AKA, he can dodge pretty much anything that has an opening to dodge.))

Death Smiled as he turned to the Monkey boy. "Calm down and this will be easy and painless for me" he said as he closed his eyes and reopened them Showing his Rinnegan. His ANBU mask still on he then reached for his katana. "Say Goodbye kid." He said as he had moved with extreme speed and was right behind the boy with his katana next to his throat. "So Tell me your name." he said He felt like playing with the kid a little.

((Excuse me for a second, I forgot my posting format))
Cory chuckled, his tail unraveling from his mid section as it layed on the ground. Cody would not be able to see the tail, seeing as how the closeness of Cory and Cody would hide it. The tail sharped, and tried to embed itself into Cody's leg.
((Just so you know, to actually effectively put the kunai to my neck, you wouldn't be able to see my tail))

Death felt the sharp pain of the tail on his leg He jumped back cutting the boys Throat a little. He landed about 10ft away and blood was coming from his leg. "Your smart" he said as he formed a few hand signs "Kage Bunshin no Jutsu - Shadow Clone Jutsu" He said as 10 Clone appeared. All the clones then formed hand signs and Said "Doton: Gou no Doro (Earth Release: Mud Moat)" A Lage Mud Moat appeared around Cory.

"You're right," he said, jumping backwards while swinging from tree-to-tree to escape the moat.
"Because my tail is poisoned." he stated, showing Cody the tail once again. Upon closer speculation, Cody would be able to see the tip of his tail was indeed poisoned with a thick, syrupy, purple liquid.
"You're gonna enter paralysis in a few minutes."

((My bad still a little upset about the stuff earlier. Also I repost for The Mizukage thing))
Death then noticed the fact that the wound did not hurt. He Looked up and seen the Kunai Not being about to move he held his Katana up to the Area it was about to hit. The Kunai Hit the Katana and Deaths Arm just nipping it. Death then formed some hand signs once more. "Fuuton: Tatsumaki Wana (Wind Release: Tornado Trap)" he said as a Tornado started around Cory and once it finished Cody could not leave the Tornado and no one could get in the Tornado. Cody walked over to Kai. "Dang it Kai before he gets out can you stop the Poison?" he asked

Seeing as how he was in the eye of the tornado, he simply jumped upwards at the perfect angle, swinging from branch-to-branch, going over the moat as he dropped down, throwing three poisoned kunai at Death.
