Aiden shuck his head a few strands of hair falling before his eyes. There had to be better use of their time then simply bashing each other in the head with their gifts. A docile at heart he could think of a number of things he would rather be learning at the moment then school yard scraps. More in depth teaching of their elements would have been nice, or their relationship to each other. There had to be a reason for them to be called out in such a number. He was interested in learning a little more about his fellow classmates at lest. Perhaps he would have to search them out in his spare time then.

Giving a hard sigh his thoughts had wandered but he found his stony gaze had not shifted from his teacher who stood waiting for him. "As you wish Sir, though i dough my skills are of any level to prove a challenge." Kneeling down palms were placed against the ground boy half closing hi eyes as he concentrated. With a soft crunch one might think he had broken something but instead hands had pushed with ease threw the surface of the ground. With another push he forced them deeper concentrating hard. The art of battle had never been his calling, he was in truth a defensive fighter.

Summoning up his strength he willing his element to his form, jagged stone jutting up from the ground washed over him as mercury or liquid steel. It formed a make shift bit of armor upon his body. A massive spiked shield that crawled up along his arm and over his shoulder as well as a stone hammer in his free hand as he heaved himself up into a solid stance. He stood unmoving as a true earth element waiting patiently for the attack.

((I forgot earth was weak to wind~! I think that I'm gonna make it so that if you're weak to something then the 'stronger' element gets to roll seven 8 sided dice instead of 6 6 sided. Then the other character still has a chance to win... not a big one, but a chance.))

Vento had his eyes closed, but he dodged the vine with ease. The wind ran even trough earth, and he could easily sense what Eden was planning. He did acrobatic moves, seeming to focus more on looking cool than the actual battle. He moved all the way up to Eden, then slipped behind her, so his blade of wind was at her back. He smiled, "That was enjoying, though not too hard."

((Hermes, you want one of us to play the teacher?))

"Yeah, I guess," Eden said thoughtfully, looking at what she needed to work on, or if she just couldn't beat an air, "But I still think you're scary."

Eliza watched the battle. She knew her friend could win against a wind, but not easily, and she doubted that Eden would ever be able to beat wind caster as advanced as Vento.
--
Vento removed his blade, though Eden hadn't said 'give' yet. If she tried to continue the battle, he thought he could easily wipe her out. He smiled, trying to hide his hurt expression for being called scary for the second time within a few minutes.

"Give." Eden said lazily, "I just don't wanna fight anymore. I'd rather chat with Eliza and brag about how I beat her." she said giggling lightly.

Eliza grimaced. "Hey! Just cuz you won once, doesn't mean you'll win forever!" She crossed her arms over her chest, "That goes for you too! My friend will beat you one day!" She pointed at Vento, obviously pouting.
--
Vento simply laughed. "Yea, rigth. do you want a rematch, right now?" He asked, jokingly. Eliza nodded at him, and his eyes widened.
--
"Lets do it when the teacher is actually watching this time." She smiled. and put out a hand for him to shake. He did, and pulled away finding that his hand was suddenly very close to burned. "Oops, sorry~!" She said, skipping farther onto the field.

((No worries, just didn't want my posts growing too large. I see we have a new student joining us as well soon. )

Mr. Jones wasted little time waiting, he would give a flick of his wrist a torrent of air smashing into the stone forcing the boy to lean into it exposing his unprotected head. Hammer dropping down before him Aiden was forced to used it to hold strong against the whirl wind gale. Rolling his shoulders the boy shifted his weight a few scraps of stone falling away from him as he brought himself back to his feet.

"Your stance is too open, push you legs closer together and ground yourself deeper. Use your whole body to help support your self not just your legs and don't lean too far or you'll topple. " With another flick of his hand the wind would once against thunder into the youth feet digging deep into the earth like mud to aid his resistance.

Irith walked in and looked around. He had just got back from visiting his parents and he already missed out on new students joining. He walked over to the nearest person and putting his hand lightly on their shoulder, interrupted their battle.

"Excuse me, can you please point me into the direction of Mr. Jones?" He looked up and raised one eyebrow questioningly.

"I can try~!" Eliza said, now facing Vento, ready to put up a fight.
--
Vento sighed, not really wanting to fight again.

Vento readied himself again, realizing that Eliza wouldn't give up until she won. 'I'll just let her win. It'll be easier,' He thought, looking bored. He flung a gust of wind at her, but she was ready, and she rushed forward, burning the oxygen out of it.
"I know that you wind casters only manipulate oxygen," Eliza said as she smiled. She rushed faster, ending up landing an upper cut jab at Vento's jaw. He stumbled back, barely dodging the blow. Eliza's 'tsk' could probably be heard from where Eden was standing.
