Jon focused chakra into his hand and he focus chakra into his leg he kicked with and shot a wave of heat at Sei. "Chakra control at its greatest."

Sei blocked him once more with a bone wing, the feathers drifting off with the chakra. She was now waiting for his hand to come at her.
"When you hit with your hand, send the chakra into the muscle. Go!" she ordered, ready for his attack.

Jon slammed his palm into Sei's stomach sending the chakra deep into the muscle "God those wings are annoying."

(That's kind of an auto hit... so just watch the way you word things, ok? You've also learned muscle shock seeing the battle lasted more than five posts.)
Sei felt the muscles freeze up, and she immediately counterbalanced it, flipping backwards.
"Congrats, you've figured out muscle shock." she grinned, "I'm sure my wings make it difficult, but you're going to have to get over that. I'm not even using them to their full potential." she giggled before dissolving into a puddle, a note next to it.
Treat yourself to some ramen, you deserve it. :3

Jon picked up the note and laughed a bit Jon took two steps and fell to his knees and began to throw up blood "crap I need to learn how to cure this Im not gonna live long if this keeps up." Jon got up and wiped the blood from his mouth and walked away

Jon walked into the forest and looked around Jon sat down and began to meditaite after a while Jon stood up and to one of the pills Jon focused chakra into his hand and his hand shot out a large amount of heat that burned his arm "I guess I have to rework on my chakra control now my chakra lines are clear now more chakra can flow now." Jon looked at a tree and charged chakra into his hand and ran up and punched the tree Hard the tree shattered where Jon punched and the tree collapsed. "So much power I can now used chakra more freely instead of using as much as possible without the effects of the disease I feel so free."

Jaice flickered into sight once more; he then flicked his hand a second time, planting the senbon with a light ringing seven feet above the ground in the nearest tree.

Jon heard a sound and immediately turned around and listened more closely it was a senbon Jon Ran to the origin of the sound and Saw Jaice "Your Jaice right?." Jon asked

Jon smirked and laughed a bit Jon pulled a kunai out and examined it jon channeled chakra through it and it ignited Jon threw it and it hit a tree and exploded. "Feels great to have clean chakra lines now so much chakra can be used now."

"You'd be surprised what it can do, when you know how to tap into its full potential," he said quietly, amused. He pulled out a senbon, exhaling slightly. A faint glimmer of silver chakra pulsed over the needle. "This is one of my special tricks, and it's a blast, no pun intended. No explosive tag, either," he said. He flicked the senbon towards one of the other trees, planting it with a soft tap into one of the thick branches.
