Koma shook her head. "I don't know." She sighed. "He said something about wanting to make sure the Knights saw him and Zero in the same place at the same time. It would look too suspicious if he disappeared everytime Zero showed up. Since I was out of commission anyway, people would be less likely to suspect I was the other one in the suit." She looked up. "But I have no idea why he left the others. I've never been able to figrue him out. Even before he joined up in al this business." She sighed. 'He's always been so convincing. There's just something about him that makes you want to make him happy, to see him smile and tell you that you did the right thing." She suddenly blushed looking up at them. "I probably sound really foolish right now."

"not reall-" rottiger barely manages to get out before m.m. gives him a glare reminding him it's still a secret. "anyway, i have a plan that is dangerous, but just might work."he looks around. "i have another personality deep within my mind, and that personality........." he gives a strange look at the ground. "is the knight of 1." he waits a few seconds before continuing his plan. "well the knight of 1 knows where the other brittanian soldiers are so he would be able to find anyone he wanted to quite easily. well i happen to know shiki is with one of the other knights of rounds so he should be easily locatable by the knight of one, which conveniantly as of this moment is myself." he looks around again "the downside is that kazuki ryuu the knight of 1 isn't your ally, so he'd be motivated to attack you. you must follow at a distance if we use this plan because as the knight of one my pilotting is about 19 times better and my knightmare the PAIN is far more powerfull than the daybreak so in this state i am not a pilot you want to pick a fight with. but he'll lead you right to shiki if you can follow him. a guren MKIII should be able to do the job and hold out against the PAIN better then most other knightmares. i found the plans for the float system and upgraded radiation hand in the databanks in the new knightmare my friend stole." he hands the blueprints to kaiyo. "so what of my plan?"

It was like a switch had suddenly been thrown in Koma's brain as Rottiger's words processed. Whirling, she grabbed him and plastered him against the wall. "I knew there was a reason I hated you." She grabbed the back of his head and pushed him onto the table, moving up to pin him. Straddling him, she reached back into her boot and pulled out her knife, pressing it to his throat. "Give me one good reason I shouldn't kill you and make it so we don't have to worry about the Knight of 1 to begin with.."

((huh??? wait a sec....Lucille's father is the current knight of 1.))

Lucille kept on breathing heavily. He geass has always been very useful but it's side effects were the reason why Lucille never bothered using it unless in urgent situations. She kept on looking down knowing that she'll be alright as long as she prevents eye contact.

"Friends? heh... I doubt it."-- she paused as she breathed deeper-- "I don't know how knew about my geass and it's counter but... I'm sure somebody told you about it. Heh...you're only making yourself more suspicious. You obviously have a geass but your mind never recorded anything like that."

rottiger's eyes flash red and he swings his leg knocking her to the ground. he caches the knife and throws it at the ground it barely missing her head. "that is why" he says as his right eye reverts back to the old golden glow of his normal eye color. he looks at himself. "well, this is new. im both at once." he looks at the cieling and suddenly he remembers something. "ah yes how could my plan have been so foolish im actually the knight of 4 because i've been gone so long." i do hope i get my old rank back soon. he thinks walking away. "well all aboard who's coming aboard. but i must note i may be gone for awhile, knight of 4 and all so have a good time." he gets outside and jumps into the daybreak. "well see you later." his right eye turns red as the knight of four takes over. "i think ill go check on lucille. i havn't seen her in a while." the knightmare changes color and looks the color of blood, that bright crimson color. "well it looks good." he says as the PAIN takes off into the air. other knightmares zoom after it making sure to stay hidden. "so you think you can sneak up on me?" he says as the pain turns around. "well take this!" the pain's right hand goes up into the air as the blood guantlet, the mechanically altered for the better pulse hand of the pain, begins to show a scarlet aura swirling into a ball in the palm. "Scarlet Star hypnotic attack activate." a robotic voice says in the cockpit. a pannel in the cockpit opens and kazuki projects his geass into into it. the pilots are knocked unconcious as the ball dissapears. "it's good to be back" kazuki says the pain rolling down a street. a knightpolice stops him as the officer tells him to stand down and get out of the c**k[pit. "i believe you don't have the authority to give me an order." "i told you to get out." the officer once again states. "and i told you no" kazuki states bluntly. "ill give you one last ch-" the man cannot finish his sentence before the pain moves at astounding amazing speed ending up behind the knightmare. "no-one tells me what to do!" kazuki yells at the officer grabbing the knightmares head and throwing it to the ground. the left arm of thew pain points to the downed knightmare and beams an ion cannon burst through the cockpit. "should've left when you got the chance." he says looking at the destruction with amusement.

Hearing the alarming being sounded off, brought surprise to both M.M. and Kaiyo. They were completely unaware to what was going on, but knew that it was of the up most importance. "Koma," he said over the intercom "What's happening, are we under attack?" She fractically explain what was happening, M.M. immediately knew what had to be done. "Alright," he said "Seal off all exits and change the access codes immediately, he can't escape no matter what."

Kaiyo was shocked to have heard this as well, but there was no time for her to be worried. She immediately rushed along through the massive trailer with M.M. to capture Rottiger. "M.M. I'll head to the central command and try to cut off his escape routes," she said "Wish me luck."

as knightmares close in on him kazuki charges energy into the pains right hand. "take this!" he says as the pain punches the ground, releasing massive amounts of siesmic energy. waves ripple through the ground knocking the other knightmares to the ground. "i have no time to deal with terrorists." kazuki says launching the knightmare into the air. he soon winds up at his building and rolls the pain inside. "time for upgrade K-M-2" he says to an employee. "i never imagined this kazuki would come back.....okay its in hangar 2." "okay." hje says as he drives the pain to the hangar. "okay this look pretty simple." he says as he begins to attach the equipment to the daybreak, as the pain had momentarily reverted back.. about 15 minutes later he finished his work and takes a look at the knightmare. the float system wings are elongated and boosted to extreemely fast speeds adding a takeoff maximum speed of 1462 MPH almost mach 2. the pulse system is boosted giving off more power. the knightmare is about 4 feet taller and the weapons are upgraded. there are 2 new swords wirelessly attached to the pulse system and as such are free of the knightmare, they are longer and more powerfull. a lance system is built into the right arm and gives it a charging attack ability. "the daybreak knight mode is activated." he says sitting in the cockpit. "pain, wyvern mode activate" a mechanised voice says as the pain emerges as awesome as ever the 10 float wings elongated and sharpened glow red with the pulse reaction energy flowing to them from the powerfull new reactor. the same 2 swords also sit in the float pack holster only following the pains color pattern. "okay pain, its time for the wyvern to roar." the wings glow as the thrusters fire full blast. the doors open and the pain wyvern rockets out into the skies above the city at twice the speed of sound. "it handles like a charm." he says as the knightmare preforms skillfull acrobatic aireal manouvers. the pulse blood gauntlet lights up. "blood gauntlet operational." the arm turns and fired a blade out of the arm a chain following after it. he swings the arm and it wraps the chain around another knightmare. he pulls the chain and the other knightmare is unraveled. "huh.....neat." he pulls the knightmare to the ground in a field.
