looking at the new comer he said "Train" then looked back to mistuki and waited for her to reply almost ignoring Deil.

"Train what?" Deil thought. "How the hell am I supposed to know what to do without someone to teach me?" He decided to do some calisthenics to warm his body up and to start his workout, first stretching and then going for a light jog to get his blood flowing, and then stretching again. He then got on the floor and started doing push-ups. "One, Two, Three, Four, Five, Six, Seven, Eight..." he called out every time he came up after a rep, loud enough for the other two to hear clearly but not so loud as to make them raise their voices to hear each other.
[Strength training 1 out of how ever many it takes to gain strength. Is there a set limit of posts for this?]

"How huh" havik thought to himself as he wondered if he should provoke Deli. After a moment he decided it couldn't hurt the shifted his attention away from Mistuki as she seemed spaced out the made a few hand seals and made a rock sheild just under were Deli was doing push ups to see what he would do, seeing as how he wouldn't see it come and it was such a close attack it should land in his stomach lifting him into the air.

mitsuki smiled "I'd like that very much" Hearing Deil count, she looked over to where he was and, with a confused look on her face, tipped her head to the side "You wanna test him? I'll ref." She laughed and smiled at Havik, awaiting his response

It was the heat that had called Freya outside. Waves of heat rolled off and licked her skin, much like the sand that whipped around her soft flesh. The sun hung over head of her, that would have burned her scalp, but she was saved by the soft silky hair that was pulled into a lose pony tail. If it wasn't for the layers of sun screen she had coated on her skin, she would have been red a long time ago.
Still the mere thought of the hot, steamy outside had driven Freya from her normal place of hiding; her home, and out to Suna. She had been walking around for an hour, when she had come across the training grounds. Her feet stilled, the sand rising up around her legs, her lips pursed in nervous content.
She cleared her throat, blushed, and hid behind a building before anybody noticed she was there, and peek out behind the wall again to look at the people in the training grounds. She walked over to the edge and sat down on the outskirts of the training ground. She was happy enough just watching them for now.
After a while, she decided to leave, and go visit the mountains.

[So its the shield that grows out of the earth that you can pick up and use, but the edge pops out of the ground and hits me? That's what my interpretation of it is, but let me know if you thought something different.]
"...Nine, Te-uhn!" A tough thick edge of earth popped out of the ground and slammed into Deil's stomach, knocking the air out of his lungs and carrying him 15 feet into the air before it suddenly stopped. The momentum popped him up over the edge and sent him flipping toward the ground here he landed with a spectacular THUD flat on his back, sending up a plume of dust and sand. He lay on the ground gasping for breath and choking on the dust with purple stars dancing before his eyes while they were clamped shut to keep the stinging material out of his eyes. He rolled over onto his stomach and pushed himself up slowly onto his hands and knees, heaving with deep breaths and racking coughs. It all happened so fast he hadn't recovered yet or even known what happened, having never seen jutsu before.

Seeing Deli take the blow without passing out made havik hopefull as he said "You should pay attetion" now waiting to see what Deli would do while he sat on the rock.

[it fine if you flip if someone dosnt say the attack would cause you to do a speicific thing then you can edit you body's movments as you see fit, for ex if i said " this attack would leave deli ontop of the shield" then yes you would have to stay if it landed but i didnt so your free to do as you please]

[I get the basic rules, just didn't know if I was supposed to be up there or not, so I went with the physics I thought appropriate.]
When he felt he could, Deil stood off the ground and spat the dust out of the ground. As he wiped the spittle off his face, he turned to Havik and said," Pay attention to what?! What the hell was that?" He wobbled on unsteady feet, and looked back at the shield. Where did that come from? He felt anger rise in his body as well as a sense of wariness that something such as that would happen again.

"Everything thats what!" after speaking he used Earth tile Shuriken (small) makeing 10 small projectiles space widley apart and sent them flying toward Deli, normaly this would be extreamly hard to dodge for havik woulnt space them out so far but seeing as how he was only testing Deli he made it a bit hard to dodge all of them but not impossible, for he wanted to see what Deli could do with no training.

Deil wasn't that fast, but chasing chickens and pigs came in handy this time. He saw the blur of projectiles heading his way, and simply jumped and rolled behind the earth shield. He hid behind the 15 foot wide earthen barrier, still catching his breath but not breathing as hard as before. This is some gay crap he's pulling. First day here, and he's already throwing things at me! If he wants to play ball, lets have it! Deil reached back and grabbed a couple of the shuriken that had curved and flew a few feet behind the shield, and came back out from behind it with his hands folded behind his back.

Seeing Deli havik smirked and said to himself "Come one hit me I wanna now what the kage ment by what your body can do" hope off the rock havik said "What you just gonna stand their or do something" as the wind kicked up havik could smell Deli and wanted him to attack with everything he had hopeing for a good dose of pain today.

Deil realized that there was absolutely no chance that he could win in a spar with this jonin, so he put a shuriken in each hand and ground the two back into dust. He brought his hands back to his sides. "I don't know, what's next depends on you." he said, and stood there waiting for the other to respond.
