"Here drink up some tea and take a deep breath." Iyasu's tone was soft and gentle, "Then let it out nice and slow ^^. It helps me when I'm stressed."

Mitsuka drank her tea, but she drank it alittle to fast. She gagged a bit and put her hand to her chest.
"I guess breathing slowly is out..." As she thought that she wiped her mouth and put the cup down.

Makoto looked over to Mitsuka, a worried look over her face.
"Ah, Mitsuka-chan! Are you alright?"

Mitsuka coughed a bit more to get the liquid out of her lungs, but mangaed to gasp out a couple words.
"I'm fine, I just drank to fast, it's my own fault. Just let me cough it out." nd with that she resumed to cough.

Mitsuka finshed her coughing fit and took a deep breath.
"I'm ok.." Mitsuka said this more to reasure herself than anyone.

Seeing that she was all right, Iyasu put down her tea cup and thought it would be best to leave the tea alone.
"Are you sure, Mitsuka-san?" She asked in a worried tone.

Mitsuka nodded slowly as a response. She gripped her hands, interchanging every few seconds. Knowing she could make herself this upset made her feel very unerved.

Kyoku watched her girls comfort Mitsuka and sighed. "I think its time for a lunch break then, go ahead and relax, when i come back we will start a new lesson, Pouring Sake and Serving Food."
