Eh? Really? Okay, so it's just sort of like normal play. Do you get penalized if your Pokemon faints?

1. If one Pokemon faints, you can use another one in your party. But if one pokemon faints a lot, then it will come to dislike you. If it hates you enough, it might not obey your attacks.
2. If all of your pokemon faint, you lose half of your money ( crying )

Not really. I dunno what the heck Duke is talking about. sweatdrop
There's also an in-game casino that you can visit anytime (with HM Fly). But the only game there is slots, and it's incredibly easy, and the music gets annoying after a while... sweatdrop
