Rieko sighed, the girl was so close to failing this time. Part of her wished that she had simply started with the hardest Doton jutsu available, but she would lose her job if she didn't make it possible for her students to learn. The next jutsu would be difficult for the girl, since it would be her first solid Bunshin. "Alright this next one, you will make a real clone of yourself. Forget that lowsy genjutsu, this one can defend against up to two direct hits, and it can attack others using taijutsu. Not only does it have to be functional, it needs to look like you, and it needs to be formed from the ground around you. Doton: Bunshin no Jutsu" Her tone became even more harsh the more the girl succeeded. An exact copy of Rieko popped from the ground beside her, and kicked a rock to demonstrate it's solidity.
Doton: Bunshin no Jutsu (Earth Release: Earth Clone Skill)
Description: This jutsu creates one single clone out of the ground. Its defense is incredible, and it's very powerful, but lacks speed. Two hits will destroy the bunshin.

Aiko watched the demonstration by the instructor, feeling confident, she made the necessary handseals and began to focus her chakra. She then extended her chakra into the ground beside her, attempting to raise the dirt and from that sculpt a clone, but as soon as her chakra entered the earth it dissipated. Panting lightly from the strain of training, she attempted the justus once more, she made the seals then sent a birst of chakra into the ground. The ground then became soft and muddy, then from it a figure began to take form. When it was finished a clone stood next to her, but it was overweight and ugly. Holding back a laugh, she tried one last time, this time when the figure took form it looked exactly like Aiko.

((You were getting dangerously close to "she tried and failed, then she succeeded." be careful. Let's finish up and make you a genin, one more jutsu and I'll send you to Nagisa to test.))
Rieko sighed, the girl succeeded again. It seems we another ninja, a new face in this world of suffering... She frowned at the student, but her hateful glare melted into more of a sorrowful stare. "Alright, we have one more to do. This is the toughest jutsu yet. You need to 'be' the earth, so to speak." She performed the seals, but this time saw no reason to demonstrate. What the jutsu did was straightforward, but the process was the hard part. "This jutsu allows you to melt into the earth and 'swim' through it like it was water. It's a difficult one by the name of 'Doton: Tsuchi Gunjikoudou no Jutsu'"

With no demonstration, Aiko was forced to go it alone, which to her wasn't much of a problem the jutsu was pretty straight forward, but it seemed like it was going to require much more than the previous ones, and after all the training, she was beginning to run out of steam. Placing her hands together she began to process of gathering chakra, this jutsu would probably take allot more and so she held the position for some time until she had a rather large reserve ready to use. Making the necessary seals, she then forced a blast into the earth in an attempt to soften the ground, which worked to an extent, it went from the density of hard gravel and dirt to that of soft beach sand, but it wasn't quite soft enough to sink into yet. Her breathing was beginning to grow heavy and her body was beginning to become sore, but she pushed on, making the proper seals again, she forced another blast of chakra through her feet and into the earth, this time the ground seemed to take on the properties of a thick water, which seemed to suck her down. Keeping a steady flow of chakra, she continued to lower the density of the earth around her, until she was able to move through it as if it were water. After a moment of being underground, she climbed out and dusted herself off, surprisingly other than dust she wasn't all that dirty.Puppetry | Origami No Dara | Suiton & Doton | Tactical Ninja | Chakra Control

Rieko couldnt hel but laugh at the way the girl performed the technique. It was unusual to say the least. Even so, she had performed the jutsu. Rieko declared "Alright, you are ready to take your genin exam and potentially advance from the Academy. If you fail, you get to go through the whole Academy experience once more." She briefly glanced at the sun for a moment before turning back. "If you hurry, you can run to the dojo. I understand there is a test being given there, but you need to get there before it starts. You might have time for a short lunch..." If the girl happened to look at whatever Rieko had looked at, she would see nothing but several clouds, the sun, and a small cloud of bugs moving across the sky. Very few would realize the significance of such bugs, since very few non-ninja knew the ability of the village Jounin.
((good luck, you should probably eat something first, stop at the ramen shop or something to regenerate your chakra. If Muffin ever snaps into gear you can have a fun exam. I'll probably give her till tomorrow afternoon to post.))

Aiko was overwhelmed with relief that she had finished the training, but then became anxious for the next part of the test. Bowing politely she spoke, "Thank you Rieko-Sensei" After a moment she noticed what appeared to be a cloud of bugs, but thought nothing of it and instead left the Academy grounds, headed towards the ramen shop for lunch and a bit of a rest.

Within one of the classrooms of the academy, someone had just finished his last test, and graduated, marking the end of his life as a student of that academy. But at the same time, marking the starting poing of his life as a real shinobi. His name was Hibari Dragonil, a member of the Dragonil clan. Until now, he didn't learn any of the jutsu of his cla, but he was going to change that as soon as possible.
Without thinking twice, Hibari left the academy and was willing to walk around the village, at first he would go to where he could get some scrolls if possible. As soon as he left the building, Hibird, a bird that had been with him for a long time already, flew towards him and landed on Hibari's shoulder as he walked.
