You know what's bad-a**?
Baking mac n' cheese. Cook the pasta, mix it up with plenty of cheese (and other things.. like bacon), then cover the top of it in another layer of cheese and maybe breadcrumbs.
Toss it in the oven. That = awesome.
You can find a recipe somewhere. I know Paula Deen on Food network made that, then like.. deep-fried it. I want to eat at that woman's house sometime.

Cry: I'm not really much of a chef. I do my best to spice up old s**t every now and again, but for the most part I leave the cooking to my brother (who's actually crazy good at cooking). I try stir fry every now and then.

Just a while back I put together the Vegan Shepard's Pie recipe from Scott Pilgrim 2.
That was Gooooood.

Vegan shepherds pie? Is that even possible. I mean the shepherds pie is amazing but I don't know if I could take a vegan on. Whats the meat replacement for that?
