((Hunter moved just a few days ago and says his internet will be up around tonight or tomorrow afternoon. We should have everyone go to bed for the second day now... >_> That way everyone can comeback the next morning.

I started reading this new manga, in Korean, and it's pretty good but it's completely about wine... The Japanese are quite creative, manga about bread, one about wine, mecha, people that turn in to animals... And has anyone realized how manga price is skyrocketing? The one I'm reading now, "Les Gouettes de Dieu" cost about 4$ in Korea. o_O))

Hikaru watched the expression on Akio's out of the corner of his eyes as he turned back on to the path. This was definitely not what he had expected. Smirking Hikaru pulled at the neck of the black turtleneck sweater. It was so irritating. He would much rather stay home or in his room where he could walk around in his robes the whole day. So troublesome. Now as for the girl, time to strategize...

Shutting the car door he ordered, "Drive, Tadashi."
"Yes sir," the driver said placing his hands on the steering wheel. "I must say, sir, it took much less time than I had expected. Did something happen?"
"A girl," he said still with his malicious smirk looking out the window as the trees seemed to float by. "Knows about the curse..."

Suzu and Katsu arrived back at Akio's house in silence. Katsu flitted through the house, passed those who lingered in the den, refusing to acknowledge any of them.
Suzu let her go, but remained out on the porch, gazing back at the forest with a distant look in her eyes. She wanted to wait for him, but at the same time, her fear of Hikaru's implications were pulling her to leave. She knew what she should do, but still, her legs refused to budge. So she stood, arms crossed and her whole frame shaking while the wind took no mercy on her.

Once upstairs Katsu wasted no time. She was drained and thought of nothing but sleep... or at least she tried to. The vision of Hiro hovering over her flashed through her mind as soon as she let her guard down. Her face flushed and she shook the feeling, opening a side door at random once they'd reached the end of the hall. It was a decent sized, plain room with a large window on the back wall. Satisfied, Katsu strode to the bed and threw herself onto it. The room was dark, and the window cast odd shadows onto the opposite wall. Her bags looked more like a dead body in the corner. But she ignored all of this and tried her best not to think. Let nothing bother her. Let no one touch her.
But she knew, as she lay there awake, that tomorrow she would not be able to hide.

Hiro grabbed Akio's hand and looked down at the boy.
"Go on, this is private property."
He said in a dignified manner. He walked towards the house slightly tugging on Akio the whole way. He waved warmly to Suzu and smiled at her when he got closer.
"Hikaru is so nice! We're going to see him on New Years! Won't that be fun?"
He let go of Akio's hand and kissed the man on the cheek.
"I'm going to bed, mai ai...come up later?"
He grinned again and walked into the living room. It seemed that while they were gone Chris had just sat there nervously looking at the girl. He took Chris's hand adn smiled.
"So sorry dear, but I really must put my baby brother to bed now. You may go up to your room if you wish, but try not bother Akio-kun. Even if he asks you to, you know. Bother him."
He laughed and pulled his brother up the stairs. Hiro even though slim, was quite strong. He pushed Chris into his room softly.
"Quite sad little brother, you missed Hikaru! We will see him tomorrow after school. But I wish, I wish you would be more social..."
He sighed and walked away without another word. He passed bt Katsuya's room and his stomache fluttered, slowly he pushed open the door.
"If you sleep like that, you'll become cold later in the night."
He was refering to, of course the open window.
"You should close it."
He gave her a winning smile barely visable in the dark and closed her door gently. He walked to his room, the biggest next to Akio's and laid down on his bed. Stripping down to the nude he crawled underneath the blankets adn slept, soundly.

There was a long silence and Akio could sense the desperation in the air around Suzu.
"He-he didn't harm us."
He said hopeing to ease her mind.
"But, I'm worried. He has something up his sleave, I just want to know what..."
He closed his hand into a fist and stared at the now dark surroundings of his home.

Bored, and the most idiodic person you'll ever meet, Hame began to roll around on the grass, EXTREMELY bored. Suddenly, he hit his head on the tree he was sleeping on, and clutched his head in pain. "GAAH!!!" he screamed, then, he started laughing at his own stupidity, still clutching his head, laying on the ground.

She started at the sound of Hiro's voice, looking over at him, her head laying against the bed as she stared at his sideways figure. His words baffled her. It was not at all what she had expected, and it took her a moment to realize what on earth he was talking about. She turned to follow his eyes and saw the open window, letting in the chill of the night. She looked back at him and could just see through the darkness, he was smiling at her. A good smile too, one that burned into her eyes even when he had left. She felt stupid, missing her chance to say all that she'd imagined herself saying. Maybe he really was pretending like none of it happened. So maybe she should too. With this, she slowly got to her feet and went to close the window, quietly, her mind else where.
She flopped back on her bed and curled into a ball, digging herself into the covers.
After a few minutes of deep thought, her eyes fell involuntarily closed, and she was out for the night.

Suzu nodded, managing to smile. If nothing else, she was releived to see them both unscathed. Though she knew Hiro seemed to always be dancing around Hikaru's bad side, never really crossing over. She smiled back at him as he passed her, but it faded.
She listened to Akio's worries and tried to think of something reassuring to say, in turn, to him. There wasn't alot.
"I do too... but if anyone might be able to find out, it's you and Hiro." she said thoughtfully.
Unable to stop herself, she edged closer to him, taking his fist within her hands.
"I'm sorry... that I can't help. That I might make everything harder just by being here." she mumbled to the ground.

((Sorry I took a while guys sweatdrop I meant to get on earlier but with all that was going on and all... *sigh* It still just comes down to sorry sweatdrop ))

"Just let them leave, Miss Katakura. They'll be back once they grow bored or tired," Chris said leaning against the wall. But Yuzuyu continued to stare at the door stupefied with her hand reaching towards it. Chris on the other hand just stared blankly at her.

"... Chris, I need a word with you," Satoshi said standing up as he made for the kitchen. "In private," he added as he saw the boy glimpse at the girl. The girl who found out the curse.

"I'll be right back," smiled Chris as he stood up and followed his older cousin in to the kitchen, closing the sliding doors behind him. "What is it?" he asked rather coldly. Satoshi was the one that erased other's memories, even when he doesn't mean to, Chris ends up acting rather coldly towards him at times. He would never forget how Sato erased all their memories. All his friends....

"Hikaru said something about visiting today," the silver-haired man sighed as he pulled out a cigarette case from his chest pocket. He seemed to search his other pockets for his lighter until he recognized the silver at the end of the kitchen counter. "I was wondering where I'd left this," he whispered to himself as he lit the cigarette he held in his mouth.

"Why didn't you tell me earlier!? I would have stayed at Sohma House then!" the boy hissed, his dark blue eyes growing large. It always bugged him how apathetic Sato was. He never reacted to anything, he was so dull and gray.

Satoshi sighed as he held the cigarette between his fingers. "Because you get jumpy and act like this all the time," placing the cigar in between his lips again the young man slid the silver lighter in to his back pocket. "He's most likely to give orders for me to erase her memories..."

"I know. I'm not dumb you know?" Chris said quietly biting his lip. The two stood in silence for a while asides from Sato's occasional puffing. "You shouldn't smoke in the house. You'll burn the whole house down," Chris said. It was meant to be sarcastic, it was actually since Chris had Asthma but, it didn't sound the least bit sarcastic. he sounded so serious when he tried to joke all the time... Turning on his heels Chris made his way back in to the great room. "Sorry, it took so long. Family matters," Chris smiled, as he was sitting down Hiro rushed in, said something about putting him to bed then dragged him upstairs and tossed him into his room. "I don't need to be put to bed!" he cried as he grabbed his arm. "Let go of me or I'll drown you in the lake!" he thought the said something. "On second thought, GO DROWN YOURSELF!" the door slammed infront of his face. "Dammit," he punched the wall lightly. Sighing he roughly brushed his hair with his fingers and threw himself down on the bed.

"Em... Eh?" everyone just rushed in and out. Chris went in to the kitchen with his cousin, Satoshi. The new girl and her aunt(?) returned, stormed in to her own room. Chris returned only to be followed by Hiro who dragged him upstairs singing something about putting him to bed. Which Chris told him to drown himself in the lake. Oh, that didn't sound too pleasant. Akio was also in and out of the great room. Maybe she should just get to bed. Now where was the spare room again?

This was all so confusing... And yet again, her head was spinning. Yuzuyu stood up and brushed her bangs out of her eyes. Holding on to the railing, the brunette hopped up the stairs trying not to put too much strain on her left ankle. She reached in to the black Adidas messenger bag to garb her cell. The LG Prada Phone, probably the most expensive thing she owned. It was a gift from her friends on her last birthday. She pressed down #2 for Emiko's cell. She had already forgotten what was for homework.

After letting Tokaru finish decorating the cakes, he slightly regretted letting her stay up so late. Sure it wasn't a school night, but she would wake up early as usual and just be down right exhausted. As he gave it some more thought he wondered if Tokaru being tired and less hyper would be a bad thing. It would probably would, even though her optimistic views did get annoying to some everynow and then, it was one of the few little lights anyone nearby had. He tossed a glance over to the living room where the little girl had fallen asleep on the floor. She hadn't been sitting there for more than 10 minutes and was already in a deep sleep, she barely moved under his gaze from the hall. Not wanting to wake her he figured he'd just let her sleep there for the night, she had her own room in this house but it wasn't used often because she either wasn't there or she fell in front of the t.v. again. He wondered how she got through the day using up all that energy.

As he made his way back into the kitchen he realized the bag from the bookstore, he had forgotten all about the books, but he could give them to her first thing tomorrow morning or afternoon. He pulled out one of the stools he had sitting up against a kitchen counter and picked up his glass of tea which had been cooling slightly since he left to check on his sister. He only had a chance for one sip before hell seemed to find it's way to the front door. Stomping and banging at the front door it was rather obvious who was causing the racous but, it was rather odd for her to venture all the way out here. sliding down from his spot on the stool, tea still in hand, he went to the front door and opened it causually. He did not give the mad woman a chance to get inside the house or even catch a glimpse inside either, before stepping out onto the porch and shutting the door behind him. "Can I help you with something?" His tone was not bitter but it was also not at all pleasant. Standing next to his mother he was a good foot taller, and his hair was longer than his mother's as well. Her attire very formal and bussiness, while Taiyo's was casual and varied. Taiyo's face bore no expression while his mother's was a crimson red with a hint of her back molar's grinding. Needless to say the mother and son were very different from one another.

"Where is she, where is my daughter?!" she growled, her knuckles growing white from her clenched fists.

"So now you want to claim her as your daughter. What invoked this act of charity?" His tone was blunt and even though his words were harsh his tone never changed from their level demeanor.

His mother replied in a fit of snarls and huffs before words were spoken, "I know she's here. She is my daughter, I can take her whenever I want!"

"Yes, she's here, but it doesn't mean I'm going to let you have her. She's not an animal, some pet you can disown and reclaim when ever you like." Taiyo's voice was starting to gain an edge but he did not raise his volume.

A sarcastic and maniacal laugh came from his mother as she spoke. "Not an animal, you say. If that is not on animal then what on god's green earth do you call it, let alone what you others call yourselves."

Taiyo for a second taking in his mother's less than sober attitude, 'I think she's drunk.' he thought to himself and tried to regain his composure. "She's your daughter and we're just people." He said slowly and paused as he tightened his grip on his glass of tea, remembering he still had it with him. "And she's my sister. So go home your not welcome here right now." He said and raised the tea to his lips to calm his nerves and give him a reason to speak no more. It could have ended peacefully like that, but confrontations like these aren't known for going smoothly. So the sound of shattering glass, splatters, yelling, and glass, obviously weren't good.

His mother always had to get the last word in, It wasn't a big a problem, and Taiyo was suprised he hadn't seen it coming. His mother was already half a block away before he gathered his wits to what had happened. Shards of glass embedding in his palm, small trails of blood staining his sleeve, tea settling on the porch as well as the rest of the cup. His mother had shattered the glass of tea in his hand before he could take a sip. He wasn'tsure if his lip was bleeding yet, but he could see his hand was slightly. It didn't hurt much, there had been far more discomforts in his life compared to this. He leaned into one of the porch's support beams and slid down to the ground before he started to pulled out the shards of glass still stuck in his hand. He'd like to have most of the wound cleaned-up before re-entering the house, incase he woke Tokaru and she saw it. His sister freaked worse than anyone he knew, especially when it came to blood, she also became rather ill at the sight of it. So hopefully she'd still be asleep when he needed to head back inside.

Akio took her hand gently.
"Don't punish yourself for my wrong act Suzu, I knew what I was getting into."
He gave her a quick wink and a dashing smile.
"Now then, how about you stay in my room. Sheeps are loads of fun you know..."
He laughed his laugh as warm as ever, even if his eyes said different.

After he finally stopped hurting and laughing and crying, Hame climbed back into the tree, and began eating a sandwich he had found in his coat pocket yesterday.

Used to outbursts similar to this, Suzu sighed. She shook her head, mostly to hide her scarlet face and physically shake the thoughts from her mind. His expression didn't help her much, and his flashy grin almost got a smile out of her, but she held fast. Barely.
"What kind of example would we be setting? What with two girls now living in a house of guys." she said, trying to justify her responsibility. Though now it seemed she was trying harder to convince herself more than him.
When he laughed, she couldn't help smiling, sincerely happy to hear the joyous sound. But she did notice that it didn't touch his eyes.
Her restraint slipped and she moved closer still, inches from him.
"You aren't serious... are you?"
Her voice rang with pure curiosity and amusement.

Akio laughe dand took her hand his eyes shining excitedly now.
"I can keep you warm, and sheeps are fun to cuddle with...plus! Itll be a dashing story to tell your friends later on hmm?"
He led her to his bedroom and then looked back at her.
"Now Suzu, I am a gentleman, perverted! Yes, but a gentleman...I dont want to uh, even attempt to...you know."
He blushed slightly looking around to make sure the children were sleeping."But I dont mind sleeping as a sheep....its, quite fun actually."

"Sure, sure. It's not everyday that you get a chance to cuddle with a sheep... how terrible a person I would be if I should turn down such a great story to spread around." she said as Akio retrieved her other hand and took her along with him. When they did reach his bedroom, Suzu was abruptly embarassed at the thought of really staying the night here. Even if they were alone and there was nothing they could really do except sleep, what with the curse and all. Her face was still flushed with color as he seemed to realize this as well.
"I... I guess, if they're all asleep. And... it would be too long a walk back to my own house by now..." she said, following his gaze to ensure no one was there. Then she looked back at him with a grin.
"Fun... as long as you don't kick in your sleep or something."
PostPosted: Wed Sep 26, 2007 12:41 pm

"Kick? No no, althought the occosinal baa does erupt from my mouth. But, Ive never had any complaints yet."
He smiled and sat on his bed. Contray to the rest of the house his bedroom was actually decent, although it was easy to tell Hiro had decorated. He rolled his eyes and set three stuffed animals down onto the floor, a sheep, a snake, and a rooster. As annoying as Hiro was, there was always a spot for him in AKio's heart. He took suzu's hand and pulled her down transforming in a poof of smoke. The sheep then curled up and layed down on one side of the bed.
"Forgive me for not staying up, I unfortuantly have to deal with a house full of children who hate eachother in the morning...its going to be a long Saturday."
He closed his eyes slightly and then fell asleep fast.

She laughed her wind-chime laugh and smiled back at him as he moved the three stuffed animals that had been on his pillow. It was then that it dawned on her who would have been responsible for the details of such a large room.
As he pulled her towards him, she felt herself fall into his body, but a moment later there was nothing but a pile of clothes and a sheep that had stolen Akio's voice. She grinned and let out a short 'Aww!' before the sheep turned away.
"Oh, yes that's right... sorry about that." she said, looking happy rather than was sorry. That meant less bickering with Katsu for her, but she knew she'd be here all the time now anyways.
Suzu filled in the empty space on the other side of his bed, snuggling into the sheets and positioned herself close to Akio... the sheep. It was a bit hard to get used to, thinking about it that way, but as she closed her eyes she had to admit it was warmer with him there.
