What exactly does choosing the sealing master type do? Just give you the ability to use Sealing jutsu?

I'm pretty sure that Bakuretsu Kage Bunshin is on the universal Jutsu list.
Yes thats what it does. But you need to be taught by a sealing master, no learning it on your own. And the only sealing master in this guild is mist's Saanin.

Remedy For Evil Anonymous_Alcoholic Question (Considering I'm approved for it): Where would on find Satetsu clan jutsu? Like, in scrolls? You'd have to track down the clan head and get the scrolls from him/her. I'm trying to get apprived for Clan Head, but I'll be starting as an academy student.
