Kali sighed as she reached up for her katana and took it out. "I really don't want to do this," she said as she held it ready. She decided she won't use her wind powers on Reily unless she needs them.

That was when Charlene jumped in brandishing her double bladed gauntlets. She slashed the air, numbers glowing in her red eye. "Don't bring her into this." Charlene's voice dropped and seemed almost mechanical or even echoed by multiple voices. Then she tilted her head the creepest grin crossing her marred features. "Can you feel pain?"

Reily frowned, this was going south, real fast, she had known that Charlene had been some sort of experiment, and it was sort of obvious that she had been designed for battle, but the trouble was that Charlene as a person didn't seem to want to fight, or even see others fight. Reily stepped forward though, standing beside Charlene, looking at Kali. "Leave now Kali."

Kali gripped her katana tightly and sighed. If she is to fight both of them, she'll have to use her powers. The wind began to pick up around the three of them in the room. "No, I'm not leaving," she said.

Kali wasn't the only one with powers. The shoulder pads of Reily's armor, shaped like the heads of a Cerberus, opened their maws, fireballs forming within them, the fireballs floated down to land in Reily's palms and she raised her hands threateningly, "Leave. Now." She said, her armor creating two more fireballs that remained held in the jaws of her armor.

Charlene pulled the loose string on her arm, her arm skin seemed to slip from a twist of what looked to be muscle and wires. In a sadistic twist, Charlene sliced her arm. The wires seemed to be absorbed in the small muscles of her arm, then they bulged hideously. "Stay and play!" The strange voice echoed in the room.

Kali slightly chuckled. One told her to leave, and the other told her to stay. Well, she was staying until she got the girl. She raised a hand and shot a blast of wind at Charlene. Not too big, but hopefully strong enough to slam her into the wall and knock her out.

As soon as Kali moved Reily hurled her fireballs at Kali, the twin orbs of flame homing in on Kali's chest in a tight spiral as the two fireballs on her armor moved into Reily's hands, quickly getting replaced.

Kali quickly moved out of the way, moving faster than she normally did. So her speed has been enhanced? She didn't had time to think of that, she just had to get this girl. The wind picked up around Kali, and took off her sari. Now she'd be able to move easier. She held her katana in front of her defensively as the wind whipped around the room.

Miku took the one Kevin was offering and said, "Thank you." She looked at the cookie for a second and then broke it in half, the fortune poking out.

Miku took the fortune out of the pieces of the cookie and read it. She read it aloud, "A bird does not sing because it has an answer. It sings because it has a song." Then she looked over at Kevin. "What does your say?" she asked him.
(( I actually went to a website with a virtual fortune cookie and got that. mrgreen ))
