smeagol_lied your average lake and river going otter has stats of: str:3 dex:15 con:12, wis:12, cha:5. i wouldnt have thought a sea otter is that much bigger and more powerful, but you can keep it as it is. As a side note on this, a River otter is around 15 to 30 lbs. and about 1'6" to 3'6, a Sea otter is around 40 to 80 lbs and 3'6" to 5'6", and if I had gone for Amazon River Otter can be anywhere from 4'0" to 8'0" and weigh from 40 lbs to 100 lbs, so I mean it is really by individual species, nto by a lumping of them all together, just so you know.

These are added to the Polar Bear Anthro's Bonuses of +8, +4, +4, +0, +4, and +0, Which Blend with the Polar Bear's Starting HD of 2d8 + 1d10 as a Fighter. Creating one mad set of starting Abilitiy Points and a Natural AC of +5.
This is of course a +3 Level Adjustment with a Starting ECL of 5.
Oddly enough is that this Lvl Adjustment is nothing compared to some of the Anthro stats. A Wolverine has Starting HD of 2d8 with adjustments of +4, +4, +8, +0, +4, +2, a natural AC of +2, a Level Adjustment of +2, and a Starting ECL of 4. An African Elephant has starting HD of 3d8 with adjustments of +12, +2, +6, +0, +4, +0, a natural AC of +7, a Level Adjsutment of +2 and a Starting ECL of 5.
These come from the Savage Species Handbook of course.
