Millit came running after Gurrin took his stance. "Brother, how many more of them are there?" He stood there, looking at the strange men. While he was standing there, the air felt cooler. He took the exact same stande as Gurrin, vines wrapping around one hand, ice making a glove around the other, his staff glowing blue.

Vix looked back at the girl. Brief concern showed in her eyes. "You don't even know where we're going," she pointed out. "Won't your..." family "...people be worried?" she finished rather awkwardly, unsure if the little arsonist even had a family.

"I don't care where we go," Naomi replied solemnly, hurt by the mention of her 'family.' "As for family... I don't have any... at all..." She swallowed hard and looked at her gravely, showing she was completely serious about tagging along.

Vix frowned at the girl for several long seconds. Deciding at last that allowing her to come along would lose less time than arguing with her and probably having her follow them anyway, she nodded briefly. "Come on then, if you're coming. We can't lose any more time if we want to catch up. Alex, hurry."
She strode away from them, not looking back to see if they would follow or not.

"Balon, test them." Kray said as he watched the second wave. "Jeod, take the rest of the men and hit them from the left"
Balon glanced a Kray then rushed down toward the wave. right before he hit the group, he used his pike to pole vault himself into the middle of the mass allowing himself to be surrounded. he took a low stance lowing the blade of his pike until it almost tuched the ground and rested his wrist closest to the blade on his knee. his other had raised the back of the pike and then he waited for them to make a move. they will most likely attack from the back because it dosen't seemt be protected. sure enought, a few seconds later, 4 or 5 charged him from behind and in one swift motion, he cut them down and was in the same stace again. now lets see how breave these guys really are. as he finished this thought, Jeod and the rest of the group cut in behind him but did not go on attack but waited.

((sorry everyonei had a tragedy to deal with last night soo if i make mistakes on posts i apologise i just am really out of it))
Alex smiled at naiomi grabbed her hand and dragged her along as he ran to catch up with his mother he hoped Alexa was safe but he had a feeling he would find her with Kira that girl really seemed to want Alexa

Naomi grinned and ran with Alex, easily matching his pace as they caught up with Vix. She still had no idea where they were going, but she decided to wait and see.

Gurrin and Millit jumped in the air over Balon and his units, who were standing still. Gurrin landed first, slamming the ground with his fist, causing a wall of sand to rise up. Mellit landed on his back and made a pushing motion, causing a gust of wind to push the wall foreward and knock down a large chunk of bandits. They then stood back to back, fighting off the bandits with quicker strikes, conserving energy. Every strike hit with the precision of a machine, hitting a vital point every time, using purely physical skills. "How's this for conserving energy?" they said and bandit after bandit fell before them. "We aren't even using our staffs yet!" Gurrin cut three of the bandits throats with one strike while Mellit did the same.

Vix stopped abruptly - so abruptly, in fact, that Alex and Naomi might nearly have run into her.
"Alex," she said. "Can you sense her? I know you two can sometimes tell if one or the other is in trouble. Can you tell now?"
Whether or not that would help, she didn't know. But she had to know Alexa was safe. If nothing else, she had to at least know if her daughter was safe.

Alex knew what it was his mom was talking about he smiled at his mom and said "she's fine mom don't worry i don't know where she is but she's not harmed"

Vix gave a little sigh of relief. That was one load off her mind. She wasn't going to find her daughter dead or injured.
Whether or not she would find Alexa at all, however, still preyed on her.
"All right," she said. "That's a start. She wouldn't have gone anywhere alone - I know my girl. Has there been anyone she's been spending a lot of time with lately, Alex? Someone whose house she might have gone to and not let us know?"

Alex nodded at his mother "there was this girl kira that seemed to pique her curiousity she seemed to spend more time talking to her than usual"

Vix frowned, the hope leaving her. "I don't know anyone named Kirra," she said softly. "Does she come from here?"
Alexa couldn't have gotten far, she reassured herself. Even if she'd gone with a traveler, they'd catch up with her before too long.

Naomi thought a moment before speaking. "Kirra... I think she was that girl who killed three men for touching her..." she murmured, thinking. Then she frowned. That probably wasn't a good thing.
