Val looked over her shoulder, "Hello?" She recognised the voice from the chanting, "Was that you chanting?"

Val cocked her head, and smiled, "Well then guess I was wrong. And politness came and stabbed me in the back." Sh extended her hand to him, "I assume your a father?" She asked, reffereing to teh crossed on the scarf around his neck, "I'm Val, it's a pleasure to meet you."

"You may call me Father Lain." Lain answered quickly shaking her hands and giving her a closed mouth smile. "Now is there something I can help you to ladies with?"

Val nodded, "I think Riot came here for something." She triaild off as she looked around for riot. "Hm.. She said she was going to look for something, she can't have gotten far..."

"Oh Riot's here? Well that is a surpirse. Normally she wouldn't step inside the city even if a mob of 10,000 demons were chasing her." Lain said thinking a moment before turning his gaze back to Val, part of the vast weight of his age shining in them putting a force to be reconed with in the look. It wasn't hard, or anger, but more like a black hole that tempted one to jump into them. "What about you? Why are you here? Weren't you suppose to be here about two days from now? Alone? Injured too if I recall correctly."

Chisei couldn't stop looking at this man,there was something frightening yet, oddly intising about him. She didn't wish to intrude on their conversation so she stood behind quite aways, just stairing.

Lain noticed her looking. His eyes shifted a moment, and he gave her a smile and winked at Chisei before returning his attention to Val.

Chisei flinched and a light pink flushed into her cheeks.Then she looked away.

Val looked at Lain, "Two days from now? I don't remeber being here before." She looked around the building, and something tickled her memory. "Oh... I remember that. Yeah.. I was being chased, wait.. that hasn't happened to you yet, how do you remeber that?"

((Lain is just being Lain. And yeah he does technically see the future he is the prohet here. He's just being an a** like normal. He is a demon as well an old one so remembering how the timeline was suppose to go probably wouldn't be very hard for him.))
Lain just smiled at her in a creepy sort of sense. "You too hungry? Tired? We've got plenty of room here. Come let's go wait for you're friend." Lain said a smile still on his face but not quite as creepy as he turned heading to a passage on the side of the room.

"I'd forgotten i'd been here before... Of course that was just a passing visit.." She turned to Chisei, "If i know one thing, this place is going to chagne a tun in the next few days. No wonder i didn't recognise it!" She smiled, and then turned back to Lain. "Do you have any food? We wouldn't want to waste our meger rations when we get the ofering of warm food." She buttered it up, thinking of the saying, flattery gets you everywhere.

"Would I offer it if I didn't have any?" Lain said calmly leading them farther into the cathedral. "You're awful quite miss." Lain said an eye on Chisei.
