Rose smelled the food, but skipped out. No way she was going to eat around all the others. She swiftly swung around corners in her lanturn and found the closest exit.

Noel sensed that guests were beginning to awaken, and he set the table for breakfast. His sensitive ears Caught a soft "good morning" And he sent mist letters to the source. Good morning to you too, Little one. Please, come down for breakfast.

Rylia slowly opened her eyes as morning came, lifting her head a little to look at her surroundings. Quickly, she sat up with a jolt in her bed, a confused look on her face. Where was she again?! She was shaking as she looked about frantically, slowly getting out of the bed. She grabbed her lantern which was on the dresser next to the bed, and walked to the door, opening and peeking out of it. Everything looked familiar. She blinked, pulling her head from the crack in the door and rubbed her eyes, thinking.
"No-el...." she whispered, remembering that she had wandered to this inn just the day before! She even helped do stuff around it, and did a lot of good things...except for that one part. She shook her head and then pushed the door the rest of the way open, walking out where she caught a really strange smell. It smelled...good though. Unfamiliar, but...good. Blinking, she stepped forward a few times, looking around, confused at what to do.
She wasn't sure if she should go to Noel...or follow the strange smell in the air.

Noel finally finished setting the table and streched a bit, feeling a stiffness in his shoulders. He slept well, but still, he was tired. That was no good for the owner of the inn!!
He sent little mist messages to each of the guests, telling them that breakfast was ready, if they would like some.

Asako's eyes popped open as her nose began to twitch. "Food?" she murmured, before rolling over and looking for Chiaki. Ah, there she was - sleeping slumped in a corner, back against the wall and two sides protected.
"Kiiiiiiiiiiii," Asako began to whine, "Kiiiiiii! Is food time! Let's go!" Rejuvenated by the thought, she grabbed her lantern and hopped out of bed - before suddenly hopping backward as misty letters began to form, confirming what she had assumed: breakfast time!
"Ki, ki, ki, ki, ki, ki," she chanted, bouncing from one foot to the other, "Kiiiiiii it's food time let's go!"
Chiaki pried her eyes open, having not fallen asleep until just before the sun began to rise. She never slept well in strange places - not that Asako ever bothered to remember.
"What?" she groused. "Go 'way."
But the annoying tiny twilif just keep nattering until Chiaki was up and about - no matter how reluctantly - and heading out to follow the tasty smells.

Cuire was literally hopping around the kitchen and diningroom areas, setting a truckload of food on the table. He ADORED cooking and was never happier that when he was doing just that. He sent a smile Noel's way and rung a bell, speaking softly. "Come and get it!"

Zahara woke slowly, over-joyed when she realized her windows faced the rising sun. She scrambled from the quaint, cozy bed she barely remembered falling asleep in and opened a window, leaning out as far as she could into the morning light. Basking in the light, she felt so much better than she had the evening before! As her energies were further replenished by the liquid light, her stomach made itself known as well. Even though she had drifted through the air for most of her journey the day before, she was not feeling her cleanest. With a sigh, she pulled herself back inside the room and made note to ask Noel about that... after breakfast Zahara mused, looking at her midsection with a ghost of a smile on her lips. Turning to the door, Zahara followed her nose down the empty hallway and down the stairs towards the ever-better-smelling aromas calling her to eat; smiling at the mist letters appearing before her informing her of breakfast.

Noel, himself was eager to begin eatting, but he felt it wrong to begin without atleast a few of his guests beginning before him. So he began to cast a spell, one that would keep the food warm until every one had their fill. After the spell was cast, he went to the front desk, to see if anyone would stop by for a meal.

Chiaki looked around the dining room - apparently, they were the first to arrive!
"Oh yum! Food!" Asako made to leap at the breakfast before Chiaki caught her by the ear, earning a pained whimper.
"Do not be rude," Chiaki admonished. "We should wait for the others who are here."
Asako's ears drooped as Chiaki released her. Unable to sit still for very long, she stared, nearly drooling, at the breakfast just out of her reach...

Making her way down the hall towards the back of the Inn, Zahara found herself having to stop suddenly in the doorway in order to prevent herself from bumping into Chiaki and... a small twilif, brilliantly orange, with rabbit ears peeking out from her hair.
"Good morning, Chiaki," she greeted softly with a small smile, "and good morning to you as well little one!"

Chiaki spun, barely suppressing a groan at the sight of the constellation who had raised her hackles so thoroughly the night before. 'Just great.' She narrowed her eyes, lifting her chin slightly in forced greeting.
Asako spun, caught off guard at somebody else knowing Chiaki's name. Her friend wasn't very friendly, after all... Then her ears shot straight up. "Oh hi!!! Who are you? I'm Asako - good morning! You're reallllly pretty!" A disgruntled sigh from her side stopped Asako's babbling in it's tracks.
Chiaki had raised her hand to her face in frustration.
"What? She is! How does she know you? Did you make a new friend? Oh Ki that's so exciting!!"

Zahara raised an eyebrow, amused at the contrast of the sullen and the hyper. Lightly tweaking Chiaki's raised chin, Zahara could not resist meddling slightly with the sulky little one, "Smile 'Ki,' it is an absolutely glorious morning!"
Turning her attention to the bunny twilif, Zahara gave a warm smile and could not resist smoothing a hand over the little creature's head. "My name is Zahara, it is a pleasure to meet you, Asako!" Scratching lightly at the base of her ears, Zahara could not help a little giggle. "I do not believe I have ever seen a twilif like you before; you have very cute ears, little one."

Chiaki's eyes narrowed even further - until they were mere slits, really - as yet another person picked up on that godawful nickname... and she couldn't do anything with Asako here, either, or she'd never hear the end of it... She forced a smile before hissing at Asako. "Will you get out of the doorway?"
Ignoring Ki entirely, Asako hummed happily at the attention shown her ears and pushed her head harder against the scratching fingers. "Z'hara's a pretty name," she breathed, quivering in glee at the skritches.
After a moment, she recalled the pretty constellation had remarked on the very ears she was oohhhhhh so excellently scratching... "I'mma bunny!" she declared, "A bunny twilif and Ki says it makes me far too bouncy for my own good but I think she's just jealous cuz it makes me smaller than her but she doesn't like being small anyway so maybe that's just a silly notion. She says I have a lot of those. Are you her friend? She doesn't have many. In fact, I think I'm the only one. But I'm gonna get her more!"

Laughing outright at the absolute horror and consternation on the face of the twilif under discussion, Zahara stroked her hand gently once more over Asako's head, smoothing the hair and fur she has mussed. "I just met your Ki when I got here last night little one, but I would be happy to be friends with her." Zahara smiled down at the bunny-twilif, but her eyes slanted over to meet Chiaki's as she added, "I am certain you will have no trouble finding her a whole slew of new friends here Asako. You are so sweet to want to help Ki get past her shyness!"
She had no idea why she was behaving so poorly... but Chiaki was too abnormally sullen for a twilif and her reactions were so predictable, but so entertaining.
Feeling her stomach rumble softly, almost angrily enough to be audible (how embarrassing!), Zahara straightened and looked towards the amazing selection of food laid out on the sidewall near the kitchen door. "I hate to be rude, but I really think I need to go enjoy the lovely breakfast our host has provided us. Chiaki, Asako, have you eaten yet? Would you care to join me if you have not?" Zahara held out a delicate hand in invitation.

Chiaki barely refrained from bolting as Asako's mouth began running away with her...
'Friends? I don't need any friends.' She clutched her lantern carefully, running a finger up and down the cracks. 'I don't want any friends.'
When Zahara commented, though, on her "shyness"... Chiaki nearly lost it. "I'm not shy!" she snapped, then closed her mouth just as quickly as she had opened it. Oh, where was the nearest door... it'd be rude to leave Asako here, though the silly rabbit was enjoying herself...
Asako bounced a little slower, somewhat taken aback by Ki's sharp retort. Ki'd often been that way, though - sullen and then angry and then sullen again - so she was used to it. Ignoring it (Ki really was shy, she had decided, and therefore she'd embarrass her friend by dragging it out further), she turned to the constellation and grinned. "Food? I love food! We haven't eaten yet 'cuz Ki said we should wait but I think we should just eat and you seem to think so too so let's go!"
Asako hopped over to the table, bouncing herself just high enough to see over it... but the food was just out of reach. This was the only downfall of being a bunny twilif and she began to pout, lip wiggling as she realized that she had needed Ki's help the night before...
She turned wide, watery eyes on Zahara (who had seemed very nice! A great new friend for Ki to have!) and pointed up at where the delicious-smelling food lay. "Could you help me? Pleasepleasepleaseplease pleeeeease?"
