Cirithil started off with a quick side kick (Will explain in a thread). Kuro knocked this aside, and moved to counter with a punch. Using an open-handed block, Cirithil knocked the punch to the side. Kicks and hand techniques were exchanged for a long time before Ciritil decided to change things up. Again, using a trick he learned fighting Aiel, he faked a side kick, but then spun low, kicking Kuro's legs out from under her. He grabbed her forearm, to ensure she didn't hit the ground. He smiled at her, "We don't want you returning with a dress covered in dirt from the training grounds. That might be hard to explain."

Aradoa frowned as she dug into her purse to obtain the coins she had lost to the guard.

"Don't worry," the guard laughed, "I was only joking. I wouldn't take coin from a novice...get it back to me when you make your Oaths. I had insider knowledge though. He did a similar trick to me."

Kuro smiled at Cirithil thoughtfully. She was well practiced but this man had absolutely no trouble overcoming her. She regarded him with curious eyes. "Thank you for the practice." She curtsied.

"You are quite skilled. You have proved to me you are Saldean. Only an Aiel is more fierce than borderlanders," Cirithil smiled, with a bow. "Too bad I know a few Aiel tricks. You don't need to curtsy to me, I'm no warder yet."

"Very well, we agree less formalities are accpetable." She grinned and started trotting back to where Aradoa waited. "We have duties to attend to gentlemen, I want a rematch though." She waved and led her friend back towards the dining hall.

Mikuna laughed. Cirithil gave him a look, "Laugh not. Just because I won, does not mean the novice cannot hold her own in a fight. She has an advantage in that, if nothing else."

Aradoa turned and waved a goodbye to Cirithil, then turned to her friend. "You fought very well, Kuro," she said. "You shall have to teach me this hand-to-hand combat. I never intend to let myself be defenseless."

Now that the two girls were walking away, Cirithil slumped to a bench, grabbing ahold of his knee. Kuro had slipped a good hit in, but he didn't plan on letting her know, if she didn't already. Besides, he didn't want either of them trying to Heal just yet. Let a novice try Healing on me? He shuddered at that thought. Cirithil simply re-wound the wrapping on his leg, and then walked around. It still hurt, so he looked around, naturally there were no Yellows around where they could be useful to him. He turned to Mikuna, "She is quite good."

Kail steps onto the grounds with his nose in a big, Ogier sized book. He notices nothing and drops down onto the ground. He srugs off his pack, still reading, and rolls his head, from which a loud popping is heard. "Yeah........that was good. Kinda hurt though,"He mubles to himself. He looks up, seemingly confused to find himself outside. He sees the two men. "Hello friends. I'm Kail; and you are?"

Cirithil bowed, "Cirithil of the mountains of Sheinar. This is Mikuna Guard of Tar Valon, also of Sheinar. Light bless your sword arm today." He took a momentary glance at the book before looking once again at Kail. "You come late in the day. Is this your first time at the practice grounds?"

Walkin around the Tower grounds Toram found himself at the training grounds. Seeing two novices walking away from a couple men, he was wondering how to relive his boredom. Then he had it. I'll challenge one of those young popinjays to a practice spar. Walking to the edge of the field Toram looked around at the men who were there.

Cirithil glanced over at the new man. He was suprisingly tall to Cirithil. Nevertheless, he would wait for the man to introduce himself. A habit he learned in Sheinar. It was rude to force a man to introduce himself.

Seeing a man with long black hair Toram walked over to him. "Hi, my name is Toram Eldin. I'm a Soldier of the Black Tower."

Cirithil had listened carefully to his voice. "Well met, Toram of Andor. I am Cirithil Luinmir, who has come from the mountains of Sheinar. Quite tall for an Andoran. Then again, the great Rand al'Thor was raised in Andor. I plan to become a Warder."
