susumu laying on a grassy patch in the field practices her scouting technique. she makes a couple handsigns and forms a cloud ball in her hands instantly upon doing this she looses conciousness and the cloud ball forms into the shape of her head. she flies throughout the forest as the cloud ball observing everybody else's training.. her sharingan are activated through the cloud whisp. and could be the scarriest part of her cloud would be the hovering red eyes. she zooms past the ric and ryoko and the lava training she jooms past rahenno and his wind jutsu practice then zooms around the city, she is getting quite good with the speed at which she can make the cloud whisp move and the range at which she can move it to.

oroami dropped down next to susumu and laid next to her.

susumu brings the cloud high into all the other clouds that move rapidly over the village and releases her technique. she awakens next to oraomi.
"hey when did you get here?"

"will you teach me a new jutsu oraomi?" susumu looks saddened that she doesn't know more than she already does. she deactives her sharingan.

"okay well then," oroami thought swiftly as he brought out the scroll and pointed to a jutsu "this is a great one to learn."
Nagare Isou no Jutsu (Current Transfer Skill)
Description: An overall simple yet very effective technique, the Cloud-nin creates a sort of electrical current on his hand, this current can then be transferred onto any weapon he happens to be holding at that moment be it a kunai, senbon, shuriken, or even a sword. The next physical attack he performs is charged with this electrical current, if he blocks a weapon attack with his own weapon the current transfers over shocking the attacker. If by chance the user is not carrying a weapon he can transfer this current into his opponent's weapon shocking him, or can even hit him with this current.

"oh i see" susumu takes a closer look at the scroll stands up. and focus's on what a current really is...the current gathers in her hand but disperses after some time,

"hmm i see" she fcous's on oraomi's words then before she knows it the current has built itself up again in her hand and arm, she is now able to sustain it. the only way for her to transfer the current is for her to touch a electric transferable surface (water, metal, human)
"i did it!" susumu smiles while her hair is waiving with the current that pulsates from her hand and forearm.
