Kagai licked his fingers and ordered another three pound plate of very rare done meat. He then used a cloth to clean his hands and leaned back in his chair sipping from the sake jug.

"So you can tell me nothing that is not very helpful..what can you tell me about wind clan? Or do you have nothing you are at liberty to share?" Kagai said then sipped again before setting the jug down onto the table.

Kagai licked his lips as seconds was laid down on the table he just stared his lips slightly moving up into a smile.

'Stop mopping...Jin would scold you if he saw you like this...' she mentally kicked her self for being so childish and decided to go to the tavern like she said she was going to. She climbed down to her room in a very graceful manner and decided to change clothes. She transformed into her neko form. Her ears and tail standing out in a different color than her hair, a slight tan brown color to them but her hair remained red but became rather short. The length of her skirt was on the short side but in this heat who was to question her. Giving herself one last look in the mirror she jumped out her window and headed for the tavern jumping from roof top to roof top.

She landed outside the tavern and made her way back to where Kagai was. She went over to the table and went behind Kagai and grabbed the jug of sake and a cup and poured herself a drink.
"It's so nice to see you being friendly Kagai towards strangers." she said leaning on his chair a bit sipping her sake and her tail swaying back and forth graceful. She caught the last bit of what Cort had said. her ear twitched back and forth.
"oh yes quite noble the wind clan."there was a sting of sarcasm in her voice. "that boy, named after the great Valerian, to founder of the wind clan, he's the new leader..troublemaker if i ever smelled one." she said putting her cup down.

"He is a fool, believe me. The reason he hasn't started a war is because he doesn't have to means for it...yet, i know his kind hungry for power, they seem sweet and mild manner, gentleman like, but it's all a act." She she said dismissing Cort glare.
"Glare at me all you like, but I'm not wrong. that Val. boy is going to stick his head where it doesn't belong and the rest of the clans are going to stuck cleaning up his mess. As for this 'perfect world' his little 'utopia'. Stronger men and demons than him have tried and have ruined the lands because of it. He will perish and the lands will perish with him, if he has any sense he will let thing be."
Her voice was cold and harsh, and in her eyes could be scene the battle of the ancient world. She took a another sip of her sake and absentmindedly played with the end of Kagai hair.

Akki gave a harsh cold laugh
"You little fool" she put her cup down on the table.
"have you ever heard the phrase, 'history repeats itself'." She gave a dry laugh.
"If Val, is as silly and predictable as he seem, he will try to do what dark and shadow clan did 500 years ago, and believe me, if the comes to that again the fire clan will fight, tooth and nail, we will not give up until the bitter end. As it was 500 years ago. I was there after all..." she said looking down at the sake her own refection staring back at her, her eyes empty, Kagai hair slipping from her finger.

Kagai could feel Akki running her hands through his hair it was relaxing for the most part the direction the conversation was going though seemed a bit worse for ware. He wiped his hands on a cloth again then that same cloth he used to wipe the blood form his lips. He had finished his meal and felt content for the most part.

"Akki could you try to be a little more friendly to my guest, And cort if you don't mind me calling you that dark clan has always been fabled for having the greatest technology even still if wind has advance weapons and things alone that doe's not insure victory in battle. There or far to many variable to consider. I'm sorry if we offend you but allot of fire clan members generally speak there mind though it can sound harsh at times it cant be helped " Kagai said as he watched cort walking from the table.

Akki.....why must you create problems i hope this does not put us in ill favor to the wind clan as a whole....

"I didn't say anything" Kagai said

Kagai then looked off out a window slouching back in his chair. He just sat there staring off.

"Things or getting complicated"

when he was outside the town he concentrated and summoned a portal. normally cortonimas couldnt control were his portals ended up (somthing hes working on) he can only warp to one place, his safe haven. ''i guess some of their training wasnt pointless.'' he steped through and opend his eyes then looked around. he undressed and took somthing called a shower. it was constructed of an indent in the floor with a drain, and pipes dispenced heated water over his head. the wind clan sure does have good ideas he laughed and set up his cloths. when he was done. he threw his old cloths in an odd spinning cube that despenced water inside. he put on his cloths and hopped on his bed. the portal was still open, but he didnt think much of it if anyone entered his hell hound, a demonic dog with horns black fur and red eyes would take care of them. he yawned and took a moment to appreciate how well he hid his hideout. ''dark clan come and find me'' he chuckled and drifted into sleep.
