Yuma followed closely behind Elenwyd, being the most familiar with him which wasn't much and felt pretty sad to herself, but others could be hostile as well and he prove to be a friend for the mean time. Some gave her a bad feeling and she didn't want to be hostile towards others in the same boat as her now just because she was uncomfortable and jumpy.

(If this post is completely meaningless for some reason, let me know and I'll delete it, but this just struck me tonight on the way home from the movies as I was telling my little sister about the RP... Short but possibly valid)
As they were lining up ready to leave, a thought struck Beth. "Wait a minuet. What about Mina? I thought we agreed we weren't going to leave her here."

(I don't know about her. She hasn't really posted in awhile.)
Riley let out a small growl. If they didn't get out soon, she was going to go crazy. "If Elenwyd doesn't put the gas in now, I'll do it myself."

looking at riley he says, "My gas." he turns the knob to full balst and stuck it in the vent and vualted out throuh the door into the hallway.

"It's about time." Riley muttered as she put her mask on. "Wait, a few minutes before we go. We have to make sure the guards are asleep." She looked at the clock in the hallway. It was only a matter of time before they would be free. Finally.

he came went down the hall and checked the signs for the gas. seeing it come from the vent he smiled. thinking to himself soon the place will be smokey with sleep. then well be free as birds

When Elwynd grabbed the bottle of gas, Beth checked her mask one last time as he put the tank in the vent and cracked it open. "Ok everyone, stay calm. We're almost there, but we're not out yet."

Nate looked to see that the guards and scientists were acting strange. That was his chance to escape, he took out his cross necklace, and when no one was in his room, he unlocked the cell. Freedom... He thought to himself. He looked around and then listened to his surroundings, he needed to find out what was going on. He heard scientists talking about escaped experiments. He sighed, "So, someone finally tried to escape...I doubt that they will get far." He then tried to see if his hearing could reach those who escaped. It took a few seconds with all of the rustling feet of the guards and scientists, but once he heard a snarl he knew it was them. He started to feel faint though. "What is this?" he asked. It was sleeping gas. He quickly searched for something that could cover his face, he searched around until he found a gas mask. He put it over his face, he still felt tired, but the feeling had not grown strong enough to knock him out. He walked out into the hall to see Elenwyd. He walked up to him from behind and grabbed his shoulder. "Who are you?" he asked through his mask.

Riley leaned against the door. In the hallway, she could hear bodies dropping like flies. She looked at the others. "Let's go. Michael stay in the back and make sure that no one stays behind." She cautiously opened the door and started running. Thankfully, there were signs in the hallway leading to the exit. She passed Elewyd and some other guy. "No time for chit chat. Let's go." She said and started running again. They turned down a hallway, and then another hallway. Until finally, the exit door. Riley had never seen anything so beautiful in her life. The big EXIT letters glowed in front of her face. Mentally, she slapped herself to focus. Again, she cautiously opened the door. So far there were no guards but that didn't mean she was still alert. Riley started running towards the forest in hopes that the others followed.

Nate saw Riley and cringed. He didn't like those with cat's DNA, it made him somewhat scared that they would eat him, and they annoyed him for some reason. But, that could always be his DNA acting up. He followed Riley, despite hating cats. Once he got out of the building he opened his wings and flapped them twice before being able to fly into the air. He flew into the forest, well deep into the forest. He waited for the others to get that far. He sighed as crows began to fly to him and greet him.

As Michael an the others got out it was raining even harder then it was before. Michael thought to himself... "It Couldn't be that easy... Something isn't right."
None the less he made sure everyone had made it out ok. all the experiments
kept running towards freedom. Occasionally someone would slip or trip but no one has fell. Michael stopped just then....
a puddle of mud suddenly snapped up and one even closer too him...
He turned around quickly to see some guards or some people Shooting at them with rifles...
"s**t." Michael swerved around sprinting at full speed."Move FASTER!"
Michael Yelled. The shots on the ground became more and more common.
"Come on hurry your asses UP NOW!!" Yelling to everyone

Tristan heard the gunshots and wondered if he should go back to help them. He debated with himself for a moment, but then sighed and knew that he should go back to help. He flew low and a bit close to the trees, dodging tree trunks, other wild life, and branches. He finally reached where the others were. "Time to play hero..." he said. Without thinking, he flew in between the guards and they began to shoot at him instead of the others. He took off his gas mask, so he could better see everything. He knew that this was suicide, but he wanted as much people to live as possible. He weaved and ducked from bullets. One grazing his arm, he was panicked and began to fly faster. "Hurry..." he yelled to the others.

Riley looked up at the flying bird in the sky. "Good luck." She muttered under her breath. She looked back at the others. "Stay right behind me!" She yelled at the others. Riley began to speed up. The adrenaline in her body made her run faster. All they had to do was get out of range and keep running.
What a minute. The river of course. On the other side of the building was a river. No doubt when they brought the dogs out, the river would confuse them.
"This way!" She shouted and ran towards the river. She crossed the river and spotted a shed. Riley stopped and turned. "Head to the shed. I'll stay here and make sure we're not followed." She looked at Michael. "Please make sure they all get in there safe. I'll stand watch."
