Maybe you can go with Mokujin or something. Or Batou gets sick of it all and busts out... since his granny ahem uhh yeah sorta spoilers i guess even though nobody knows the NPCs in Kiri anymore crying

Of course not. But you really don't know Batou? x_o I swear I got him to teach academy once. he's just Andou's best friend and he was secretary to Mistress for a while.

Ah yes, Koh Samui. Another great place to go is Koh Chang smile In fact, lots of the islands are great.

Well, basically, Kirigakure is closing after the time skip. So Yeah. sweatdrop The existing RPCs in Kiri will be busting out {shinobi leaving village = missing nin after all..} to Konoha. The reason is general dissatisfaction with the government and unwillingness to support a corrupt leadership. Well, some RPCs' reasons might be different sweatdrop

Oh yeah, and in a nutshell, Konoha's having major political problems, Iwa turned itself into a tomb...Kusa basically poofs off the map... it'll be more exciting if you discover the situation on your own in-RP, though, instead of us painstakingly explaining it. smile

Konoha considers the Kirigakurians Kirigakurians. (It's sort of also in memoir of their own stay in Iwa. So they respect the fugitives' wishes.)
It'll only get a little messy regarding the Kiri government out for their heads... But then again, if you explain it to Zephyr and his Councilmen, they will understand, since there was the time when their own Fire Master-controlled government was after the fugitives in Iwa (technically).

Andou only has to pay the simple price of carrying Zephyr around. ;D (In kid form, he prefers to be carried by people.) Free piggy-back ride~! Then Z won't complain...
Maybe they could go drinking together in a bar. Zephyr would be so excited to show the guests how to drink (underage being an ignored matter). Until the bars kick him + Andou's kids out for breaking the law, that is.

A couple of Andou's kids... actually no. They wouldn't even be past 16. Ah well. Aw man... Zephyr better pass some of his mad skills to Andou. I wanna get something out of this deal. Treating Andou like osme kind of nanny!!! {Offering asylum being considered otherwise, of course.. xd }

Teaching them super strength? Medic Jutsu? Fuu? Getting them some Nin teachers? Sure thing. As long as he gets the Fubukis in Andou's group to agree to help with sentry work. (I imagine Fubuki won't get along with Hyuuga well though.) And Andou isn't just some kind of nanny. Just an awesome partner-in-crime in foiling his arch-nemesis, Uchiha Keiji (aka Shirayuki Shinichi). Maybe he'll show Andou the secret of getting into the women's part of the onsen, too...
(Actually he isn't corrupted by Marcus - yet. He just finds it a easy way to escape when Shinichi is angered to another rabid trail after him. As a "cute little kid", the women instead fawn over him. And if Shinichi shows up, POW! Free beat-up of arch-nemesis and Z doesn't even have to work. ;D)
