xXBisexual FlanXx Mari, who had been in a staring contest with the wall, and was winning, found herself being interrupted by Aisha. Mari turned to the younger girl, blinked the staleness out of her eyes, and nodded, standing up. She'd used up her quota of words for the day. She stared at the older girl, who had been giggling madly, then returned to staring at Aisha. There was a pause that indicated that she had no idea what she was doing, and she turned and walked on, hoping the younger girl was following her.
((Aha. Giant worms. They remind me of such strange things. Like giant beach crabs, even though they have nothing to do with each other. I'm just weird like that.)) ((Since my old post was deleted because of the glitch, I think I'll start off here.)) Aisha nodded and then followed Mari to their room, and once she had spotted the room they had been put in, she used her key to open up the door and she took a look inside while holding the door open for Mari. It was huge! She had never slept in such a big room before..well she had never slept in a room since being kicked out of her house years ago so it was a given. She looked over to Mari and said. "It's really big, I can't wait to sleep in a soft bed."

"Don't be sorry, you're just a kid." Henry gave Davey a weak reassuring smile as he flopped down onto his own bed. He sighed in relief as it felt like a huge weight had been lifted from his shoulders. His moment of reprieve was broken by a whine coming from the little neko and something about his kittens. They'll be fine, we'll look in the morning. That's what he wanted to say, but didn't have the heart to as he sat up and saw the tears building up in his eyes. "Didn't you let them run free down in the lobby area?" He asked, already heading towards the door.

Davey shook his head, trying to contain his grief at even the THOUGHT of losing his precious kittens. "No... I gave them to whistle, and then i don't know what, but I thought that he would take good care of them for a while - what if he left them outside?" He queried tremulously, as he rose to go and search the downstairs for them.

Mari nodded in agreement with Aisha. It was actually only a fair-sized room, but to Aisha, a street urchin, it must have seemed huge. In all honesty, though, Mari's bedroom in her father's house was at least three times the size of this one. Not that she'd slept in that room in quite a while. She remembered how large it was, though. "You can sleep after a bath." Knowing that Aisha, as a cat +Anima, wouldn't want to take a bath, she remembered to nab the little girl by the wrist and tug her towards the bathroom.

Her ears lowered themselves as she was pulled by the older girl. "But but..I hate baths! You get all wet and I don't like water!" Despite her protests, she soon found herself in the bathroom, facing the very piece of equipment she had hated her whole life, since even before she became a +Anima. Facing the tub, she glared at it with an anger that didn't suit her. She hated bathes more then anything, and had gotten used to not taking them on the street, save for when she really really needed to take one. She hated bathes, but she hated being covered in dirt even more.

"Cats always manage to come back to their owner, one way or another. They are like homing pigeons." Henry said over his shoulder as he lead the way to the entrance. His feet were cold as he touched the wooden floors and he wrapped his arms around himself, wishing he had put on his vest to at least keep a little warmth. Too late now, I have to help Davey out first, then I can help myself. He shivered slightly as he walked down the stairs, noticing that the innkeeper wasn't around. The Rabbit Boy shrugged and waited for Davey to catch up.

Mari turned a cold ear to Aisha's protests and began running the bathwater. "Will you feel better if I go in with you? I need a bath as well, and there's no reason to waste water." Not paying attention to whether or not Aisha said yes, Mari tugged off her socks, shoes, and the hairband in her hair. She'd get her clothes off once she'd successfully gotten Aisha into the tub.

Her anger at the tub subsided a bit and when Mari offered to take the bath with her. She thought it would help a bit, since she didn't want to be in the stuff she hated while also being alone. Giving a small sigh of defeat, she began to undress herself. She didn't have much on her besides her shirt and shorts, as well as the bell around her neck which had long since broken, but she still liked to keep it on her since it had been given to her from the first person to help her out after she was forced out of her home. The man thought it looked cute on her, and she had stayed at his place for a little before leaving him and heading to the city. She wondered what that man was doing right now. She never really said goodbye to him since she left during the dark. Once she was undressed she watched as the water rose and her glare returned, though not as powerful as before.

Mari nodded, and pulled off her clothes and underclothes, then waited for the small cat to finish. When the water reached as far up as it needed to go, she stepped in, and held her hand out to the girl, as if to say, 'get in, I'll scrub your hair' or something of the like.

Giving a small nod when Mari held her hand out for her, she took her hand and then slowly got into the water. It had been a while since her last bath, and she was actually enjoying the warm water. Sitting down with her back to Mari, she said. "It's not as bad as a cold bath...I like it.."
((I just noticed that in my profile I put one of her likes as hot bath's, but completely forgot about it, so I hope her change of heart doesn't come off as sudden.))
