Respect gets you a lot in this world... A water puddle shot across the sand of the beach, arriving at the edge of the water and sinking into it. After a pause, the water formed up into the shape of a man.
Edward ran his hand through his hair in aggravation. Did she really think I would kill her? Am I that bad Gantoy? I don't know boss. She's a medic and a water user, and most of ya'll never get much experience with lightning jutsu that aren't meant to kill ya. Maybe she just reacted on ingrained habits. Hmph. I doubt that, she's far to intelligent to fall to something like that. Besides, she knows I care about her a lot, why the 'ell would she think I would kill her? For that one, the Spirit Partner had no reply. The Sannin sank into the waves and began wrapping water around himself, infusing it with electricity. Around the mini waterspout he had created, he circled a tunnel of wind that he laced with traces of the Ectoplasm Fire from Gantoy. Are you worthy of it?

Deza's water clone walked calmly down the beaches shores. it had been a long time since Ez had been here. she blinked when she spotted him. he was clearly worked up about something, she just didn't know what yet.

Respect gets you a lot in this world... Edward brought his arms up and swung them apart. He had borrowed use of one of Gantoy's arms, giving him three. From the wall of water and electricity came a pair of dragons - a dragon composed of deep blue water, and one made from crackling yellow-orange lightning. The cyclone of wind around that gave birth to a dragon of wind, light blue and red.
The three dragons circled in the air, weaving back and forth between each other, skimming, but never touching as they danced tirelessly in the air above the Sannin. Another sweep of his arms, and the dragons shot straight up into the air, before crashing back down towards him, one right on the tail of the other.
Just before the dragons would impact with Edward's upturned face, each veered off suddenly, to form a ring of wind, water, and lightning around the man. The colors blurred together as the dragons spun faster and faster, before there was a slightly muffled boom and the dragons vanished in a shower of sparks and water. Are you worthy of it?

the clone watched with a small smile. he was amazing. how Ez wound up with such a great guy was beyond her, but she was happy about it. his moves were very artistic as well. that only amazed her more.

Respect gets you a lot in this world... Edward's next action was to create a duo of normal Kage Bunshin, not the one-use things he had used in the spar. He looked at the two, one aligned with water jutsu, the other with lightning.
"Alright, you two know what to do." Boss this is really a stupid idea. I'm not going to increase your resistance to lightning if you decide to actually do this. Good Gantoy. Maybe that would have hurt her. I have to know for next time... if there is a next time after this. The water clone summoned up a dragon of water and the other called down a chain lightning bolt that electrified the water dragon. The now electrically charged dragon raced around Edward, sending bolts of electricity into him, driving the Sannin to his knees in the sand. He would stand up, only to be hit by another bolt slightly stronger than the last. Are you worthy of it?

Respect gets you a lot in this world...  Several hours later, Edward collapsed to the sand, unable to move at all. The clones dispelled their creation and hurried over to check on him. The Sannin laid in the sand, curls of smoke rising from the charred remnants of his clothing and his skin. One of the clones doused him with water, immediately regretting it when he heard Edward scream as the salt-water hit his raw flesh. The pain jolted him awake though.
The former Hokage crawled to his knees and coughed heavily, spitting blood into the sand under his head. He heard the impact, but it was muted, as if by a fair distance. That's when he realized the extent of what he had just done. He had electrocuted himself repeatedly, and was apparently suffering nerve damage that was weakening his senses.
"Gantoy.." His voice was a harsh rasp, causing the Sannin to wince again. The Spirit Partner floated out, finally letting herself link up with her human partner, and nearly shrieking at the damage he had caused himself. The ghost made itself into a shroud around his skin, lessening contact with everything that he might touch to further injure himself. Then she pulled on his legs, guiding his faltering, stumbling steps towards the hotel room he had rented. Are you worthy of it?
