Conner's eyes widened and his mouth gaped a little, in a way so his expression towards his friend was one of pure shock. What Gar said immediately placed questions in Kon's head, and at first the only sounds he could feel himself conjure were some low and whispering murmurs... eventually he managed to practically groan out a first word.
"Rubble?"

"Yea I had to dig you out, and found some parts of the Tower that wasn't collapsed. If anyone attacked they wouldn't think to look in the Lower parts for remaining Titan's."
Gar rubbed his nose a little thinking about it. He had a few scratch marks on his face from the debris.
"I'm just glad you're okay."
He said sitting next to Kon. He kicked back holding his communicator as if waiting for someone to call him. He clutched it in his hand. The thought that he and Kon were the only Titan's left of all the Teen Titan's was grim at best. Out of all the people he knew and all they went through together they couldn't possibly be gone right? He wondered to himself. He wasn't that much of a solo hero but a Team player. That's why he stayed with the Titans and helped with the Junior Titan's and mediated between them and the original Titan's.

By the time Gar sat next to him, Conner was looking off into space. Every part of him felt so heavy... and his problems didn't stay in the physical. What could have happened? The last thing he knew, he was getting ready to leave for Smallville... now he couldn't stop thinking about his teammates.
Minutes, hours passed as he lay in thought. This time, a little more confident with his words, Kon turned to look at Gar.
"How... many others...here...?"

"I'm not sure... I wasn't able to fully search the tower yet since I found you I have been down here."
He held the communicator in his hand still looking glumly at it. His sorrow worsened as there was still no call. He looked at Kon for a moment and gave him a smile before looking down at the communicator again. A tear fell as he looked down. Normally he wasn't always in a sad mood such as this and he didn't want to upset Conner too soon.
"I think... they survived. They had to Kon. We'll find them later I promise."

It was clear, Garfield was not as sure as his words suggested. Conner stared off again. Something sharp was poking at the right side of his hip. After his hand slowly moved into his jean pocket, he was able to pull out the crushed remains of a device that had suffered the effects of the collapsed Tower... his communicator. It fell to the table and onto the floor. Smaller pieces slid under Gar's chair.
"We have to."
Even if it meant shifting through the Pacific sea bed, they couldn't stop until they found something... some sign of where the rest of the Titans went, and Kon prayed they weren't part of the wreck that rested above their heads.

Gar reached down grabbing several pieces of Kon's communicator putting them into his pocket.
"I can begin searching outside. You're doing better so I should. Now that you aren't in critical condition."
Gar stood up stretching. He slowly walked towards the door.
"I will be back down in an hour or so. I will see if I can't find anything Kon."
With his last statement he transformed into a small sparrow flying up the stairs and out the small gap that they had used to get into the lower levels of the Tower. After about 30 minutes of searching by the light of the moon now center sky he found a boulder carved with a sonnet and something written by Star.
He transformed into a human and crouched next to it reading.
"Star's alive!"
his voice began to get perky.
"She's somewhere and when she comes back..."
He pulled out a few pieces of the communicator that Kon had dropped. A titan would follow these pieces and know them apart from the rubble. He placed the back of the communicator next to the boulder at it's base. He then proceeded to organize the parts from back to front as if they would resemble it and started walking back to the entrance of the stair well. Every few yards placing small parts in order down on the rubble clearly. He looked back at the boulder for a moment thinking that if it wasn't enough of a clue he and Kon could go back and write something to help solve it.

Any other titan wouldn't have heard Gar from the lower level bunker of the Tower... but Conner could clearly pick up his shout with his heightened sense of hearing.
"What?!"
As if Gar's words themselves gave him energy, his head shot up and his back straightened as he stared at the entrance. Very quickly, he realized this one movement had spent all his energy, and Kon groaned into laying back down.
Star was alive. That was something.

When Gar heard Kon's voice he quickly rushed downstairs flying around the corner skidding into the room. Kon still laid on the table "Bed".
"Kon, are you okay? I heard you say something as I was coming back down."
Without realizing that Kon had heard what he said above he walked up to him.
"Good news, Starfire is still alive. And if she comes back she might bring others with her. We only have to wait here and see."
He smiled. He now had hope that soon someone was going to come.
"I left clues... your communicator."

(This isn't meant to be rude, but the parts are very very small... and only an actual Titan would recognize the path, because they're fairly far apart, and only a Titan would know how they were linked together because the pieces fit into a communicator... there are computer pieces and smaller scraps on the floor among the communicator pieces.... not that TK-Force isn't intelligent, but only experienced Titans would see the connection. This stairway in the rubble that BB found was extremely difficult to find for him, and he knows the Tower inside and out...it was hard to get him and Conner into the small opening.
OH! Go to page 16 and read what Starfire wrote on the boulder. Right there anyone would assume she is the last Titan. It's very sad too. D: )

( I'm also tracker but I'll take out the parts)
Flying to Jump City, in search of the titans. TK-Force flies to location of The Titan's Tower. Getting shocked by the remains of the Tower, when he arrived. "What happen!’ he said in shock. Flying and landing on the island. He walks into the remains of tower."HELLO ANYBODY!" he yelled. Walking around TK searched the tower for anyone. He decided if theres any hope the titans would be need to give them a chance.

Kon faintly smiled back at Gar. Several more moments passed in silence before Superboy cocked his head. His eyes squinted in concentration.
"Someone's above."
He hushed, acting almost that if he spoke any louder, a stranger would hear him.
"I don't recognize the voice."
He turned his head back to look at Garfield with an questioning look.

"IF ANYONE THERE I'M TK-Force."he shouted. "I'm A TEEN HERO....IF YOU HEAR ME POEPLE ARE MISSING....NOT ANY PEOPLE..HEROES TO BE EXTACT!" he said stilling wandering in the rubbles on the base floor." WE CAN'T STAY HID, ANY LONGER, THROUGH EVERY EVIL THAT WALKED HERE THERE ALWAYS BEEN A TEEN TITANS...WHETHER IT WAS COMPLETE FAILURE, WE ARE THE NEXT GENERATION SO WHY DON'T WE ACT LIKE IT!" he said hoping if there was anyone there they would hear his rant. Seeing his rant was you useless, he counting shouting to see if there were surviors.

"If it's one of our friends they will find us... We can't open the door to just anybody now, we're too vulnerable."
He said walking over to the computer. He initiated the silenced locking mechanisms on the door to the room they were in and powered up the security. He walked over to Kon.
"I will have to turn this off for a bit just in case."
He reached over and turned the lamp off making the room pitch dark, no animal Gar could turn into with good night vision would even see. Only an animal using sonar or thermal sensing could find their way around. He sat next to door in the dark. He held his communicator which was linked to the security system main frame. It would notify him if the person were to enter the lower levels and where they were at any given moment.

It appeared silent in the pitch black bunker... but Kon still could hear the voice from several levels up. He made a face, and his expression itched into his voice.
"Get this... he's saying that he's a teen hero. 'TK-Force.' He keeps on talking about missing heroes and 'we'."
Kon's skepticism was clear. It could take a great persuader to say the same things... it didn't mean the kid was sincere.
