whee i haven't graduated to 2 on a pole. one of my friends just sprain her ankle...bummer. she's getting all tore up, last week she got a wicked pole bruise. gonk

xp that is super hard, lots of upper body strength...kinda try to balance yourself with the weight on your lowest arm...crazy hard?!
