Mim watched her, eyes wide. "Phantom...lay down." She said, following after her. "V, lock him up and bring me some hot water and a towel...your daughter wants to see you..."

he put the creature back in the cage and welded the door shut, then he did as he was told. he put the water next to Mimicry, then moved to hold Phantoms hand. " luv.. are you aliright.."

Phantom layed down like she was told and took V's hand. Phantom sudenly felt a sharp pain and groaned. "I'm ok, for now."

imidiatly he shared her pain, shouldering it so she wouldnt have to bare it alone. he couldnt take it all, but he would help as much as he could. his hand tightend on her's and he murmerd soothingly to Phantom in ancient greek.

Phantom groaned again after the baby was born. "That, really, hurt." Phantom was breathing heavily now.

he whinced, his nerves shot from Phantoms pain and his own worry. he looked at both the women with respect and asked dumbfounded. " how do women survive that... men pass out from less." he was still healing Phantom as he spoke, unable to let her hurt if he could help it. he glanced curiusely at the baby, not sure how to act as he did so. it was so.. small.

Phantom sighed happily. "I hope not." Phantom smiled up at V. "Go hold your daughter, she has been waiting to see you. Count her fingers and toes too." Phantom laughed quietly.

Mim smiled. "If you need anything, I'll be just outside the door." With that said, she walked out, wanting to give them time to themselves.

his lips twitched and he looked at Phantom innocently. " we'll work on that." he looked at Mim and raised an eyebrow. " does your wolf know about yours yet." he kept a hand on Phantoms, his grip tight because he was still a little nerve shot.
he held the little girl carfuly, afraid he would hurt her. he grined at Phantom and laughed. " ten toe's and ten fingers. a smile like her mothers and truely the most beautiful thing i have ever seen, equal only to her mother." he brought the baby to Phantom and leaned down so she could see her. he kissed her forhead and smiled at the baby. " she is beautiful..."
