Kato stumbled in the house and smiled brightly, it looked like that demon kept his promise as he walked over to his daughter and lifted her up, she even had a new blanket to keep herself warm. "My little baby girl.." He cried softly and hugged her gently enough to not wake her.
Zepar clenched his fists tightly as she walked away. "She just throws her toys away when she gets bored..." He hissed softly to himself but being free would be awesome cause then he could roam the human world until needed again by Malinka. He opened the cell and chained Seth's wings together before heaving him up and dragging him to the torture room. He chained Seth's wrists above his head to the wall and strapped his ankles to the wall also before looking at him. He turned to Orinimaru and growled lightly. "Why the hell do you want his face covered?" He asked, putting a rag over Seth's face to cover it up like she asked.

The baby made a small noise in it's sleep, then snuggled close to Kato, sucking on her thumb. She seemed content, healthy. A note would catch Kato's eye; it was pinned to the wall across from the crib. It was written in neat scrawl on a fancy piece of paper.
You seem to know how to do your job very well Mr. Kato, so for now, I will allow this to be your terms of employment. Every week I will come to you and give you a task that needs done; if said task is done to my exact instructions, you will never find yourself out of food or shelter ever again. If you fail me, even once, the baby dies. Good luck, and I will see you next week.

Orinimaru got the things she would need for Seth's torture ready, keeping silent. "Because I'm tired of seeing his damn face." She turned sharply towards Zepar and scratched a marking on his cheek. Blood dripped down and on to the floor, but he felt an immediate sense of relief, as if chains had disappeared from around him. It suddenly seemed easier to move. "You're free, now leave." With that she turned her back on Zepar and looked at Seth.

Kato held the baby close as he read the note, going wide eyed, now he was stuck in a type of life debt for this demon. He crumbled the note and set the baby girl in her crib, fixing her blanket before shoving the note in a drawer. He was starving so he looked in the fridge and ate the first thing he saw which was cheese but he enjoyed some fresh food for once. "Hayu is going to murder me if she knew about this..." He chuckled to himself as he ate his cheese.
Zepar hissed lightly, the sudden weightless feeling of no chains made him smile softly and tighten the scarf on him. "Hmph, finally." He walked out, he had no luggage or anything but he vanished in a dark smoke once out of the room. Seth mumbed some stuff under the rag covering his face. "Coward...your afraid to see my face..." He smiled under the cloth to annoy her.
Kev was wandering the house, mainly avoiding Namine and Dana because one wanted him to wear these things called pants instead of his kilt an the other always tried to comfort him after Vashka's death while she was still recovering from her injuries. He knew Namine was a lot better, she could move around and talk more, she was planning on going to the meeting with the raikage but Kev didn't want to go as her bodyguard.

Orinimaru growled and slapped seth across the face before pulling him up by his hair. "Poor poor little seth," she growled, smirking, "Don't you wish you could join your little angel b***h?!" She threw him against the wall, laughing, smiling sadistically."Too bad, I'm gonna torture you till you scream, in till you learn that it's better to love me.." She kicked Seth in the ribs, hissing.
Dana was running through the halls with a pair of pants on her arm, pouting. "Keeeevvvv... whhheerrreee aarrreeee yyyooouuu??"

Seth curled up on the ground and laughed at Orinimaru as she assaulted him. "I won't break...and I didn't love that angel...I love no one but myself." He hugged his ribs, using a wing to try and protect himself.
Kev could feel the hair on the back of his neck stand up when he heard Dana. "Tck..." He ran down the stairs and caught up to Namine down the street. "Ok, I'll be your guard...just keep Dana and those silly pants away from me." He pleaded, hating jeans more then anything.

Orinimaru begun to growl, gripping her hands so tightly in to fists that her nails dug in to her own skin and started to make it bleed. How dare he lie to her.. "DON'T YOU LIE TO ME SETH!" She kicked him again, so hard this time that it broke a bone in his wings. She would make him love her! No matter what she would make him love her with all his heart like he was supposed to! She kicked him over and over before grabbing him by the throat and slamming him against the wall, holding him up, ripping the cloth of his face. Her eyes were full of evil and anger, so much that their yellow hues seemed almost like they were on fire. However, to betray her anger, there were tears in her eyes. Tears of hurt and frustration. "I swear to god I'll break you down to ash.."
Namine blinked at Kev and he ran up to her, and then chuckled at his request. She knew Dana would eventually drive him nuts, she should give the girl a reward when she got back. "Sure, Kev. I promise you that you won't have to do anything at all, so don't panic."

Seth held back a scream when a bone broke in his wing but he struggled against her when she held him up by his throat and finally ripped the mask off. "I-I'm not lying!" He was lying, he did love someone but only his brother because he was the only thing left that was precious to him. Everyone else had died on him because he had the niagomi. "I-I dont want you to die like everyone else I loved did!" He was prying at her arms to let his neck go so he could breath.
Kev nodded, glad that he could escape. "I just dont think the raikage likes me because I drink so much." He mumbled, although it was true he drank a lot and even namine had to hide any alcohol in her house from him and prevent him from having any money to spend on booze. He had drank a lot more after the girl he loved had died, Dana and Namine refused to let him drink himself to death or to even sleep all day like he wanted to.

Orinimaru's eyes got wide and she dropped seth immediately, a strangled noise coming from her. "Wh-what...?"
Namine made Kex look at her, seeming sad. "Kev, we really care about you, that's why we don't like you drinking.."

Seth landed on his knees and elbows, gasping at the air he finally got to catch his breath. "E-Everyone I love dies...I don't wish to love anyone else...even if I want to." He curled up on his knees, holding a hand gently to his throat to try and stop breathing heavy.
Kev looked at Namine and gently pulled her hands away. "I know, lass. You've given me a shelter, food and clothes, I'll try not to drink for you." He smiled softly and ruffled her hair.

Orinimaru wasn't sure she was even hearing what Seth was saying right, what if he was lying to just get her to go away? He was pulling on her heart-strings, there was no way he could have any need to want to love her! She kicked him hard in the ribs again, growling. "YOU LIE!" She screamed, her teeth bared, her snake eyes glowing in the dark. Ghost like snakes wrapped around her, a ghastly hissing being audible. "I know you loved that angel b***h! I know you did! You can't hide it from me! I am a snake!! I know all!!!"
Namine frowned, she felt like Kev didn't get the situation or how she felt. She realized he was still depressed about his ex-girlfriend's death. But her death was forever ago and Kev needed to move on. There were always millions of other people for him to love, and he'd miss the chance to be happy again if he hid behind booze and let depression drive him blind. She grumbled and pushed Kev's hand off her head. "I'm not a child Kev, I've been around for a very long time." She stretched and started walking again. "Come on, then. We have somewhere to be."

Seth didn't look at her, no one believed him until it actually happened. He fell to his side and gripped where she broke a rib from the kick. "I did love her and see what happened? She died!" He screamed at her before going in to a fit of coughs.
Kev sighed when his hand was shoved, nodding and letting his smile disappear. "Alright..." He mumbled, walking with her and staring at the old tavern that had been destroyed, he could just imagine the girl of his dreams serving a beer to her customer and smiling everytime she saw Kev walk through the door but now he felt empty and rather alone. The raikage was waiting for Namine outside the meeting room, smiling at her and at Kev. "Come on Namine, Kev can go stand in the hallway while we talk." He said.

Orinimaru hissed at Seth, turning her back and exiting his sell, leaving him there to heal. She slammed the gate behind her and continued down the sell; she was too confused to continue with Seth's torture. She would pick back up later, once she had cleared her mind.
Namine nodded to the raikage, then looked back at Kev before walking in to the place, folding her arms.She would find some way to make Kev better, he couldn't stay like this forever.

Seth curled up on the hard ground, letting his wings cover him as a blanket against the cold and hopefully the cold would also numb the pain he felt.
The raikage walked in with her and closed the door. Kev waited a few seconds before running out of the office, finally having a free moment to do the one thing he wanted to do, drink. He went to a smaller, less reputable tavern and ordered their strongest drink before gulping it down.

Namine sat down and crossed her legs, looking about the room. It had been a while since she had actually been in this room; often times the raikage would come to her if there was anything that he needed to talk to her about. "So what's this about?" She twirled her hair on her finger, looking out one of the windows, drumming her fingers against the seat of the chair she was in.
The bar tender looked at Kev with an unbelieving glance. "You might want to slow down, pal, or you'll choke on it. You're supposed to savor the flavor." He waved his hand, "Anything else I can get for you?"

Kev was barely effected by how much he already drank."Good, if I choke on it then I can be with Vashka..." He down another four drinks before running a hand through his hair. "Give me your strongest drink, I want to get loaded before Namine finds out..." He said.
The raikage paced around the room a bit. "I'm afraid we can't bring back Kev's girlfriend, Amu refuses to travel all the way here and refuses to allow Toru to travel here alone. How's he been doing anyway?" He asked, looking out the window.
