At least two more times... Akeru aimed to perform the three handseals - Tora, I, and Ushi more quickly and yet still perfectly this time. He would not have time to waste in an actual fight - an opponent would not be so lax as to waste a momentary opening. Speed was an important factor. Like with his best friend's clan...how their style was all build around speed. The quicker an opponent is out of the way, the more the chance of survival. Quickly...yet so precisely... That clan never ceased to amaze him. Elruda. Amaru. All training to master their clan's ways. A slight twinge of guilt pained him. Was he so wrong in rejecting entirely, as much as those two pursued their birthright?

The same love. The same passion. He couldn't match up to those two when it comes down to that. Why couldn't he too? Akeru had no desire to be left behind by his friends...but when...when did the desire to become a shinobi abandon him...? Since him. The boy gritted his teeth together and clenched his right fist angrily. His fault. An image of his father appeared him - smirking triumphantly. I won't let you win. Never. The father whom he was the splitting image of...whom gave and stole his family. The one whom he loved and hated. Uchiha Akeru hated mirrors. Because his face was the same as that murderer's.

That...that... That was the b*****d's intention, wasn't it? Akeru...still the old fear with the mirrors...and the eyes...those eyes... Sharingan. Each time he saw a clan member's Sharingan, he would see his hated father again. Their eyes...endlessly mirroring the blood red moon of Tsukiyomi. His figure trembled slightly...his father had made sure, with Tsukiyomi, to carve how he had killed his mother...and older brother...over and over again, like a broken record. A flare of chakra, the closest Akeru had been to evening out his chakra, with his level of control, among his seals. That b*****d won't break him. Never.

There were those whom believed in sheer willpower. Uchiha Akeru was never the superstitious type. But for this moment, then he will believe. His last attempt...was perfect - the seal formation, the speed...and the chakra dispersed near so evenly. Akeru didn't want pity - he never wanted anyone's pity. And he was grateful Yuumei refused to show any. She...even more so, unlike the Hyuuga leader and her daughter...his best friend...pushed him to move in a different way. Elruda pushed him to smile again. I don't care if you sulk all day...just one smile is enough. Did that Sannin woman know? Someone whom would understand...that was what the child had wanted all along.

The next stage of this lesson was to actually create the clones. Akeru thought that he would've been able to easily grasp the hand of this Jutsu but not...this easily. He lost all his chakra in one go...ending up creating three clones instead of the intended one. Magnificent. So he can use this technique but he can’t control how many he wanted? Akeru glared at his clones for a moment, snapping his right fingers once, and dismissed all the clones, whom blurred out of existence.

Since he was out of chakra, continuing with the lesson was out of the question. Akeru did not drop into sitting position, only leaned against the rough trunk of a nearby tree. He closed his eyes for a moment, this was exhausting. Since...chakra came from his stamina, rightly he would be exhausted. But...that was dangerous...a bit further and he would've collapsed, overdepleting his chakra source. How did Elruda-hime use to do this? That's right... That girl used to meditate to focus her concentration during the chakra molding process.

Meditation did help...and much more than he would've guessed. Akeru had never expected staying rooted to one spot would help with chakra molding. Perhaps...concentration also helps with accuracy. It would explain alot of things - like how strangely accurate the Uchiha's rival clan would hit tenketsu nodes. Being able to see the nodes were one thing, hitting them precisely without fail, since the nodes were about the size of a needle p***k, was an entirely different accomplishment. Maybe if he meditated enough...his precision would go up too...

Halfway through performing the Jutsu, Akeru's attention was caught elsewhere as a white blur flew past him. It was Kiroshiro chasing a butterfly. But the shock had startled him so much that the boy dropped the technique entirely - though some chakra was still lost. Akeru sighed...his eyes for a brief moment could almost catch the brilliant blue. "That's certainly a waste..." He murmured, to no one in particular. Yuumei didn't seemed to be too concerned, in fact she was watching...watching both him and Kaisude with cold, unconcerned eyes. So that's how a rookie shinobi ranks in the eyes of a Sannin... Heh. That's how it will be? Then the ones I seek to catch up to...are not to the other students... But her.

Kaisude was now ready for part two, and he was sure that making a shadow clone would be hard. He would probably fail the first try but he would get it right eventually. He had too, he wasn't going to give up no matter how many times he got things wrong. He formed the handsigns and then he smiled. "Clone Jutsu." He said and then poof. There was a smoke cloud that appeared and he was sure that he had created many clones or many retarded clones. He atleast made one hopefully. He knew he did something.

Only one clone appeared. But the purpose of his aim was achieved. He could somewhat control how many clones he wanted to make now. Still much work left to do, but drawubg a little bit closer to his goal. Akeru impassively looked on - his body didn't have enough chakra left, unless he wished to gamble falling unconscious. That is fine, then. He will rest. Akeru leaned casually against the trunk of a willow neighboring Yuumei's, closing his eyes before casting his glance upwards, to the afternoon sky.

Now, Akeru was ready once more to resume this lesson. Forming the three required handseals - Tiger, Boar, and Ox, Akeru drew out his molded chakra, doing his best to keep the limit to within one clone. If he could exercise control over the technique, then he would not have trouble using it as he wished later on. It was more difficult than he originally expected but at the least...save for that one time, he was able to execute the technique with ease.

Kaisude saw that he had made two solid clones, Alright now I did it one time. Lets do it again. He thought to himself and then he straightened his face out and he focused his chakra again. Mean while the clones disappeared and he was sure that he could have made more but he didn't. Forming the handseals he spoke, "Clone Jutsu." He said and then he watched as the poof appeared once more this time he had hoped he made more shadow clones this time around. He knew he could but he hadn't the chakra to make a lot more then probably two. Still he hoped he did.

Kaisude that he had made one more then last time, he was happy with him self. Still he knew he could make more he was sure of it. He probably had enough chakra to make six clones but right now all of his chakra is used up, so he was taking a bit of a rest and then when he was ready he would be back at it. It would take no time thats for sure and he was sure that he would have the jutsu done in no time as well. He then looked over at Akeru he was doing fine, and he was proud for him. He was as determined as Kai.

So. Only once more before he masters this technique. His last attempt, he was fairly pleased with - Akeru was able to remain within the one clone limit without much trouble. Could he do the same again? Express the same amount of fixed control? No. It wasn't a question of whether he could or could not. He will keep to his self-limit! On the field, a single drop of chakra saved for a following technique...could be what determines who lives and who dies.

He was now ready, Alright now lets get back on this horse and ride. I have ot obtain this jutsu. He thought and then he stretched his arms and he wondered if he should focus more chakra this time. He really didn't want to burn it all up so he didn't focus much this time, he made the clones disappear in a poof and he knew they would. He then form ed the hand signs and spoke, "Clone Jutsu." He said and the puff of smoke appeared again. Either one clone or two clone could appear this time. His chakra wasn't at its best ath the moment.

Now that he was done with the Bunshin no Jutsu... It'll be his punishment left. Ten laps... How odd. Akeru chuckled inwardly to himself. He had never been given punishments before, after all. But first...he'll recover the chakra he had lost. If stamina meant so much, it would do no good if his body drains stamina to recover his empty reserve while running. Ten whole laps... He had seen Shiku running laps during his first day here in Oto. Speaking of that kid... What happened to the others back at the Academy? Akeru didn't seem much until after the invasion...and only caught a glimpse of that unconscious female teacher Saiya-nee hired, Himeko.

Yuumei hadn't specified how far she wanted, so Akeru assumed the female Sannin simply meant around the area. The rice fields stretched nearly endlessly... She...wouldn't be that cruel to make him run around the whole place, right? A questioning glance at Yuumei but she only shrugged, so the Uchiha boy took that as 'do what you please'. Still, he would like to make this a challenge on himself... Around this particular field should be alright, then.

Like he figured only one clone had appeared and he was happy about that, he wanted to be able to produce a clone with the lack of jutsu he has. If he could do that then he would be able to defend himself somewhat during a battle where his chakra is low. He knew he could do it though, and he was glad he was training thanks to Yuumei he was learning the academy jutus. Thats all he needed though he would be able to go through the academy and show that he knew the jutus already and thats all that mattered. "Once more then." He said getting rid of the clone and then forming the handsigns one more time. "Shadow Clone." He said and then poof again another cloud appeared.
