Reddeye said as he looked over as Kaze left. He turned to look at all three of his squad members.
"Ok everyone, form a line, that's an order."
Reddeye said as he stood up, and walked into the road, looking at them, waiting for them to get in an orderly line. Reddeye had a surprise for them, but they had to do as he commands for them to receive their prize.

(Ok first of if you want to be able to post in my subforum, and my role plays you must have a character made, and I have not seen one of you, unless you have just recently made one in the regular forums. Now if you are looking to join my squad, there is an application thread that are stickies. You might want to go use those. I don't like looking like an a**, but I do have rules, and I do enforce them.)

"Ok everyone in the squad will be getting these, only one for each person, and as of now I only have six objects, so and there are three different kinds. A necklace, a headband, and a very fluffy pink outfit. Now these items are just like my necklace, they reduce your reiatsu by a perfect half, or maybe a little more to a little less. You are going to wear these, and make yourselves stronger, making squad 11 stronger. Now in battle you are allowed to remove them when ever. If you truly love to fight, like we of squad 11 should, you wont remove it unless you feel the person you are fighting is worthy of such a thing."
Reddeye stated in a thunderous captain like way, showing them not only a tough training method, but a way of life for himself. Reddeye loved to fight so much that, like Kenpachi, had an item made to reduce his intense amount of reiatsu, making the battles last longer.
"Now here are the items, pick one for each of yourselves."
Reddeye said with a horrific smile.
