Tokeru didn't let go, and kept holding her. I don't mean to say anything bad about Kerrigan, but she's letting her emotions override her judgment. Krii is safe where he is, and all these hunters getting sent out on missions is useless and only risks their lives. None of us can go, there's something big happening, and we need to be ready in Haven. I'm staying here, and I want you to stay too.
He kissed her deeply and drew back for a minute. Stay, please stay.

{[{ Meredith Emily Jackson }]} Meredith couldn't help but sigh since now her fiance was placing her in a postition between Kerrigan and himself that wasn't neutral. She didn't need Kerri in her face right now yelling at her because she was being too emotional and jumped to conclusions by thinking Eden had no interest in helping her brother. She wanted to do what was possible to help Krii but she honestly didn't see how checking up on a tainted elder was going to help anything. Then again they couldn't afford to lose allies and they could afford to gain some so perhaps paying a quick visit wouldn't hurt anything. 'I know you're not trying to put her down or anything and I can see your point of view but I think we should go visit the elders of the other two races to make sure we have an alliance no matter how tattered it is. So long as there is a single thread that connects us that's all we can hope for but by checking in on them we're knitting ourselves a bit closer. You can stay here if you feel something bad's going to happen. I'll be really quick in running my errand. I can try to call Kerri back as well though I don't know if that'll work.'
When Tokeru kissed her she could feel her insides tingle despite the fact that she was dead now and that her insides had nothing there to tingle. She wanted nothing more than to stay but she owed it to her brothers that'd watched after her while she'd been here to at least attempt to maintain current ties with the other races. The hunters needed allies at current since they were so empty-handed when it came to numbers. They were swiftly dwindling and any allies they could nab was just a most needed opportunity. 'I can't stay. If I don't do anything then that's not fair to all the hunters right now that are doing something. You can stay here. I'm sure my presence wouldn't make that much of a difference here at the moment anyhow. I'll be right back as I said so when that big thing happens I'll be here too. As for Krii being safe, I trust that my big brother can keep himself alive and handle himself for a bit until we come to help him bust out. I won't be long, I promise.' She kissed him back and gave him a confident grin.

Tokeru looked at her, tears showing in his eyes. He hugged her hard. Stay here, you can't go. Something bad is happening. You need to stay. If you go, you will die. I dont know why, just trust me. Stay here. Stay safe. Stay.
He buried his face in her shoulder and held on to her. He knew something bad was happening, and he knew it was happening soon.

{[{ Meredith Emily Jackson }]} Upon having her love literally break down before her, Edith was pretty alarmed since she knew Tokeru better than most and she'd been with him quite a bit. While she'd been with him she had only seen Tokeru cry once and it'd been because of something that he'd done that he'd wished he could take back. Her love just breaking down before definitely was a convincing scene and though she knew his tears were of the utmost sincerity and authenticity she was not moved enough to abandon her duties that she needed to tend to. Of course she was heeding his warning but she was also thinking of a duty that she owed to her fellow hunters and even if it put her butt on the line she still owed it to them. Maybe she'd be more useless dead but if her death resulted in the alliance of the hunters, lycans and tainted then her death would be worth as many lycans and tainted allies as they received. That was definitely a sacrifice that she was more than willing to make for the hunters, for her family. Kerri was out there too and Meredith would be damned if she was the one caught sitting on the side lines when the hunters were in a time of need. Maybe she was damned but that was beside the point. She wasn't going to sit on her a** and wait around for the bad things to come, she was going to try to bring some good things to them while they waited for the bad to come. The hunters needed moral and more so than that, allies.
'Love,' Eden said with a tender smile as she took her love's cheek in her hand, wiping the tears from his left eye away, 'I need to do this for all of haven. I know you're worried that something bad is going to happen and I heed your warning. But I need to do this. I'll be right back and I'll stay as safe as possible. I'm durable, it's why I'm alive today so don't worry so much. It's not becoming of a fearless and elusive warrior to be worrying all the time. Be the example of what the ShadowStalkers can really dish out. You have no fears so make sure it's known. Don't let me be your weakness. I'm not going to die, I'm too danged young.' She gave him a small smile that radiated her spunk and gently caressed his cheek before wrapping her arms around him and kissing him with all of her might. 'Don't be such a pessimist or maybe I will die out there. Have some hope and faith. I love you, Tokeru. Stay safe and I'll do my best to make sure I'm safe too. You don't need to worry about me, I've gone off and done far crazier things than this when I was mortal and I'm still alive so don't get yourself all worked up. I'll be back faster than you know it and I'll be saying "I told you so" with a smug grin on my face for proving you wrong. So here it is: Tokeru, I love you more than words can explain and I swear that I'll return to you in one piece.' With one last passionate kiss and embrace, Meredith left Tokeru's arms and the chapel in order to begin her part in the mission that she believed so strongly in.

James walked up to the enterance I of the Chaple to see Edith walking out and passing by him. He gave her a weak smile, and than walked in. He did not notice the look in Her face as they passed.
As he walk and saw that Tokeru looked very depressed, so he went back out of the Chaple. And then waited For Tokeru when he was ready.

Tokeru quickly scribbled a letter, and made his way out of the chapel.
As he walked past, he gave it to James.
Something bad is happening. We need to head out into the city and make sure no one gets killed. We are hunters, and so tonight, we hunt.

Amnity stepped into the Haven's chapel. It wasn't as large as Saint Patrick's Cathedral but she couldn't complain, all of the churches were God's home. She sighed, taking off her hat and sitting in one of the wooden pews that were closer to the alter. After sending a text message to a fellow hunter she closed her eyes and prayed a silent prayer.

Twi stepped in the chapel. He hadn't been here since he refilled his holy water tank. He had received Aminty's message and tried his best to get there as fast as he could.
He found a seat next to her. She was too emersed in praying that Twi's presence wasn't noticed. "Typical Amnity," Twi muttered to himself "She'll be out for the hour." Twi estimated. Amnity had always been th pois type.
Twi placed his hands behind his head to rest them and looked at the vat of holy water reflect the moonlight...
"Perfect night for a hunt..."

Amnity's eyebrow's twitched when her prayers were interrupted.
She casually looked up at Twi, an emotionless look on her face, "It is isn't it Twi?" she asked, a smile crept on her lips. "How are you these days? Get into a fight with a vampire or a lycan lately? I expected you to come a little bit sooner."

Twi turned to her. "You were the one who called me, is there something you need?" He said coldly she knew he hated small talk. "Or do you like wasting my time?" He had been in a fowl mood lately, his father had wrote him a disparaging letter and after that their communication ceased, the last thing he needed was more drama.
"Well?" He asked with more impatiences oozing from his words.

Amnity narrowed her eyes, "We are in God's house Twi, not the ideal place to start a fight." she replied solemnly
She stood up from the pews and walked down the aisle, brushing past him to the alter. She held her cross necklace, "I can't go around NYC anymore without backup, and sadly you are the only person that is available at the moment." the hunter turned to her comrade, "And you seem unusually grumpy, what's been biting you in the butt?"

He sighed. He had no right to treat his friend like this. "Sorry about that," he said while squeezing out another sigh. "Sounds like fun, let's go to my place first I need to get the my new weapons."
He got up and headed out the door.

Amnity hesitantly walked into the chapel, taking off Kuro's blindfold. Every step she took she looked back at Kuro to see if he was affected by the holy sanctuary at all. "...How are you holding up so far?" she asked him like a concerned mother would to a child.
