You are another manakete with a poweful, divine stone, who is, as I said for the other, fairly useless once your stone brakes. You join the hero's party near the end of the game for possibly the same reasons as the other, but in this case you're either a ruler of the manakete, or one of the higher ups, so you don't have much of a choice but to defend your people.
If you don't like being in FE though...
You are an annoying, but strong monster that likes to pop up and attack the heros party from behind. You can be found running around in packs in a dungeon sidequest that may be more difficult than the last dungeon. You may also be a little more powerful than others that look similar to you...but either way, until the hero is very strong, he's most likely going to run from you, or get a game over.

You aren't the final boss, but rather, a boss that keeps reappearing, each time getting stronger and stronger, with new skills in the dark arts. The hero's party finds it difficult to get past you, but somehow manages by finally killing you, but only with a lot of phoenix downs on hand, because you constantly cast Mega Death, Death, and Doom on them.

A Drifter in the Wastes outside of the city, carrying few weapons you rely mainly on your trusty Scythe, The Party runs into a few times and can offer you payment for services, your Mega Special is called 'Light of the Moon' in which you basically OTK all enimies

You're the second hand man to the big final boss, and you will kick the party's/hero/heroine's a**. And when they finally beat you, ou decide to help them defeat your impossibly hard to kill boss.
