boys didn't care about their emotions, they just stared at females like Harumi and drooled. Harumi didn't get it, the whole drastic difference between males and females. Harumi wished she could just stare and drool at other Pokemon, it seemed a lot easier than dealing with these hormonal imbalances that caused her emotional distraught.

"Something on my mind...?" She responded as the Vulpix hopped up on a seat next to her. Sure, there was plenty on her mind. But Harumi didn't even know who this Vulpix was. "Well, uhm... I kinda evolved by accident..." The Espeon then responded in a gentle tone. "I used to be an Eevee... I wasn't ready to change yet, and now whenever I get mad things float and it's scary..." The Espeon closed her eyes a little, sighing before opening those purple eyes and looking to the Vulpix. The other Pokemon was young, probably even younger than Harumi herself. Was she even old enough to understand Harumi's problems? "I-I'm Harumi, by the way. Harumi Eclipse..."

Red took a calmer air now as she settled down and began to listen. "Sounds a lot like when you get your tails in! Er, um..." Ah, how could she explain this to someone who wasn't a vulpix? It was a pretty complex thing..."Er, when I was a kid at least, with every tail I grew my fire got stronger. It happens with some Vulpix. I was really scared, but I couldn't show it 'cause the stress of being scared made things burn to a crisp!" god like the time she curled up in front of a tree and ended up setting it on fire. Lucky for them that didn't spread. "Thank goodness for Blue, whenever I talked with him I always felt better"

Her ears perked up at the mention of the name. Ah, introductions! "I'm Red! Just Red, I don't have a last name. Least, I think I don't" She didn't seem to pay mind to the "eclipse" part of the name at all. It sounded familiar enough, but for all she cared this was just another Espeon that she happened to meet.

"And I'm Jay"

"Huh?" Red turned around, nothing. But she could have sworn- "Ah, behind you!" The Vulpix jumped off of her seat, lunging at, sure enough, a white and green zorua who had seemingly popped out of nowhere. A not well thought out plan, as he easily moved to the side, letting her collide face first with the ground. He walked with light paw steps, almost a slight grace, as he silently made his way over to the chair which Red had been in prior. He glanced over at the smaller fire type, giving her a slight smirk before turning his attention back to Harumi.

"You'll get used to it, I'm sure. Whether or not you get used to the floating objects or your emotions, though..." his tail flicked back and forth idly, "many pokemon go through a phase like that. Sudden change does that. Happened to me too, it was...horrible. It was more of a random thing though but my emotional state was a partial influence" He shifted positions, laying down on his belly with his front paws outstretched. "It'll pass, hopefully soon. I'd love to give tips but I'm the furthest thing from a psychic. However, I used to..." his tail suddenly dropped. No, not good to bring that up. "I heard from someone that for you guys its less stressful if the environment you're usually in is full of good thoughts. Heck if I know if it works, though"

Wait, why was he talking with some random girl again? Well, she was pretty cute...

Harumi

Harumi tilted her head to the side a little as she listened tot he Vulpix before her explain the concept of growing one's tails in. Looking back at her own split tail, the Espeon couldn't help but smile a little. Seemed that Harumi knew more about getting her tails in than one thought. Instead of five power boosts, though, Harumi got one big one, and she didn't know how to control it. "So... I have to be fearless..." Harumi replied gently. The thought made something in her stomach turn upside down. She'd tried being fearless before. She was one of the bravest Eevee's she had known. However, the lack of fear put her in many situations that put her life, as well as the lives of Pokemon she cared about, at risk. What a shitty time to learn that fear isn't always a bad thing to have, right? "I guess I'm going to have to learn how to master all this new stuff." And Harumi only knew of one person she could ask for help. "Ugh, sorry, got caught up in my own thoughts... It's been happening a lot recently..." In summary, since she evolved into an Espeon, Harumi had even been thinking more. "I-It's very nice to meet you, Red."

The Espeon was about to ask what team Red was from, when suddenly a male voice sounded from nearby. "Who's th- GAH!" Harumi hadn't been expecting Red to lunge off of her seat, down into the floor right next to an odd colored Zorua. "A-Are you alright, Red...?" Harumi asked, peering over at the face-down Vulpix before turning her attention to Jay. "You went through a big change? You don't look like you're evolved..." Harumi commented, tilting her head in a rather confused manner. Though Harumi had never seen a Zoroark, Jay didn't look big enough to be any sort of non-basic form Pokemon.
