Perilas was waiting for the group when Raisa appeared. He glanced down at his notes at the child's entrance. Which one would this be? Well, it must be the ladybug child, though she certainly didn't look like a ladybug...
Then Emi appeared and the man made a note on his clipboard of the two that had appeared. So the swan had showed up as well.
Then the door opened again and a boy came in. The only boy signed up for this group, so he didn't have a problem figuring out which one this child was supposed to be.
The time came and went and Peri finally gave up on the other two showing up. "Okay. A few rules. Stay together, don't touch anything, and you can either stay at your egg once I've shown it to you with your parent or you can follow along with the rest."
With that, Peri headed off, weaving his way through the various incubators before he came upon one. "This is Raisa's egg. A green dragon. You can see it if you look hard enough. It's buried in those leaves. It has to be covered by leaves that are moistened with rainwater."
He turned to the ladybug girl. "Any questions?"

Donat shied away from the other incubators as the group moved between them, as though he thought touching one might burn him or something. He still gave each one a liberal over-looking as he passed, though, curious as he was. Which one of these could possibly be his?
Kumoru leaned forward slightly as they reached the first incubator, to try to get a good look at how big the egg itself was. This one was not Donat's, but it might give him some idea how big a hatchling he might someday have to deal with at home.
"Are, ah, all the eggs about that size?" he asked hesitantly, once he had actually managed to catch sight of the egg under its leafy covering.

It seemed that Raisa didn't have any questions, so Peri turned to answer the question that one of the other parents had asked. "Well, this is a smaller egg than some, but most are this size or even a bit smaller. Only gold, red, and wyvern eggs are larger than thisone."
Perilas glanced down at his clipboard for a moment. "Okay, we'll move on to the next egg." The man led them to an incubator nearby with an egg nestled in sand. "This is Donat's egg. A copper dragon." He looked over at the boy and father. "Any questions?"

Donat bolted over to the incubator and pressed his face against the glass, excitedly drinking in the sight of his egg. For several seconds, there was only the sound of the boy's intake of breath in awe. Then he turned to Perilas and started spouting questions.
"Is it a boy or a girl? What will it's name be? When does it hatch? Copper is like a penny, right? Will it be shiny? Will it be able to fly? Will... um.... How..." Wringing his hands eagerly, Donat ran out of questions and looked up at his father, as though the dragon was like a stray puppy and Kumoru needed to be convinced to keep it.
The necromancer could not help but smile a little at Donat as he walked over to ruffle the boy's hair a little.
"How big do these get, and what do they eat?" he inquired, wanting nothing but the most practical information.

Peri blinked, then started to try and answer all of the questions. "Not sure on gender. You'll find out when it hatches, which can be a little while still. We're never sure about the exact time until it's much closer... You get to name it. Yes, copper's like a penny and it'll get shinier as it gets older..." He paused for a moment, seeing if he'd gotten all of the questions. "And it will be able to fly."
Then it was time to answer the parent's questions. "Coppers get to be about 16 feet tall when they gain their full growth and eat meat."
And then it was time to move on to the last child's egg. It was housed similiarly to the first egg, though a bit easier to see since it was blue instead of green, though smaller than the green egg. "This is Emi's egg. An amphitere; the feathered dragon. Any questions on this one?"

Seeing the other two eggs hadn't prepared the young swan for seeing her own. Upon arrival, Emi peeked cautiously at the egg, blinking a few times before looking shyly up to Perilas. It looked as though she were trying to come up with questions, or at least trying to get them out, but it didn't seem to be working. Her mouth ended up working open and closed until her father touched her shoulder to let her know it was okay.
"W..." she started, cursing her lack of words at the very pretty little egg, "Will it eat me? All the books say that dragons eat girls and...Well..." her eyes turned onto Donat, "That's well 'n' good for him because he's a boy and dragons don't eat boys but...I'm not a boy."
Aiden had his own questions, similar to that of Asahi's, "I think I'll ask this: Where's a good place to keep a dragon, how big does this one get, and what do I have to shell out for food?"
They DID, after all, live in an apartment.

Peri smiled at the little girl. "Amphitheres don't eat girls. There are a few dragons that do, but yours doesn't." He then turned his attention to the parent. "Well, the best place to keep them would be near the child. That's the reason for these kids, to tame the dragons. So, the closer, the better behaved it'll be. Amphitheres get about 45 feet in length, so it'll obviously have to live outside at some point in time... And meat. Just meat."

Rapier was groaning inwardly. That bat-girl had been right, she hadn't been lying. In the back of her skull, the winged woman had sort of hoped she was, that Vimber was just a little thing she had found in a store or something.
That happened a lot in Gaia, she heard.
Cleo was bouncing along beside her, giddy and pleased as pie, has hand tight in Rapiers. She was getting a dragon, she knew it! Well. The egg of a dragon. Still! Lots of fun things there and soon she would have her VERY OWN dragon!
It was not a happy day in Rapiers mind. She shook her head, glancing down at her cheerfully yellow-clad daughter, and her upper lip curled quietly. "This dragon better be badass or someone's going down..." She said, voice a little mutter.
The goldcrest glanced up, bouncing on her heels. "What'dya say, Mam?"
A pause and she shook her head. "Nothing, Cleo. Let's just get there, ok?"
"Ahhhh getta d'aaaaaaaghoooon~"

The door of D-corp opens up suddenly and a small girl appears flying about without stopping and looking at her surroundings as looking for something. Behind the girl, a calmer woman appears and with a smile she comes closer to Peri.
"Hello Peri is already here another time but with my other daughter Teal" she smiles charmed to Peri and then directs her attention to her daughter. " come here Teal and still you dont see here your dragon"

"Eggeggeggeggegg!" Stella squealed happily as she darted into the D-Corp building, all lashing tail and eye-blinding clothing and manic excitement. "Eggegge--Deedee? Deedeedeedeedee? Where'd you go?" she asked, finally seeming to notice that her guardian--who had considerably less energy than her young charge--was lagging behind. Not too far, it seemed, as Stella could make her form out beyond the front doors. Thinking she'd be helpful, she ran towards them, intending to open them for Daisy.
Daisy, unaware of her kitten's burst of charity, promptly ate a faceful of door as Stella barreled into it. "Ow!" she cried, jumping back. Never graceful at the best of times, she tripped over her own legs and fell on her perpetually denim-covered a**.
"Oops," Stella muttered, head peeking out of the door.
"It's okay," Daisy said weakly, hoisting herself up and brushing herself up with the amiability only a hippie--or someone well-used to living with Stella--could produce after such a short series of painful accidents.
"Deedee okay?" Stella asked, golden eyes peering hopefully upwards.
"I'm fine, kitten, don't worry," Daisy reassured with an airy laugh.
"Eggeggegg now, yes?"
"Eggeggegg now, yes!" That said, the two of them continued inside.

Peri checked off the three girls' names as they came in, one by one. Three rather hyper girls. Perilas didn't say anything until the time came and then he cleared his throat to get everyone's attention. "We've got a few rules to go over first." He stated. "Don't wander and don't touch anything unless I've said otherwise. After I've shown you your egg you can either stay there or follow along with the rest of the group."
With that, he turned and headed towards the first egg. Or rather, first two. Two incubators sat side by side, identical golden hued eggs sitting in flames. "These are both gold dragon eggs. The one on the left is Stella's and the other is Cleo's." He looked at the two girls. "Any questions about them?"

"Gold?" The look in the goldcrests face was priceless. Her eyes widened and her mouth widened in absolute glee. Her dragon! Her dragon would MATCH! Match it would! "I gotsa goldie?! Yay! It'amatch my dresses an'--"
Rapier interrupted with a little cleared throat, eyeing the teacher with that aloof manner of hers. "What do they eat, where would they sleep, how big would they get?"
"How d'they act?" Came the squeaking voice of her daughter, peekig around her mothers skirt. "S'gonna be nice? C'n I dress-up with? Or mean? Like GRR!" She bared her teeth comically, wings fluttering in her enthusiasm. "Whadda goldies like? Dolls? Puppe's? I like puppe's!"
"Cleo. Hush."

Teal flies about near Prilas and she centers her attention where the two golden eggs are, they are brilliant and beautiful, and they are cooking them." Mr Peri they are cooking the poor eggies" Teal said so sad "save them".
Pi chuckled, "No Teal they aren't cooking them, this are fire dragon I think need the flames" she smiles to her daughter.
Teal opens her eyes a lot " you are sure mommy" then look at Peri " this is true Mr Peri".
