Well take it a look from a kage's standpoint. If you join the guild and come straight to genin, that means you just graduated from the academy. Why would a kage send a genin fresh out of the academy to attend the chuunin exams. And if he passes that just means that in two weeks he went from Academy to Chuunin. Just saying personally he should wait for the next exams and as a kage I would never send you.
Chuunin exams are to test out the strength of other countries NOT shinobis. Why would I send somebody whom I don't think would win. If you fail the exams then you fail the country, meaning that my country and my village will be the laughingstock of the entire shinobi community. Make sense?
Oh and by the way, i'm temp kage since my schedule just completely opened up...at least until LT's activity comes back up

I guess i'm gonna have to wait til' next chunnin exams to be entered seen as though i just joined? Aww hell sweatdrop I'm only posting here 'cause my character is all alone in the hospital xp

plus I have to make a whole new character to be tetsukage.
AND I call shananigoats that a saanin level couldn't do that if naruto could. Yeah it might be insta-win... but it basicly destroys my arm. It would be a finisher if anything.
