Alexis spotted Ryan carrying his own case. However, Ryan was carrying a bass, much heavier than a guitar. Tanner and Ian were probably waiting.
Plenty of the kids gave them stares. Most of the seniors and juniors didn't pay much attention, since they knew what was going on.

Alice saw Ali running across the pavilion holding a guitar case and smiled to her self "hu its been a wile since i played i wonder how bad iv gotten" she smiled more devilishly as she got an idea. she ran to the office building

Shana ran after Alice. "W...where are you going?" she called out. She got the feeling that Alice was probably up to something.

The three nodded to each other and headed into the music room.
The music room wasn't the most popular building among alchemy students. Lots of them have a love for music, but never make time for it.
These five were an exception.
Alexis grinned and Tanner and Ian. Ian was setting up the amps.

Alexis plugged her guitar in. Her guitar was a cherry-red guitar, made by her father just for her. Lily's guitar was black and white. Simple and popular.
Ryan's bass was plain and black. It didn't really match his out-there personality.
They all plugged in their instruments. Except for Tanner. Tanner clanked his drum sticks as he sat down at the plain red drum set.
"All right," Ian said, setting up the microphones. "Y'all ready?"

Alice raced down to the office and Shana didnt see her again for a while. about an hour later Alice burst into Shana's room grabbed her arm and ran down to the music room there she found Alexis and her friends "HAY YOU GUYS WANA PREFORM AT THE HOMECOMING DANCE?!" she shouted

"We were already doing that," they all said in unison.
"That's why we're here," Alexis said simply. She straightened. "Wh-why the sudden rush?"

Alexis narrowed her eyes. "You assume we're good?" she said.
"What're you talking about?!" Ryan protested. "We ARE good."
"Let them be the judges," Alexis said. She focused her eyes on Alice and Shana. "Pick one: Me or Ryan."

Alexis stood at the mike far on the right and Lily at the one on the far left. Ryan stood off to Alexis's left, while Ian checked the sound equipment. The song began.
