OKAY YOU GUYS I HAVE NEWS OKAY
So today, I took the SATs for the first time. I never actually took them when I was in high school, largely because I was unsure about college and to be honest I just wasn't mentally ready enough for a commitment like that, so I just never did them.
As some of you may know, I've always had a bit of a knack for English and I'm an extreme grammar Nazi, but I don't think I'd be quite as proficient had it not been for TTR. Seriously. I've re-read some of my older posts, as everyone else has done with their own, and I've noticed how I've grown and improved since first joining when I was sixteen or seventeen. Honestly, I feel like had I never joined, my English skills wouldn't quite be on par with what they are nowadays, and even though I'm notorious for my unnanounced hiatuses and dry spells in between posts, I've really taken away a lot of knowledge from posting of my own volition and reading everyone else's posts. All that in mind, I feel like I did very well on the English portion of the SAT, and I just wanted to take a minute to thank you guys for unintentionally helping me grow and develop my skills. heart

It goes without saying how much everyone's improved over the years. I know for a fact that if it weren't for TTR, I likely would have given up on writing years ago. I would like to thank everyone as well for keeping this place alive, and giving us all a comfortable place to hang out and grow as writers and storytellers. heart heart heart
