Shard bound along side his master as they scrolled through the woods for a bit. Calison wondered if he should have just stayed locked up back at the academy instead of choosing to travel, now that he life was in danger due to some complete strangers that he had encountered the first day alone.
"You have a perfect moment now to ditch them....why not take it?" Shard ask Calison as he jumped onto his master's shoulder.
"As I've said before, those Tors might not care who they kill so I might as well use them for protection for as long as I can...when we reach the next town with a port I'll ditch them then...."
Calison couldn't wait until they reached a port town in Beliken, not only to see the sea, but to charter passage on a ship...alone.

She shrughed. "Not all people feel comfortable traveling alone and they want protection. You know how the Tors are killing off random males these days to protect them from a rumor about the Caliphen prince being alive."

"Mmmmmmmmmmm.... So true." she yawmed and leaned against a tree. "Well, I'm dozing for the night. Night all." and sliped a dagger into her palm before going into a half doze, where she was fully aware of the surroundings around her, but was sleeping nonetheless.

Uma soon stood up leaving the cooked rabbit aside from the flame. She stretched and walked off a distance. A strange " CLACK!" sound was heard from the direction she had just gone in.

Rose had been chased by some Tors. She easliy managed to seprate them and killed them off one by one. As she quietly approached another she thought to be a Tor she froze when she jumped down in front of him ready to kill.
"O-oh... I'm sorry. I... thought you were someone else."
Stupid why are you apologizing? Just take him out right now! He won't know what you've done if you finish him off. Nobody will find his body. She stood up straight and wiped a strand of hair out of her face.
"Intresting... a fox pet?" She raised her eyebrow in curiousity.

Calison was startled by the entrance of the woman. "Q-quite alright," Calison said, his heart skipping a few beats due to the scared reaction he just had. "Ah, yes...this little fellow is my pet fox..."
Another odd stranger, was all that Calison could think, hadn't he had enough strange people for one day? Shard gave the woman a perplexed look, the fox didn't sense any bad vibes from her, but he didn't exactly trust her either.

Rose grinned at the fact that she had scared him a tad bit. She looked at the fox and thought he wouldn't trust her at all.
A smart creature that fox is... I need to be careful about what I say. They look like they might be able to take me out if I'm not.
She tried to be as nice as possible. "So as it turns out I was taking a stroll... You seem to be the first friendly face I've crossed paths with." She gave him a warm smile. "You wouldn't happen to be one of the Tors would you?"
She tried to play it off like it didn't matter even though she WAS being followed by them. It didn't satisfy her to know they were killed that easily.

Calison firmly shook his head, "I'm a Kaiten mage with absolutely no ties to Tor...in fact the group I was traveling with was ambushed by them twice already today..." Calison sighed, not pleased with how his trip was turning out at all; he just wanted to go to Beliken to see the sea without any problems. He concluded that the woman before them was nice enough...and normal as strangers went base solely on the ones he had encounter already. Shard was thinking the same thing as his master, this woman was at the very least normal as things went.

"Good to hear. Just making sure you weren't one of them." She gave him a huge smile. "Other wise it wouldn't really of been that pretty."
She didn't mean to say that but its just how it came out. She kinda felt bad about it. She let out a small sigh.
"I didn't mean it like that... But a mage eh? Not bad. What fancy tricks do you do?" She rolled her eyes. Rose saw his type once. They thought they were all that and a bag of chips but she didnt say that to him.

Theron conjured a small bit of ice in the palm of his hand and showed it to the woman, "I'm a conjurer of ice, I'm a fresh graduate from an academy, but I hope to completely master my art through traveling experience." Of course, Shard thought, Calison had a really great grasp over his magic, he just needed to build up how much he is able to conjure in a given day. It took a lot of know how to summon a familiar like Shard, and most mages of Calison's age didn't have one.

He's not bad... Maybe if I stick around we gain eachothers trust he may be able to teach me..
"So... Though I have only briefly been able to meet and get to know you, would it be okay if I tagged along? I'll be straight up with you. I'm running from the Tors in search of a rumoured person. If I travel in a group I would be less suspicious of my actions."
She frowned, normally she didnt act like this.
"Whaddya say?" she paused and held out her hand. "By the way the names De Winter. Rose De Winter." She grinned.
