Wish granted, but things between him and Willow are tense and awkward after he kills Veruca. Willow accidently makes a wish to Halfrek that she'd just never found them in his cage (not being serious with the wish) and so Veruca seduces Oz until he can't take the guilt anymore and confesses. Willow freaks out and goes through with the spell in Wild at Heart. Oz lives a tormented life of hate. (So does Veruca, but we don't care about that)

I wish that Spike had never been captured by the initiative and chipped.
