While I meant one thing, the rule reads entirely something entirely different. haha

I blame myself for confusing LK... We would talk about double harming but the rule does say hurt and harm two people, not hurt -or- harm two people.

So I am taking all actions back to before LK double hurt for the first time. Everyone has their actions for today.
