"Actually Leon, consider it this way. In order to save the lives of many, a Princess's value is worth nothing. And because of that, the priority would be given to the people not royalty. That is within itself, a action that is for the people," said Eternal. "It is a cheap but efficient tactic to rally support from newly acquired citizens, and a honest way to show their importance."
"And the Princess will be safe in the Tokyo Settlement area, after all, it's one of the most heavily defended areas in Japan," added Shishuku. She smiled a bit at that.
"That is not to say our dear princess here has no value. Her value would be the same as a citizen. However, her accomplishments add worth to her value and work as an example for the people," continued Kinata. "It shows a lack of favoritism, and a desire for people to earn their worth, that even one born of status has no value unless they earn it."
"We will be situated at Port Yokosuka for the next day or two for resupply, repair, and meet up with the escort vessels," said Eternal. "We will make for the place immediately."
"You heard the Commander," said Aldan. Sonia nodded back to Aldan before turning and plotting a course to the Viceroy's Palace to drop off Rowena, then to Port Yokosuka, which had been sealed off for their use. They had moved out and over the coastline by now, and would actually go through Port Yokosuka first, thus making a round trip.
"That reminds me, Latune, mind disposing of the corpse, please?" asked Eternal gently.
Latune nodded in turn, strangely unfazed by the mention of a corpse, and carted off with the coffin, leaving the command deck in a hurry and taking the elevator down....to a different level...

Leon paused to ponder this. "Destruction and chaos walk hand in hand, they can each cause the other...The most troubling thing is what drove Asura to betray the black knights?" he said mostly thinking out loud than asking a question. "What is so appealing about having the world as one's enemy...." then Leon remembered Asura's past as a assassin, so he must have connections to the underworld of Japan and who knows where else. "What if this isn't about wanting war or destruction or anything.....what if they truly believe they are doing the right thing." he said once again thinking out loud "Or if it is to spread chaos and destruction by any means.....even by spilling royal blood.....like you said one prince or princess wont matter much, but.....what if the kill ten, or twenty.....then things become unsettling..." he said then a dark Idea entered his mind "What if Asura was their target here?" Leon asked "Think about it, after they retreated....Asura made his move....what could Asura have that they want so badly?" he thought then an equally dark idea came "What if there is another spy among us?"

"Destruction is separate from Chaos. There are two forms of destruction. One is restrained, that the EF demonstrates. The other is unrestrained, which Nephilim demonstrates," replied Aldan.
"Why else would there be warmongers," quipped Kanita.
"Not really, because that would incite outrage if one of the said royalty is well liked by the people," stated Kinata.
"It's 'that'," said Eternal. "Consider all the possibilities. The EF has 'that' as well too it seems. What exactly happened we don't know, but what I can say is that, it was a side effect, not intentional." He smiled reassuringly at Leon. "I would know, after all, everyone on this ship other than you and Rowena serve me either directly, or indirectly through another who serves me directly." The VSD members in the command deck either nodded or smiled in response to the statement.

The coffin dropped out of the disposal exit and dropped like a rock into the ocean... or so it seemed.

Latune hummed to herself as she headed back to the command deck. Not quite any care what had happened or what she did.

"I got it," informed Esther. She landed back down and laid the coffin on the ground. She headed off to change her attire back to her 'normal' outfit, leaving the coffin in the care of two six year old boys, a six year old girl, and a eight year old girl, all more or less under Erina's supervision which the latter did by per request from Esther.
((EF has now withdrawn from the scene with Idrial in tow.))

"Lets hope so." he said not so sure "Well I have nothing else to add." he stretched as the events of the day caught up with him, he yawned and rubbed his eyes. "So just exactly how much of my stuff is usable? Is my lab top still in one piece? how about my clothes?"

"Well... pretty much only the stuff that were placed in anything built into the hull that wasn't destroyed is still intact. So... unless you stored your laptop in one and as far away as possible from Asura's former room, it should be intact," replied Sonia.

"Conversely, support for the Britannian throne can be rallied by a death of an 'innocent' princess." Rowena murmured to herself, eyes downcast. It was all morbid talk, but she didn't mind. It was something that had been laid out in the table before, and the princess was not a stranger to the procedures to follow should there be inescapable and immediate threat to her life. "I have my duties, even if it's only to be killed, whether by my own hand or otherwise." She knew to kill herself rather than to fall into enemy hands for whatever purpose they may see her to be fit for. Honor must be obtained, and if Rowena were to die, then she would make sure that it was in such a way that would be of advantage to the throne.
"You may stay in my quarters, Leon." Eh, it was on the girly side, but her lady-in-waiting had made an effort to make the room more comfortable for her princess. "I am to disembark soon anyway, and I'd rather not sleep alone for the remainder of the trip." Rowena gave a long pause, slipping off into her thoughts, before resuming her incomplete invitation. "I shall sleep in my lady-in-waiting's room."

Leon hadn't seen that coming, he gasped loudly "I'm honored by the invitation princess." he paused a second to recompose himself "I hope I am not burdening you." he bowed slightly "But I must search the wreckage of my room for anything still usable, so I don't know when I might actually be able to rest, so don't think me rude if I don't sleep tonight."

Kanita sighed in disappointment. She noticed Latune's return and turned to Eternal. "Can I borrow her then?"
"Just don't traumatize her," replied Eternal. "We'll arrive early enough so you can get to school, Princess, so there shouldn't be any worries about that."
"Thank you." Kanita half ran over to Latune and quite literally hauled the poor girl off.
"That concludes the meeting then," announced Shishuku. "Kinata-chan, can you file the report for Eternal-sama?""
"Sure thing Shishuku-chan. I'll have yours done too."
Eternal began heading out of the command deck, and Shishuku tailed him, more so sticking to him than not. Shishuku turned for a moment. "Thanks Kinata-chan!" She hurried to catch up to Eternal.

Rowena only smiled and shook her head in response. "No, Leon. It is not a burden to me. I am merely saying that if you wish, you may use my room. It is not an offense to me should decide not to take my offer."
Rowena began to move back to her room, in order to change back into her clothes and to tell her lady-in-waiting to move her things into the lady's smaller room.

Ahren smiled and put on his mask and walked up into the Damnation sure Asura was following. Panic looked towards the floor as the Damnation loomed over the campsite. He watched the sun set almost simultaneously to Asura getting on the ship. "Its a good world. Time to take it back." he said next to Asura looking out the window.

Asura smiled to himself. I haven't felt like this in a while he thought to himself This is my reason for living, this is my purpose for life. Ahren Cain was right Britannia must fall, and this world must be liberated. He watched the sunset Today was only the beginning.

The Camellia was accompanied with her team as the KMFs landed near the ruined base. "It appears we have finished."
"It appears so." Shido responded as he sat back. "I do not know what may happen next, but we cannot let our guard down. Let's go back to what's left."
"Yes sir. What to do when we get back?"
A short silence came across the conversation. "I honestly do not know."
