Akari stared at Zazie and how she grinned just barely. She told them that only when souls unite does the curse break. Curse? This device was a curse? Having never seen a simple chinese finger trap the thought of a curse was plausible. Afterall, she herself was a vampire slave so the idea of a curse seemed like a simple and possible explanation. Zazie left them alone and she tried to go after her, only to nearly fall having been caught by her own finger.

Now that she was left with Kaito they needed to dicuss the curse/chinese finger trap. Absolutely befuddled by the damn thing she tried tugging on it more while Kaito asked her what she thought the curse meant. Looking up she saw the blush and the same thought crossed her mind as color crept up her face. For a moment she just stared at him, unable to speak. There was no way that one of their classmates would put a curse on them that encouraged...that. While she stared at him she had stopped trying to escape it. The two of them must've been fools for believing that it was a curse but there was nothing that could've told them it was a little toy that could be easily escaped with some simple thinking.

Looking around she started to drag Kaito out of the crowded area, away from the onlookers of the play. No longer was she interested in the story of it but rather she wanted to find out how to get out of this thing. "Last resort we'll try that." She said quietly to him with a blush. It would never come to that of course because it would break guild rules they would find out how to get out of it sooner than that.

Kazumi watched as the little girl threw up an arch of paper slips.As the complex ideograms began to glow, Kazumi braced herself for the worse. She was not expecting a multitude of artifact spirits, kappa and other such demons.

She lashed out as the nearest ones tried to glomp onto her. She shivered slightly at their touch. Whoever heard of perverted little demons? Well, the makers of certain kinds of anime and manga certainly, but still.... She kicked an approaching teapot and punted it over the heads of the gathering crowd.


Ken shot at the first demon he saw. It was wielding a banner which, if he had read right, said: Team Tsukuyomi: One Hundred Demons. He made it a special point to shoot it with an ice bullet. Frost blossomed in a stilling explosion of icicles. The large spiked ball of ice entombing several demons dropped to the ground, impaling a few more demons along the way.

For a brief second, Ken had a clear shot at the little girl. As he pulled the trigger, he felt something give inside of him. On some level, he knew he had crossed some sort of line, but this moment was not one for introspection. He brought the guns around and fired repeatedly into the approaching tsunami of demons.

Accompanied by what sounded as a carillion of bells, Mana spun the staff around. In her hands, it orbited the dusky beauty, whistling through the air, dealing out a terminal bliss. The metal rings jangling as the heavy metal ornamentation stove in bodies and limbs. With the other end, she jabbed. The metal-shod tip punching into soft flesh or scraping along scale and horn.

Littering the ground around her were the evanescing bodies of a dozen or so demons. To approach within reach of that staff was certain death.

Akari was still blushing as they walked along, trying to get her mind of their back up plan. Pulling on the thing a bit more she groans in frustration. He asked if they could cut it off and she gives him a weary look. "As much as I trust you Kaito...I like my finger." She holds it up, pulling his hand up with it. This was going to get annoying. after awhile. Besides, if the thing really was cursed should they really try cutting it off? Akari could always try her strength, but that might hurt if it tightened with more force. The secondary plan came back to mind as she hurriedly tried to think of what Zazie had said. 'Only when souls unite does the curse break.' Akari replayed the words in her head. How did two souls unite? Now the word marriage popped into her head and she was still pink in her cheeks. Such a troublesome situation they were in. "Hm..." Akari leans into Kaito as if expecting a kiss on the lips. Not the same thing as souls uniting but it may work and it was at least worth a shot.

"Only a hundred?" Yuuna asked, laughing, as she punted one of the cell phone critters in its faceplate and sent it flipping away. At the same time, her hand drew out the card bearing her image, and as more demons swarmed toward her, she called out, "Adeat!"

A pair of pistol-like weapons appeared in her hand, ornate and fantastical. The one held in her right hand was black with golden leaf gilded onto it, and featured a wide barrel that would fit a 40mm grenade inside it. The one in her left hand was much smaller and was more of a cream color with blue leaf gilded in a similar pattern to the other. She felt a rush of...something flowing through her body, something that she felt had always been there, lurking inside her. Whatever it was, it was flowing through her like her own blood, powerful and there, feeding into the weapons in her hands.

Grinning, she aimed the wide-barreled weapon at an oblique angle toward the approaching demons, and fired down at the ground of the oncoming demons. A burst of magic energy launched out of the weapon, striking the ground and detonating like a plasma grenade, destroying a few of the demons outright and scattering more of them. The basketball gamer grinned. "Oh, I could get to like this!"

arrow General Kagami has entered the battlefield

Cinema Village was known for being a place of costumes and dressing up, but it was not every day one expected to see a woman parading down the streets inspired by feudal era Japan, clad in a full, painstakingly detailed set of Mandalorian battle armor. There was no mistaking this person as anything other than a woman; if the deep purple braids coming from beneath the helmet didn't give it away, then the thin figure and the chest plate designed to fit snugly to the woman's curves made it obvious. The armor held three distinct color patterns; the plates over her torso, front and back, were red, her helmet was jet black, and the plates on her arms and legs were a deep blue color. Hanging prominently from her right hip was a faithful mockup of a Verpine shattergun, though it was merely a prop with a rotating magazine, not capable of loading or firing any real ammunition. Sheathed on her back, with the hilt over her right shoulder, was a white oak shirasaya sword of the type favored by Shinmeiryu.

The Mandalorian-armored woman calmly strode through the streets, ignoring the stares of passersby, idly humming a Mandalorian war chant to herself. Before too long, her sharp hearing picks up the sounds of a scuffle, including small arms fire. Being as how she's somewhat bored and has nothing better to do, she heads off in that direction.

Kaito looked at her as she gave him a second kiss, he smiled at her as they were still trapped "well i guess we have to try something else" he said. He looked around as he sighed at their predicament "maybe someone knows what this thing is?" he suggested as he knew Kaede and the others were around somewhere.

Tsukuyomi watched one of the girls use magic to summon guns and she smirked, even if they were magic she had ways of dealing with them. But first to lessen the numbers "okay time to play" she said as the little creatures started to chase people around and tug on some people's clothing as they just caused chaos in general. Tsukuyomi saw Kenneth come out as he seemed to be challenging some of the gunner girls, she didn't mind as she wanted the one shooting at her already. She moved quickly as she headed toward the others in their little group, she had her face covered by shadows as she was smiling upon approach. Her hand was one the second of her swords as she pulled them out before she moved her hands carefully as she readied for her attack.

Katerine was taking demons down with her airsoft rifle, the steady whir of the motor and the speckled blue flamed faces of the demons before they went down was consistent with her skill. Kness bent, her face aiming down the 2x magnification sight, she pumped pellet per pellet of the blue magic flame into the golems. But they weren't enough.

"Adeat."

She heard Yuuna call out her pactio, and she was distracted, allowing a golem rammed into her. Winded she kept the golem from biting onto her or and such. Kicking it off, she picked up her BR55 and onhanded it, firing full auto at the golem. others were closing in, when the self-winding hi-cap magazine went empty and the gun kept cycling in a fruitless attempt to fire nothing out the barrel.

"I'm empty!" She yelled before getting up and bear walking with speed behind Yuuna, sliding behind her before opening her bag. Out came her Encore, and with a single shot took out a line of golems chasing her, as the round impacted in the wall behind the 7 she just killed.

"Yuuna...cover me." She said, as she took out a pistolbelt from her bag.

"Success is measured in blood; yours or your enemy's."

She had barely put on her pistolbelt, and has yet to extract the mags and pistol from her bag, when she heard two shots impact the ground near her. Looking behind Yuuna, a new competitor has arrived, holding a gun. In another time, in another place, she'd lovingly categorize what kind of gun and attachments it had, much like 343 Guilty Spark when accessing the databanks in the Pillar of Autumn, biut now was time for action, standing beside Yuuna, she merely called out.

"Schwert von meine Vorfahren, Schild und Feuer! Schild!" Her encantation ending when he fired his third shot, the barrier formed before them and barely stopped the round. Unfortunately, Katerine dropped to one knee, she had used a significant portion of her massive magical reserves and it was stressing her, having barely any control, to form a barrier large enough for both of them was taxing.

"Move."

Ryuuka was admiring his new weapon when Yami began to pester him.
Oi, Ryuuka-kun, there's fun brewing...
"Fun? D-Damn, Tell me where!" Ryuuka said, not caring if he was heard.
To your right... Yami cackled. Any opportunity to shed blood and hear the cries of battle amused him. Only one thought however was coursing through Ryuuka's brain as he headed towards the battle scene.
All of these people... they could get hurt!
