I have no further questions for this witness.
Your honor, the Plaintiff would like to remove Miss Fairchild's name from the list of defendants. Although she was obviously used as a tool by the Anti-Powell Conspiracy, my client is no longer of the opinion that she actively participated in their Powell-baiting tactics.
