The guards respond to the mist with deadly precision. The guards in the rear poke their tranquilizer guns through the slowly growing hole in the shields and begin firing blindly while the guards in the front activate their stun batons. They pulse and crack with a blinding blue light. It doesn't take long for the small guns to begin decaying like the shields, but not before several volleys are fired.

Ako and Tansy make it to the door of the 11th floor with suprisingly no resistance. Their reprieve is cut short by a large shadow behind the door that begins pounding into the solid steel. Indentations in the shape of large fists bulge from the door as it begins to break from it's frame.

Tansy breathing was quick and shallow as she let out a small scream when something began to pound on the door next to them. "What is that?" She asked in horror before she turned back to Ako. "We need to keep moving!" She called to him. "If need be, I'll hold it back while you find Gidget. Whatever it is, it isn't human... or is doesn't seem like one anyways."

Lilith sighed softly as she wandered down the familiar streets of Knoxbrugh. She was dazed her eyes saw everyone and everything around her, yet she seemed to wander as aimlessly as one could. Her messenger bag hung over her shoulder and bumped against her hip as she walked, her skateboard hung between he bag and her leg. She didn't really feel like riding at the moment. She could faintly hear her sisters laugh in her head. It was one of the things she often though about, because she never wanted to forget what it had sounded like... She never got to know their parents, so Tansy was the best she had. She shook her head somewhat as she stopped and looked around herself. She had never been to this part of town before. And quite frankly, she didn't really know where she was. She bit onto her bottom lip as she tried to find something that she knew. "That's what I get for wandering off then eh?" She asked softly as she looked up to the sky.

A fist punched the bricks, he was so stupid! He had no idea of where the others had ran off to and whats worse is that he still isn't positive on which names belongs to who! There was no reason for him to have lost what was going on... Turning he saw Lilith. "HEY! HEY!" Elliot dashed to her quickly. "Where is everyone? Where am I? And where do I need to go?" He spoke quickly, his eyes darting around in the surrounding area, there was no memory about this area. It made him uneasy..

Akki looked out the window, she wasn't clear on the situation, but she knew that something was going on. Her eyes looked at the dogs and cats sleeping in front of her. "I might have to use you sometime..." She spoke as she stood and looked over them, their heads turning to look at her. "Come here my angels.. We're going to go for a walk soon.." She said with a sweet smile, hiding the demonic plan running through her mind. Walking towards a large calender on the wall she slid her fingers over the days. Hm... She turned back to the loyal animals who wagged their tails. "Good boys and girls!" She said cheerfully. "Let's plan something together.. Which day is alright for you?" The smile on her face remained, "Okay!" Turning back to the calender she grabbed the marker and made a note. "It's settled my children..."

At the sound of the pounding door, Ako spun and reached for the knife in his jacket, only to realize again that it's familiar weight was gone. He made a mental note to try and find it as he heard Tansy ask what the thing was. Somehow, he thought he knew. even through the door he could sense it. The circuits, servos, motors, "It's a robot." He said, realizing now that he'd been holding a hand towards the door. Realization clicked in his mind and it quickly formed a new plan. "It's electrical, I can fight it. You're faster than me, you go find Gidge." He was almost excited to get a chance to fight this thing. He couldn't bring himself to attack the guards, but a robot would have no feelings, no life to take away, just circuits to fry and motors to burn. It was the perfect enemy for him.

Tansy paused for a moment, and then nodded. She unfurled her wings. The fastest way was to fly. There wasn't much room, but she was sure she could mange somehow. "Alright.. But be carful." She reached out and placed her hand on his shoulder, giving it a squeeze. "You know where to meet us." She nodded to him.

"I-I'm sorry.." Lilith blinked madly at the boy who had stopped her. "I just got here myself, and I'm not sure who you're talking about." She laughed nervously. "But I'll help you look if you'd like me to. I've got nothing betyter to do today."

The door bursts forth in a dazzling display of red electricity. From the smoke emerges a six foot tall humanoid robot that looks like it comes straight from a Japanese comic book. It is red and silver with over sized forearms/hand and shins/feet. It stairs at Ako with no expression, the machine diesn't have any to speak of. It has a visor, which is probably hwere it's ocular sensors are.

After studying Ako for a bit it hunches down into a ready stance. From it's shoulder pauldrons emerge a small rod each. The rods glow red as Ako can feel the static in the air build up.

Ako looked over his shoulder to Tansy and nodded, giving her a confident smile. He turned back to face the door just as the robot burst through. Her could help but feel like he was in a movie, like this was the big showdown. He and the 'bot looked each other over, Ako trying to figure out where each of it's components lied, and the robot was no doubt trying to figure out Ako's own limitations and abilities.

Ako's smile widened as the 'bot bent into a fighting stance and extended the two rods. Ako's first thought was Lightning rods/targets but the static feeling in the air told him Stun gun. They sent a six-foot stun gun to fight us? I wonder if it has anyone else's power? God, I hope not. I'm not fighting acid.

As he thought, he got into his own stance. He'd only taken a few classes, but he'd seen a lot of movies. He focused on the power inside himself, drawing it out to his fingers. An electrical arc jumped between the index and middle fingers of his right hand, traveling to the tips like a Jacob's ladder. He closed his hands into fists to store the electricity in them, capacitors ready to discharge. When he felt he'd built up enough charge, he started running at the robot, drawing his fist back, preparing to punch the thing in the head, hoping to fry it's circuitry.

Yep, he had just completely lost it. "O-okay." Taking a deep breath, and closing his eyes for a moment he turned back to the girl. "Sounds great." He said calmly, he turned to the surroundings once more. ...Have I ever been here? The red eyes closed... "How did I get here.." He mumbled quietly to himself, the gloved fingers touched his forehead, nothing at all! Opening his eyes with a sigh he glanced at the street signs and buildings, his eyes slowly narrowing. Cursing under his breath he turned back to the girl. "I'm sorry I don't remember anything."

She looked through binoculars through the window she smirked. He has no idea. Turning back to her companions she gave a sigh, "Not today my pets.." Her eyes moved back to the binoculars as she watched the boy grow with frustration, there was a small chuckle before looking at the girl. "Hm..." Pulling the binoculars from her eyes Akki turned back to her 'children.' A huge smile grew on her face as she looked at each one of the many she had, but her eyes turned back to the window. It's so tempting.. Her hand quickly twitched at her side the sudden bark causing her to turn. "I know, I know." Akki said with a smile as she patted the dog in front of her, seeing the dog wagging its tail she turned back to her calender. "Hm.."

The bot takes Ako's fist dead on, but rather than fry it just stands there. The rods on his shoulders pulse and begin to pull the arc's of electricity to them. A clearly audible hum can be heard from inside the bot. It snatches Ako by the collar of his shirt and lifts him to eye level.

Then something highly unexpected happens. The thing speaks in a static riddled monotone,
"Inquiry: Is your name Ako Riosu?"

Annie jumped out of Garret's arms and pulled him down on the stairs as a tranquilizer dart hit her in her shoulder. Sighing she pulled it out of her own shoulder, it wasn't going to put her to sleep, but it was causing some bleeding and hurt like the Dickens.

"Seriously," she snapped dropping the dart on the ground. "Didn't Mr. Ray tell you: tranquilizers don't work on me."

She sincerely hoped that it would scare the guards and they would back off some, that wasn't going to be probably the case, but it was worth the shot. And she was speaking the truth. Poisons of any sort just didn't work on her. She just had to stay away from the stun batons and she would be good.

"Garret," She hissed, "Send some shards at them- aim to hurt not kill- I'll make the tips acidic."

After seeing that the tranquilizer did nothing to Annie, one of the guards in the rear calls on the radio to make use of BBG's. The guard on the front left charges toward Annie with his decaying riot shield, rearing back his right arm to deliver a body shot with the stun baton.
