"Joshua...." one o the crying women wailed. Another chef a man, pulled sera aside a bit.
"One of the butlers, Joshua, killed himself earlier today in his room," he said softly. "We don't know why but he was her son," he said, nodding to one fo the crying woman, "and her fiancee," he added, nodding to the younger crying woman. "I can help prepare master Teoni's dinner, if he still wishes to eat."

Sera frowned, "I'm so sorry...Please, let me go inform Teoni, and then I'll come back to see if there is anything I can do, if he wishes it."

She scutterd back outside, "Teoni, it seems there's been a terrible happening. One of the butlers, Joshua, committed suicide this afternoon. The kitchen staff are very upset, as he was the son and fiancee of two of them. Is there anything you'd like to do, or like me to do to aid them? And would you still like to eat as normal?"

"If it was suicide, then it was his own fault. It's not worth being upset over," he replied, his tone ice.

Sera frowned, "Perhaps not for you, but what about his family? His choice doesn't mean that they didn't love him and does not keep them from wanting to grieve for him."

"Then they should have stopped him," he replied coldly, his dark eyes glaring at the door to the kitchen. "They shouldn't be upsetting you over this."

"He did it to himself," Teoni said flatly. "He shouldn't have upset you." He climbed down from his chair, and started heading back to his room.

Sera walked back into the kitchen, "Excuse me, I'm sorry to bother you, but if I could have Teoni's dinner on a tray, I'll take it to him in his room. He'll be dining in there tonight."

A few of the chefs hopped two and prepared a meal as fast as they could, handing her a silver covered tray.

"Thank you very much." Sera made her way to Teoni's room, knocking on the door gently. "Teoni, I brought you dinner."

The door opened. He was laying on his bed, cd playing, looking upset.

Sera entered, placing the tray on the bed. "Dinner."
