heh... True Love is Friendship. and that is because Friendship is ultimate Loyalty. so, Duty Before Love puts only the highest and most certain form of Love in top priority, and that kind of Love (Friendship) can be added to any relationship, be it parent, spouse, significant other, sibling, national kinsmen, or whatever else.
