"Well, you sure blew it, you smart-a** little b*****d!" Thatz glared at the little kid, ignoring for the moment the fact that there was a little kid in the dorms to begin with; he hated kids with attitude, very much. So in spite of the fact he was covered in extinguisher stuff and wearing only a pair of boxers and a blanket, he was focused on Garfakcy. Until, that is, he realized who had spoken behind him. "Teceous!" The teacher's name came out more like a surprised yelp than anything else; he was never happen to encounter the notoriously hard-assed teacher, particularly not when he was intending to skip. But since he was here, the least he could do was act like a concerned student... "Can you believe what's going on here? I had to come see."

Earth sighed, then covered himself with the edge of Thatz's blanket. He didn't need to witness his master being a nut...

As a side note, I saw that yesterday, in volume 24. Shydeman calls Tetheus "ani-ue", which is the most formal thing you can call your brother. >_>;;; So for consaidering him an enemy he's being very polite. Onii-sama/nii-sama is the second best, then onii-san/nii-san. But putting an "-ue" at the end of a title or "name" is definitely the most politest way. Haha-ue (<-- example), can't get any better form of mother.))

"Geesh," Kitchel grinned teasingly, "everybody's in that class today. I'm in K2," she continued, "so you're above me. And, yeah, treasure," she laughed again, tugging the other two across the short stretch of lawn towards the cafeteria. "You know, gold and shiney stuff! Wouldn't it be cool to randomly stumble across some?"

((*nosebleed, possibly caused by either the comment, or the resulting aneurysm*))

"...Well, yes, but, you were expecting to find treasure in the gym?" Hirami blinked, her blank eyes wide. "Is there some legend or something about treasure?"

With one last glare at Thatz, the 'kid' turned to regard the Security Officer. Something in the smoke with glowing red eyes blinked at Tetheus, over Garfakcy's shoulder, then vanished. "Well, there was a little fire, but I put it out. Now all this freaking smoke just needs to go away."

Ok, being moved by people when he himself wasn't wanting to was definitly high on the list of things thhat ticked him off; Thatz glowered for a minute, opening his mouth in preparation of really letting Teceous have it...then (luckily) thought better of it. Hey, all he wanted to do was get away from the head of security, and what better way than with his own permission?

So, swallowing his irritation, he gave Teceous a slight bow, then turned and took off down the hall for his own dorm, Earth clinging tightly to his shoulder and his blanket flapping like a cape behind him.

Reaching their dorm, Thatz flung open the door, stalking through the livingroom and back into his own bedroom, slamming the doors as he went.

Earth swooped off of Thatz's shoulder and returned to his perch on a shelf, looking quizzically at his master. ~Master, you're going to wake Rune. And you should go to class.~

"Hey, Rune is probably already up...what with class starting in 5 minutes anyway. And no class." He sighed, flopping onto his bed with no regard for the fact he was still covered in fire extinguisher stuff. "I'm tired, and it doesn't matter if I miss class today."

Oblivious to the surprise of the Yokai and his "pet" behind her, Kitchel continued chatting away to the other girl.

"Legend? No, I never heard one like that. It was a good idea, though. Well, that and I was bored," she admitted, giggling to herself as the trio(quartet?) arrived at the cafeteria.

Sidestepping the non-existant lines, Kitchel stimultaniously stole a glance at the clock and an abandoned muffin sitting on one of the tables.

"Yikes, almost time for class!" She released Hirami's hand and pushed both her and Grey Heaven in the direction of the breakfast still being sluggishly served. "Go get something to eat and split."

Kitchel winked teasingly, "maybe I'll see you guys after we get out."
