Mahora padded off without a sound, off to find Gado. Soon, he found the lynx and sat himself in front of him. He watched him for a moment before speaking.
"Gado, I have a job for you, but only if you are willing to take it."
--------
"I can do that Raiden. Silence is my best friend," purred Azure, lifting his right front paw and licking it like a domestic house cat might.
It was a habit he'd gotten into, a bad one at that. The ocelot was beginning to like Raiden's plan more and more. He would be able to go through with what he promised his parents.

Bianca bowed her head in a promise of silence. "I will do as you suggest, Brindle." Bianca continued to watch Kiros curiously a moment as other claimed their silence as well.

Kiros Continued to look from Brindle to Calyn but only for a few moments then Kiros looked over to Bianca catching her staring at him. He knew whe wasn't realy staring at him but merely studying him. Coinsedently he was doing the same thing as he looked at Bianca. Kiros continued to stand his legs keeping parrallel to each other.

"Brindle, should Zephre know? Since he's a bit protective, well, really protective of any cat who's hurt..." Tami asked hesitantly, looking to her.
Calyn brightened immediatly as she was told where she'd be. She had loved Miros to death as a cub, and had begged him to help her with hunting as she grew older. She missed the lynx, and hadn't been able to see him since he left the pride.

Brindle nodded to the young leopard apprentice. "That is our next stop. Since Mahora has already left I think we should consider this meeting finished." She nodded to Bianca. "We will head back to the den with Bianca, there, Kiros and Calyn will prepare for their journey, and I will organize a hunt. Mahora should be scouting with his outriders just after he has spoken with Gado." The tigress stood up and made for the door, looking back into the dim light of the cave at the other cats...her friends. "Fare well in your tasks. I hope to end this soon."
Raiden looked pleased. "Lets get started then shall we? I will be expected for patrol soon. Gen will tell you the usual patrol pattern, so you will know exactly where my allies are. Good luck Azure." With that Raiden left. Leaving Gen to explain to the ocelot all that he needed to complete what Raiden asked of him.

Kiros glanced over to Brindle and nodded in affirmation of her orders. He then slowly walked over to Bianca. He did not stopp when he reached her but only brushed her slightly and continued walking. When he brushed up against her he let a small growl/pur rupture from his throat though he did not stop walking. Kiros then headed towards the entrance to the den and looked back at the cats who were getting up to leave and then over to Bianca. He then turned and exited thinking to himself, "I must be crazy makeing a pass at the den leader."

Tami nodded, following Calyn outside. It was obvious the huntress wanted to be gone, only not running because she knew she'd have half a dozen cats tackle and drag her back to Zephre. Or lock her in a cave, or more likely both.

Kiros approached Calyn somewhat cautiously he bowed his heade slightly then raised it up, "Madam, I am ready to leave whenever you are." , He said, his voice firm but showing his submittence to a superiour.

Calyn stopped, looking to him. "Probably later tonight. The other cats'll be asleep, and I'd be most likely to leave at night... And, don't call me madam. Or any other title for that matter. It's just Calyn." she corrected.

Kiros nodded instead of bowing this time, "Alright Calyn" Kiros said nodding again as he turned and walked away from the female cat. Kiros did not like to openly address someone by their name unless he had permission. As he walked away he felt embarressed by slight mishap. "I wonder if this means I should go with Brindle on the hunt?" He thought to himself as he walked, the pads of his feet hitting the ground silently.

"Name it, and it will be done" Gado said, his tone clam as serious, his ears still occasionally swiveling. His gaze was no longer on the lands around them , but that didn't mean he couldn't still stay alert and watch. His short bobbed tail gave something similar to a flick as a cool breeze blew.
Seph yawned slightly, his sure footed paws working their way up the rocks. He still gazed the world through sleepy eyes, but his nimble actions showed the traits of a cat made for this sort of terrain.
Bored with sleeping, and starring at a cave wall, Seph had gone outside, making his way up higher near the cliffs. He'd always enjoyed the view, especially at dawn or sunset. It also didn't hurt that he was one of the few capable of getting to the spot he had chosen to lay and watch.

The sun was becoming quite hot as the tigress made her way back to the main den. This would mean the herds would be sluggish, but it would also give her cats a handicap as well. Everything had to be planned very carefully for a successful hunt. She looked up at the small clouds, just remnants of the storm that had past the night before. "Well," she said to herself. "Let's get started then." Brindle took in a breath and roared her summons to the hunters. It was a call that echoed throughout the main pride land, reaching every corner. Despite how many times she had lead a hunt, she could not help but feel excited. This was what she was born to do.

Calyn growled softly, feeling completly useless. She couldn't hunt, it would be the first time in years she hadn't, the first time since her parents were killed that she wasn't at Brindle's side. And she had no way to vent the frustration, as Tami was staying close enough to pounce if she started to run. "I'm' not going anywhere, go ask Kiros if he's going on the hunt." she said, sending the leopard apprentice running to catch up with him.
"Hey! Are you going on the hunt, or staying with Calyn?" Tami asked, reaching Kiros.

Sahari had already left the council den and was paces away from the nursery before the meeting had finished. The stocky she-cat glanced both ways, tasting the air carefully - several hunters were lounging nearby and an older lynx Outrider Sahari had seen around but did not know personally seemed to be on high alert, but otherwise all was calm; with a flick of her large, pointed ears, the Sand Cat slipped into the cool shade of the den. She watched with a soft smile as Zephre challenged little Jasper to a battle, before bounding over to Konya's side. "Is all well?" she asked, her muscles still tensed slightly. Her tail twitched, winding through the air behind her - she couldn't see any signs of trouble, but would not calm until everything was for certain.
Jasper leapt to his paws, eyes widening as he gazed up at Zephre through the dusty air. He hadn't forgotten that the Healer was blind and the panther thought this an unfair advantage, but the next moment he pushed that thought away - Zephre was the one who had challenged him. "Really?" he replied, before growling loudly, a smile hardly disguised as a scowl dancing on his maw. "In that case, be prepared to go down, old lion!" His eyes took on a wild gleam, and the small cub charged forward, tail streaming out behind him. He pawed at Zephre's large, white forepaws, hoping to trip the lion though not certain this would work.
Cirro let out a growl of surprise and amusement as Mira continued to swat at him; he sneezed as she sent dust rolling his way, and with a low chuckle rolled to the side, his tail waving in the air. "Stop that," he protested, pawing at her in rebutal. But just as the days of his cubhood trickled back into his memory, Brindle's call rang through the air. He quickly rolled over and pushed himself to his feet; "We should go," he stated, the impish expression quickly seeping from his eyes to be replaced by something else. It looked eager, almost playful, but it was different from the look he had when playing with Mira.

Mira laughed while playing with Cirro. As much as she liked to hunt she was dissopointed for a moment before becoming excited. "Alright then let's go." She wagged her tail and started toward Brindle.
