Once again the boy stepped into the goal zone. He was enjoying himself a lot and he felt eager to know other people from around. He also wanted to go sight seeing since he had only just glimpsed at the scenario while walking over to Hamma's shop.He stopped thinking for a second , and the nervous self took over. What could he say to the other people to introduce himself? maybe not everybody was as cheerful as Kane. He could ask Kane later on to introduce him to the others, he was sure that Kane must know them. Upon hearing the question Rokugi took a look back at his life and smiled a bit. " Well it was ok. I never got to make a lot of friends since i was moving around, and the other kids in the caravan where younger bu tit was good." Set on place Rokugi stretched his arms to both sides as if to prepare for any eventuality from any direction.

The kick came, the ball flew and Rokugi was confused all over. He thought there be a directbluff but apparently it was simply a direct shot. the kid was frozen in place as the ball approached him. He had set himself to jump to the other direction while his brain told him to do otherwise...

It was quite a change for Sukotto to be interacting with a group of students. He had originally intended on coming to the grounds to spar against Maya and Baki. It then turned into an opportunity to scout out potential members of the team that he would eventually create to aid him on his journey to the bird country. Finally, it had become more of a learning experience for the Uchiha, not only teaching him how to become a better squad leader, but also showing him that lowering his walls and communicating with others was something that he quite enjoyed. Training for hours on end on his own was something that the genin would always like to do, but he was pretty confident that it was no comparison to the feeling of helping others through their training, watching them grow as he had done over the years. While he entered a state of bliss for a few moments, the voice of the child who had clubbed the Orochi boy broke the Uchiha from his thoughts. She had asked him about another stage in the jutsu that she was learning. Unfortunately, Sukotto had never taken time to learn what appeared to be the Rope Escape jutsu. However, he wouldn't allow himself to fail the girl and quickly began thinking of a way to help her out. "Just finish the training that you're working on now and then I'll do my best to introduce you to the next stage!"

“Feh” the snake grunted allowing his eye to loom quickly between Sukotto and Orika. He didn’t care much if Orika and the snappy mouthed girl doing pushups conversed. The two ordinary commoners of Shima probably had much to chat about. Most likely something trivial. What Shisei was concerned about was the use of his teachers. After all they were his teachers. The snake child was beginning to find that he was becoming protective over his teachers. Even if it was only for selfish reasons. The last thing he needed was history to repeat itself as with Maya and Xyn. Otherwise he’d either have to also eliminate the rude boy’s apprentice or learn the jutsu as quickly as possible. For now learning all the jutsu from this genin and then moving on to someone else with more techniques was the most important. Most importantly was that Sharingan technique. That was the most important, but one step at a time. Amber eyes returned to the stone that he had A decent size rock had broken off. Probably from when the snake child flipped and almost fell of the rock to watch the battle. It was not half the size of his body, but maybe the technique would still work. The snake child began to reminisce on what the gennin said about controlling the chakra.

After having took the time to consider how he had become less of a loner over a short time period, Sukotto decided to return to his analysis of Shisei and Senritsu. The Orochi had finished his hand seal training more quickly than most other students would have, but Senritsu finished even more swiftly than he. The Uchiha deduced that it would be just about impossible to learn the hand seals any more quickly than Senritsu had, unless one utilized a copying technique of some sort. The Orochi obviously had a little more experience with shinobi matters than Senritsu, simply because he seemed to have been present during more academy classes than the Uchiha female. Sukotto wondered why she was able to pick up on the training so much better than the Orochi had since her resources were less than what the Orochi had in stock. He guessed that either some early stage of the Sharingan had taken hold of Senritsu's eyes and gave her the ability to memorize motions easier than most others could, or that she was simply adept at learning things like hand seals because of who she was. Whatever the case was, the fact that Senrtisu was able to pick up on the first stage of the Body Replacement Technique's training regiment more quickly than the Orochi intrigued Sukotto.

When observing Shisei's progress with the second stage of the Body Replacement Technique's training, it was quite obvious to Sukotto that his training had come in handy. Since Senritsu hadn't had much experience at the academy, her abilities weren't quite as sharp as the Orochi's were. While he hadn't had the opportunity to observe Senritsu complete her second stage of the jutsu training, Sukotto guessed that the male student was progressing at a faster rate than she had. Sukotto then wondered if he was wrong about how the Orochi's success was due to his longer exposure to training. The Uchiha thought about how Senritsu could have merely been more adept at intelligence-based training, and the Orochi at chakra-based training. Sukotto realized that each shinobi would be better at different things, but he never expected it to be so apparent at an early age, or detectable unless he observed them training in many different exercises. He knew that only time would truly settle the dispute that he was having with himself. For the time being, he would assume that the pair were better at different exercises because one had received more training than the other and because they were individually more skilled at different things.

To help himself compare and contrast the Orochi and Senritsu, Sukotto began to look inwards and into the past, remembering his former squad. The foursome consisted of Tategami Shuga as the squad leader and Jikan Kaori, Orochi Seshiro, and himself as the three genin. While they weren't together long and didn't actually partake in any missions together, the training that Shuga forced them to endure taught Sukotto many things. He remembered an exercise that involved tossing boulders between the three of them, a workout that Shuga enjoyed tormenting the three with. Since he had never been physically strong, Sukotto didn't do very well with the training, while the Jikan and Seshiro managed to make it through the training quite easily. Conversely, when the three of them practiced their chakra control training by means of climbing the trees with only their feet, Sukotto had remembered keeping up with his teammates fairly well. However, he remembered that the Jikan had to carry a large stone while making her way up the tree, since her chakra had already been honed much more than the average genin's. A small chuckle rumbled from Sukotto's chest as he remembered how crazy Shuga had seemed at the time. However, she definitely showed him a few things that would help him out in his own future as the captain of a team.

"The next stage involved the chakra-based part of the jutsu. Pick out a random object that you would consider switching places with and concentrate on its shape. Then begin moving the chakra around throughout your entire body, focusing on your own form as well. Finally, imagine your chakra flowing in the exact location of the object that you picked.". Easier said than done. Shisei was having trouble with imagining the chakra in the location of the object. Was it supposed to be like a line extending to the object or like a ring around the object? If it was the former then the serpent youth did not know whether he had enough chakra to reach the stone from his location. He wasn’t actually sure how much chakra was in his body. He had been controlling it, but did not expel it from his form to see just how much. It would be something the dread head would have to try out later. If it was the latter then the pale boy would have to figure out just how to get his chakra to surround his target.

"Cool..." Kane mused. He really couldn't relate, since he'd spent his entire childhood holed up in one place, but he had been to functions and whatever and had met a lot of people. He probably wouldn't see them ever again though. He watched as his kick was converted into a goal with a grin. Hopefully Rokugi would learn that there were many kinds of fakes and bluffs... although he did seem to have an curious aversion to lying. Maybe he was just a good kid... Kane sure as hell hadn't been that averse to bending the truth when he was younger, although he was different now.

He was also impressed with the boy. Facing a losing streak like he was right now many would have been disheartened, but Rokugi seemed to be cheerful and accepting. Not in the creepy way either. It was more like he was treating this as a learning experience. Kane liked that in people in general, because you could always get better. You were never good enough and people were never too good for you. Smiling at encouraging smile he signalled Rokugi to shoot.

After considering how his own team had been, Sukotto realized that it was very difficult to predict the potential of students, solely basing judgment on their training. After all, an outsider would have assumed that the Uchiha would have ended up being a weak shinobi if they would have only looked at his training performance in those early days. While the Jikan and Seshiro weren't around to compare himself to, Sukotto imagined that he had at least caught up to them in terms of power, if not surpassed the two. He decided that he would have to always assume that there would be a margin of error when basing facts on how well one did their training. For instance, on a particular day, one may be slightly ill or upset, decreasing their performance. A student could also experience a lucky or unlucky streak that could make them seem like a fool on one day, and a genius on another. This caused him to wonder if Senritsu had merely been lucky when she memorized the hand seals when she had been presented with them. However, he quickly dismissed this fact, because he imagined that attributing something like luck with memorization didn't make complete sense.

One more item that he would take from the training that he experienced under Tategami Shuga's command was the rivalry that formed between himself and Seshiro. While it had never really had a chance to blossom into something that pushed him to train a lot harder, it had been a good experience that taught him a thing or two about how competition could be an effective stimulant to use when training students. If a successful rivalry were formed between two or more members of his future team, the members would work day in and day out to become stronger than each other, which would make their willingness to train skyrocket. The Uchiha smiled at the thought of using people's emotions in a deceptive way for a positive purpose. He knew that the trouble with rivalries would be that those involved would be much harder to train in the areas of teamwork, which was what the genin valued most about a squad. However, he would rather be working hard to get the members of his squad functioning well on a team rather than working hard to motivate them to do the training that he asked of them, for his ambitions would ask a lot of his future squad, and they needed to be quite powerful if they planned on being effective at all.

The Uchiha began to wonder what sort of third teammate would work well with Senritsu and the Orochi placed in the same squad together. He knew that the pair each had very strong and intellectual personalities, so it was likely that they would easily offend others without meaning to. Something that he had noted about each of them was that they constantly took the time to analyze the people that they interacted with, and this often caused confrontation, since most others didn't understand what was happening. The subject of the pair's analytical experiments would wrongfully assume that they were being scrutinized rather than simply observed and feel as if the one analyzing them felt as if they were superior. Knowing Senritsu and seeing the Orochi interact with others thus far, Sukotto wouldn't have put it past them to feel superior to others, but he really wanted to believe that they wouldn't feel the need to go out of their way to flaunt it. After all, they wouldn't have lived up to his expectations of them if they were too arrogant about their abilities. From what he had seen so far, they were very confident in their own intellect, but didn't completely allow it to "get to their heads", so to speak. Sukotto hoped that it would stay that way.

In order to successfully select a teammate that could endure both Senritsu and the Orochi, Sukotto figured that he would need to nail down a few elements to form a solid foundation. The two already had conversations that were negatively intense, so another intellect or outspoken person would simply add wind to the flame. In addition, a foolish or dimwitted person would be subject to constant torment at the hands of the intellects when they weren't busy battling with each other. Considering these two extremes, it was obvious that Sukotto would need to find a candidate that struck middle ground between the two. A shinobi who was intelligent enough to defend themselves, but with a humble sort of mind that would deter them from seeking conflict with Senritsu or the Orochi. Sukotto had figured that a rivalry or two within the squad wouldn't have hurt, but at this time he realized that if all three members of the squad were rivals, it would be quite difficult to get them all to work on a team. Senritsu and the Orochi boy were a very special breed of shinobi, but this final member would have to be even more skilled to be able to put up with the pair's near-constant conflict with each other.

From what the Uchiha had seen, the girl that Shinichi had sent to the Rice Farm seemed as if she was the sort of shinobi on which one could rely. In addition, she seemed to have taken a little extra time to figure out what to say to the Kage when he asked her about a few details about some sort of incident and to formulate a plan to go about resolving it. Sukotto noticed that while she had come up with a decent enough idea, she had seemed a little timid after she had responded to the man, as if she automatically assumed that it wouldn't have been good enough. While it seemed as if she had a little issue with confidence, this proved that she was at least close to the shinobi of the middle ground that Sukotto would look for if Senritsu and the Orochi boy ended up being in a squad that he commanded. Since the intellectual pair would tear the girl apart if she wasn't bold enough, she would be forced to grow a little, and Sukotto would be there to help with that and to fend of the monsters of the mind if need be. After taking the time to see what the two shinobi shared in common, the Uchiha had determined that a suitable teammate for the two would be a humble and malleable shinobi who was smart, but not confident enough about it to make them vicious; that teammate would be the one to hold the two intellects together.

While he had made a lot of ground, Sukotto still felt as though he needed some sort of backup plan in case a suitable teammate for Senritsu and the Orochi wouldn't be enough to calm their minds. Indeed, even if he selected the perfect teammate for the two, there was still a good chance that the two would continue to be difficult to manage, especially the Orochi boy. The two definitely had different intents and ultimate goals, Sukotto could tell this without even knowing what those ambitious were. Knowing this, he realized that he wouldn't be able to put forth a strategy that targeted their goals at the same time, so he would have to focus on a different sort of aspect if he desired to tame their minds at the same time. Before long, a grin slid across the teens face, for he thought up a plan that would trick the pair into uniting together under a common banner. If he pitted them against himself at the same time, the two would see just how much they could agree upon and realize that teamwork was possible. The Uchiha would have to endure a mental whipping, since he figured that their individual personalties alone were already stronger than his, and they wouldn't have too much difficulty taking him on by themselves. However, he would incorporate a few skills to give him an edge, truly challenging the intellectual pair to take him on, unified and strong.
