blaugh That's awesome news Mana 3nodding It's been a crazy few of months - working extra hours, making arrangements to move into my new apartment closer to work & my cousin having a baby sweatdrop if it wasn't for metal & metal reign I think I'd go insane xd

4laugh Kas! I missed you guys so much ... Every ones avi looks amazing! eek like you have know idea! My mother is driving me insane stressed Right now it's like WW3 in our household and I happen to get caught between cross-fires xp Well amongst the chaos in our house, I decided to take some time to update my Metal Reign sig. heh about that sweatdrop there was this dust storm in sydney a couple weeks ago. I woke up that morning and remember looking out my window. It looked like the aliens just invaded xd
And every one that left their cars parked outside the drive way the night before was covered in this orangey red dust, including dad's car blaugh hence the red blood look of the car window's reflection 3nodding

I went to talk to a personal trainer yesterday and agreed to go a programme with her for the next 3 months starting on Monday morning (I'm on holiday next week). My aim is to get a bit more muscles in my arms, flatten my growing stomach and tighten my butt and thighs. I hope I succeed. And after the 3 months I can continue going to the gym/fitness aerobics lessons when I know what's good and effective for me.

And now that is the way to go about it! I'm sure this will get you the right results. They won't be totally immediate, but when patient it's the best way to go.
